Best Water Heater Repair in Newark NJ
I highly recommend this company. I had a problem with drainage in my tub. I called and Manny responded quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is excellent.

My hot water tank died on a Sunday. They were the only people who would come on a Sunday. They did a great job at a fair price. I'd use them again

A Rooter Pros was so easy to work with! They were very responsive and handled the situation with urgency without charging an arm and a leg for emergency work. They unclogged the toilet at a retail store in a mall. Even though I scheduled it, I was not onsite when the work was being done but I did get an update once it was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

OK. We are batting 1000 here. Two visits and two successes. Returns calls almost immediately. Come quickly and when they say they are coming. Very knowledgeable. Very personable. Extremely easy to communicate with. I've had both Henry and Peter come for two separate issues and they were both fabulous. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone looking for a new plumbing service. Best plumbers ever! :)

Phone number is strange: it goes to a different number's voicemail. Left 2 messages there, but one called back??
Be careful booking this place for service! At least call back man.

Our basement flooded around 9:30pm and we called ESP Piping Heating Sewer & Drain cleaning. John was out within half an hour. He was well equipment with what was needed to clear our lines. He was honest and thorough and we will definitely use his service again.

I've been searching for a plumber for at least a month to help tie up some loose ends that a previous contractor wasn't able to complete. The plumber who was originally supposed to do the job tried to reschedule last minute and left me in the lurch as I'd already rearranged my schedule to have my plumbing done a specific day. Fortunately I found Frank who gave me a reasonable estimate within a day and who was able to accommodate my schedule and requirements.
Frank showed up on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. While I'm quite sure some difficulties with the job popped up, he quietly handled them to make sure that ultimately, the job got done and done well. He cleaned up, did a neat plumbing job and left my apartment in fully working order.
Frank is honest, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. After reviewing at least 3-4 plumbers and having the last one bail on me, Frank came in at the ready. It's time consuming and difficult finding a fairly priced, direct, and honest contractor in general, so I'm very grateful that I was able to find Frank. If you need something done, go with Maximo Plumbing!

After finding a ton of water and some gross muck in our basement we called Roto Rooter to help us with our main line. Usually when a company tells you reps will show up between 12 and 4, they knock on your door around 5, but Manny -525 and Pedro was at our house by 12:30 ready to work. They were both extremely friendly and courteous, and helped us resolve our clogged mainline and a secondary clog (that we didn't even know about) within an hour or two. They were professional and friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family and friends that need plumbing services!

Unprofessional. DO NOT USE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR COMMENTS. Pedro was rude, purposely made a toilet mess of raw sewage all over the floor and into the other room, could not find anything, blamed the owner, said the price will go up. THIS IS A PATTERN. Pedro, yelled and ranted on and on.

Very good service prices reasonable
Workers know their profession and are reliable. Wish they could do electrical. Hope they continue with their services.

Don't use them. Completely overpriced, came over an hour late and wasn't forthcoming about the price.

Horrible plumbing, PSEG dispatched them to do an emergency service. When they arrived they found out the unit was under warranty and refused to replace it or call PSEG. They would not wait for me to call PSEG they simply left stating I would need to pay an additional $2,100.
First of all a brand new tank is $1,000 I already was paying $575 + $42 for the service and permit to PSEG. Make sure you call around before replacing a water heater. Mine was under warranty they would not honor if it was out of warranty others were charging much less below $2,000. Make sure you call the manufacturer to verify the warranty before this company comes they will not wait for you to make a call even if it is an emergency repair. On top of all this as I explained to them PSEG does the billing not you so why are you asking for an additional $2,100 to be paid to you directly and not willing to call PSEG.

Skilled professional with great communication and responsiveness. Actually did more work than necessary, replacing old parts to make sure the job was done right without any extra charge. You can see he cares a lot and takes pride in his work! EXCELLENT!!!!!!

Rogelio was such a pleasure to work with! Upon our initial meeting, he asked questions to ensure full understanding of our wants and desires for our space and took photos of the space, which were then attached to his quote/contract. The work started promptly after we retrieved all necessary paint and flooring. Rogelio did offer to pick up the flooring for us, if needed. He worked tirelessly prepping and painting our kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway, even repairing the walls where necessary.
He removed carpeting, padding and prepped the floors for laminate installation. He installed laminate flooring with ease. He was gracious and even allowed our curious toddler to help install some of the flooring.
Overall, Rogelio was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend him! We intend to use his services again in the future!

Emiliano replaced a cracked pipe under our kitchen sink but left behind a significant leak. He did not return to remedy the situation despite his assurances. We waited a few weeks and eventually had to call another plumber.

Stay away. Had to hire a different company to remediate.
I called them in a pinch this summer when my A/C wasn't working on a 20yo unit. Had them replace my whole system, and it took their first plumber 12 hours to leave me with a wet basement and no A/C for the first night. Then the boss plumber came the next day to completely re-do the job. 2 months later, its 40 degrees, my heat doesn't work, and they wont come out for 2 weeks to fix it.
Long story below:
-Tech told me rescue motor ($200 amazon part and undo 4 bolts) would fix the issue - $2000 non-refundable and it didn't work so it was pay 2k or use them for a new system 15k. (20yo system, mid-july and I have an infant so I needed it done)
-installers threw my shrubs on the lawn, didn't remove old base, didn't level the new unit, didn't re-insulate the external piping, and drilled into the sheathing on the whip to the new condenser. Luckily i was there to argue these things as they happened although most of these I had to fix myself.
Heat didn't work because they used 2in exhaust pipe 30ft with 10+ elbows - according to manufacturer - 2in pipe should be less than 20 ft with no more than 2 elbows.
They also install bottom of the line Rheem with no input from the customer. I called 3 times to find this out btw. Spend your money elsewhere.
