Best Boiler Services in Newark NJ
I'd definitely recommend this business. Unfortunately we had to use them a few times, as we have an issue with water in our basement at times. (Tree roots are getting in...) Each time they have arrived with a team, and was able to snake the drains.
I'd definitely recommend this business. They reply to messages quickly, and made an appointment to be at my home in a few hours. The prices charged are also fair.

Maybe my opinion but typical plumbers and electric related are hit or miss responding to phone calls and definitely some scheduling deficits. Adam with Eco, no sir. Very communicative, came on time as promised, assessed the issue and fixed only what was necessary. Honest business and very happy with the AC repair. Would definitely use these guys again.

Anthony and his associate did an excellent job replacing our busted water heater. Super responsive with a free quote, work was done on time, on budget and very neatly. We will be using them again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors. Excellent job done at a competitive price.

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

When you need a plumber, you really need one! On the Friday night of this July 4th holiday, the expansion valve on my hot water heater failed and my basement was getting wet. My wife called over 10 plumbers trying to get some one to come replace the valve. Steve was the 10th guy we called ... we left VM for the first 9 ... 8 of whom never returned our call. Steve stopped by first thing Saturday morning, replaced the valve, and charged us a fair price for the service. He was a nice guy and didn't try to upsell us to replace the hot water heater! We plan to call him first for all our future plumbing work (home and business). My wife and I were very pleased with him personally and his work.

After a frustrating morning from a condescending PSEG guy. I called PSEG and they recommended Guarini to replace my water heater. They guys (Dave and Erwin) arrived within 30 mins. Very professional and they explained everything to me. Never once talked down to me like Vinny from PSEG did this morning. Thank you guys for replacing my water heater and doing a good job at it!

I am writing this review because Stafford went above and beyond to help me with my project, and I highly recommend them. Stafford helped me with plumbing for a bathroom renovation, and they did an excellent job (even the other contractors working on the job commented on the quality of Stafford's work). They are professional, responsive and always showed up on time. Again, I highly recommend Stafford.

I called Russo for an estimate. They were not available to come to the house on Saturdays. They called me back few months after and set an appointment during the week. A guy came to the house. Very nice guy. He left telling me he was going to send me a quote. He never did.

Don't use them. They set up two days to come to our apt (when we stayed home from work). One day they said the tech had to reschedule. The second day they did not call to say they weren't coming. Compete waste of our time.

I was assigned them via my home warranty . Looks like they have a home warranty scam going on . they told me I needed a part . never submitted the paperwork to the home warranty . 2 weeks and 20 phone calls later the work was never done . I called another HVAC person and paid out of pocket to get the AC repaired . He also told me I did not need the part they guy nick said I needed. After reading all the other reviews I am going to call the state . There is insurance fraud going on here with the number of people that have home warranty and have had a problem with this contractor !!!!

This company has no idea what common courtesy is! I had work done that did not work/ I asked to honor this work, prices Are never discussed which i wasn't sure because I needed it fixed/ they came back and told me it was the piece they replaced/ again the gentleman said he would return or contact me, now I call office and they pretend they are going to follow up? I'm very disappointed about this whole situation!! 0 stars for lack of urgency also henri claims that he canceled? He said he was calling back or come back within the hour! he never called or came back! my feel here is he wasn't going to make money on this job and went to a job we he would !!!! if your a sunnyside or woodside resident look elsewhere/ this is coming from a lifetime neighborhood guy! !! look elsewhere

Called Approved Oil to report hot water wasn't working. They were at my house in 30 minutes, repaired the problem and waited until the water was hot. A great job. EVictor

I called these guys because of an emergency situation in my bathroom. Within an hour, a plumber showed up. But instead of going to work on the pipes no-questions-asked, which would have left me with a hefty bill, he evaluated the problem as one that should be dealt with by my apartment building superintendent. He estimated that it could cost as much as $800 to fix the problem and suggested that I get the super to hire someone to do it, thus saving me money. The visit and consultation were completely free. Two thumbs up for integrity!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for any plumbing or heating issues.
I had a serviceman arrive and in addition to being late (outside of the 3-hour window we were given), he misdiagnosed the issue. We were told our water heater's thermostat needed to be replaced, so we replaced it and the problem persisted. Another company came, confirmed it was NOT the thermostat, but instead a part that needed replacement. We replaced that part, and it was fixed right away. Williamsburg Emergency Plumbing did NOTHING to offer an apology, they wasted our time, and refused a refund. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Very happy with the service! We had a pipe break and major water leakage. Another local plumber told us it would take days to get the water back on. This plumber got the worst of the problem under control in less than two hours. Kind of him coming out on a weekend evening too. I would definitely call them again.

Very unprofessional service. I paid $225 for an electricity check and report at our Manhattan apartment to assess the capacity for a ductless A/C installation. The electrician's report was never provided despite multiple requests over a period of weeks.
