Best Heater Repair in Newark NJ

I know it's nearly impossible to rely on the reviews you read on Yelp or on Google or any website for that matter ... but I'll keep this short and simple. If you need help with your heating system, you have to call Schaaf's and ask for Manny. Extremely helpful, honest, and willing to provide an estimate free of charge, when these other guys charge nearly a hundred bucks just to come to your house. As far as we are concerned, we rate Eco Airflow at the top in their field. Adam and his crew were quick to respond to our HVAC meltdown, making the time for us to give a thorough, accurate and honest assessment of what exactly needed to be repaired, adjusted, and (with regards to our second 30 year old Carrier unit that was no longer working) replacement with a more high efficiency Rheem model - at a price lower than his competitors, and all within 2-3 days from the time our unit stopped working... sparing us more sleepless nights in the sweltering heat and humidity of late August.  
Unlike our experience with other contractors that disappeared once they've gotten paid, Adam proved to be the ultimate professional in following up with us - to ensure everything was working at maximum efficiency, even returning to make some minor adjustments to our thermostat, and always keeping the lines of communication open.
By far above and beyond, we would not hesitate to recommend Adam, Danny, and the rest of the Eco Airflow team to our family and friends, or anyone else in need of HVAC services.

Jason, Santi and Jorge did a great job fixing my dads company toilet pipes. They were all very polite when they arrived and throughout the whole job. They did phenomenal work! After the job was done they cleaned up their work space and explained everything they completed step by step. My dad and I are extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them!

Mike was great. He actually had to lowest of three quotes and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. He came the same day to give me a quote and came back the next day with Miguel to start and finish the job. Miguel was on point. They removed a pipe that was no longer working and then bricked and cemented the hole closed. Miguel then used the rest of the cement to patch up a couple of old holes that were in the wall as well (at no extra charge). They also replaced about 20 feet of a damaged cast iron drain line. Mike guarantees his work for 10 years and writes it on his receipts.

John and his crew are the BEST. They are reliable, communicative and so easy to work with. We called him because we had issues with our heating system, and John resolved with quickly and without any BS. If you need help with your heating or plumbing, he's the guy!

We got the referral to Technician #552 through a friend's Facebook post. We were looking for someone to snake our sewer line so it was fortuitous. As per our friend's glowing review, he arrived promptly and spent time clearing the lines. Harun was polite, informative and cleaned up after he was finished. He also gave us good advice on maintaining our drains. I've already recommended him to someone else and happily give him five stars!

I called these guys cause I couldn't remember who I used before. The guy arrived and left in ten minutes. The drain was flowing for two days and then stopped. The regular guy we use takes about 30 to 45 minutes on site. He charged big bucks and did not do a proper job.  When I called I got no satisfaction at all. I don't know how he stays in business.
I made some inquiries and was told that the owner is wealthy and they don't actually need the money. So I guess his hobby is screwing people.

Another great service call - this time replacing three (3) steam radiator valves that hadn't been worked on in over 40 years. Lou did a fantastic job working through a very challenging repair.

After so many years of trying to find the perfect plumber I finally did with Brooks Plumbing & Heating.  Adam went above and beyond to to fix a plumbing problem that two other previous plumbers couldn't resolve for me.  A keeper!

I was promised to have my sink leak serviced right away and they took over three hours to get here. Then I was overcharged with a total different price I was told , EVEN THE TIMING THAT GUY TOOK FOREVER IN HIS VAN TO DO SOME PAPER WORK!!! Ridiculous

Rogelio was such a pleasure to work with! Upon our initial meeting, he asked questions to ensure full understanding of our wants and desires for our space and took photos of the space, which were then attached to his quote/contract.  The work started promptly after we retrieved all necessary paint and flooring. Rogelio did offer to pick up the flooring for us, if needed. He worked tirelessly prepping and painting our kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway, even repairing the walls where necessary.  
He removed carpeting, padding and prepped the floors for laminate installation.  He installed laminate flooring with ease.  He was gracious and even allowed our curious toddler to help install some of the flooring.
Overall, Rogelio was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend him! We intend to use his services again in the future!

I usually don't write reviews, but i am very happy with the service. I had a blocked kitchen sink. I Called Roto rooter first, but they tried to get clog out and couldn't after one try. They said your pipes are probably filled that they will need to be most likely replaced, and gave me a number to another plumber. I was recommended by a friend to all American. I was a little worried since they said they would have to try to snake it to. I figured I would get the same answer as I did from roto rooter, but since they can do major work like changing the pipes behind the walls, I went ahead. Mike and Jose came and didn't give up until they found the clog. Mike explained everything they were doing and didnt give up until they found the problem. I wish i called them first. They even cleaned up after. Thanks again

We had an unknown basement leak in our new townhouse. We were unable to diagnosis it and getting desperate. He was responsive - quick - and honest. I will be using him again.

He fixed: sump pump, replaced the bucket of the pump, fixed A/C condenser pump re routed, and fixed outdoor hose busted pipe.

Other things that made him standout-
1. Responded within the hour
2. Scheduled to come out to Westchester ASAP even during weekend
3. Diagnosed the problem and gave me 2 options for solutions - one that was an economical fix and got us out of the active leak situation and a more permanent solution at a very honest price
4. A new leak was discovered and he got that fixed as well

BUYER BEWARE! My hot water heater broke at night (luckily it didn't burst but was leaking) & through a recommendation I called Russo. The tech came out quickly & was very professional. This is where the good review ends.... They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone but I knew where the price should be. After looking at what had to be done the tech tried to tell me the vent pipe needed to be 4, needed a new shut off & grounding wire. Gave me a quote of $2200! I asked him to do better. He said he could take off the $50 service fee (really?!) & $150 in taxes (FYI there aren't any taxes for capital improvements), which brought me down to about $2090. I promptly told him I wouldn't be using their service. I had another plumber come in for almost $1000 cheaper! I will NEVER call them again. Completely overpriced!
