As a realtor, you have the best opportunity to see the work of many... we then choose among the best for our personal needs.  Schaaf came recommended, but after first hand experience, it's a wow!!! It was a last minute request... changing from steam to hot water heat as the move-in date was accelerated and Joe was a consummate  professional.  made time.  knew how to allocate the work among vast army of qualified employees like a general!  The work was so good, the electrician called it a work of art!  The men came, extremely professional and friendly! always smiled, and explained everything! They were so focused on the job, I never even saw them even check their phones!  I had heat within hours!  the price below others and the experience just wonderful!  Highly recommend... if you're reading this, just pull the trigger, you'll be the next writing an equally great review!!!

A Rooter Pros was so easy to work with! They were very responsive and handled the situation with urgency without charging an arm and a leg for emergency work. They unclogged the toilet at a retail store in a mall. Even though I scheduled it, I was not onsite when the work was being done but I did get an update once it was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a series of minor to major issues with our hot water heater and steam boiler, left to us by our home's previous owner. In particular the boiler was leaking out of almost every radiator upstairs and every pipe in the basement and the water level would drop to almost zero every two or three days. They responded quickly to our problems, did a full replace of the hot water heater, and managed to salvage the boiler, replacing all of the radiator valves and completely overhauling all of the piping around the boiler. Our systems have been working great ever since, and the team was a pleasure to deal with.

Another plumber, another issue with the board at my apartment.  Felt compelled to write a review for L & C as they were incredibly patient, kind, consultative and helpful.  Unfortunately, the job didn't work out, but L & C are good people whose customer service you can count on.

I had a flooding leak from the floor above, which caused my ceiling to fall.  
ESP came the same day I called, after being disappointed by 2 other plumbers.

The leak was repaired within 2 hours,  and both my tenant, and I were able to take showers again.

Adam and Bobby out of the Somerset, NJ  office came to my home this morning for a major restoration job due to a backed up sewer and I must say they were the ultimate professionals. The job they had to undertake was a major one, but they tacked it with professionalism.  Adam explained the process and was more than willing to answer all of my many questions.

Therefore, I can only give an excellent review to the aforementioned gentleman because they made a difficult experience a lot more bearable.

This Sunday morning our toilet overflowed. Drain Doctor was the only service that responded to our  emergency.
Pedro arrived , diagnosed the problem and cleared the clog! Pedro  was courteous, conscientious and a pleasure to work with!

The receptionist, who claimed to be an owner, was extremely rude for no reason at all.  Do businesses not realize they have everything to lose by being nasty to the public when they call?   I feel bad for people like this, being this age and not knowing or caring about manners.  This is exactly why you lost the opportunity to work for us.

After so many years of trying to find the perfect plumber I finally did with Brooks Plumbing & Heating.  Adam went above and beyond to to fix a plumbing problem that two other previous plumbers couldn't resolve for me.  A keeper!

Really top notch service! I own a home in jersey city and unfortunately had a lead water line and a collapsed clay tile sewer line. This was a big job considering the sewer line was 10 ft. deep. I got a few quotes from some other plumbing companies and they were mostly around the same price; some were very high though. But after speaking to Bill Oriani in the office and having him walk the job I was confident he can get the job done.

Rachel in the office took care of all the scheduling and permit setup! Kudos to her as she had to deal with the historic department, building department, and traffic control. Living in JC; trust me that is no easy task!

Guarini completed the job in 1.5 days and explained and showed everything to me every step of the way. Overall great service and fair price for job that was done! Thank you Bill O. and Rachel!

Rogelio was very responsive right from the start. He kept me informed every step of the way and he assured me prior to his arrival that he would able a to repair what I needed fixed. He also did a superb job repairing the furniture piece and he did it in the time he anticipated, Very courteous and polite, I will be contacting him again for additional work.

Great service from this Company last night after two other plumbers couldnt clear a blockage as they didnt have enough snake. These guys (Oliver, Arvin, and George worked until midnite to clear the blockage and then carefully cleaned up after themselves. Great professionals!

Emiliano replaced a cracked pipe under our kitchen sink but left behind a significant leak. He did not return to remedy the situation despite his assurances. We waited a few weeks and eventually had to call another plumber.

Beware. Had one of their techs come out troubleshoot my condenser for $117.  Nice guy but then again most salesmen are. The tech told me that the repair would be about $1400 parts and labor plus the $117 to troubleshoot and that parts had to be ordered. Then proceeded to convince me that I should replace it instead for $2900.  I told him it's going to have to wait. Next day I called another company. The tech replaced all defective parts which he had on his truck for under $400.
