I had a leak in the kitchen sink and made a call for service .  They arranged to have a  plumber come to fix in the same day and were very accommodating to my work hours to make a  house call in the  evening .

Manny came and fixed the problem.  He was able to fix other problems that  I had for 4 months and the contractors who renovated my house couldn't fix it or maybe they were too lazy to pay close attention to it.  Manny took the time to evaluate and  was able fix it. He did not rush and worked thoroughly.  My shower head is finally functioning properly and the water filler for my Samsung refrigerator is  now replaced.  Price was  very reasonable ! I finally found a plumber that I've been looking that I can trust my house with!!

I contacted A Rooter Pros to do a camera inspection. Mr. Abe Pires was very pleasant. He inspected several parts of an aged sewer line. He even replaced two corroded drain caps. I paid promptly but when I asked for a copy of the inspection, Mr. Pires told me that he didn't save the recording. He said he was doing me a favor and would do a before and after video, but only if I agreed to pay $1800 for hydrojetting and descaling the line. The camera inspection was $346 including tax. In total, he wanted to charge me over $2000 plus tax to clean out my line and didn't have any video to explain the report. I thought it was expensive, which is why I asked for a copy of the camera inspection to show my family before I signed a contract. He told me I had to agree and then he would do it again. Not only did he not save the recording but he wanted me to agree to pay $1800 before he would redo it. Plus, the report of the inspection was three lines of text on the invoice. What is the point of a video inspection if not for images, or a video recording in the report? All in all, I'm out of almost $350

Absolute disaster! It took the person 8 hours to cap off the kitchen water lines & add an ice maker water line. Brought wrong size pipes, used worn out tools, didn't put up anything to mitigate dust to other rooms from the sawdust/ Sheetrock powder, etc. Added a new lower drain that didn't need to be done as told by the plumber that had to fix this disaster. Only reason to do what he did was if I needed a garbage disposal which I didn't. Cost me $600 for nothing! Demanded 200 extra dollars over the $2000 that Home Depot charged me. Told Home Depot that the   $200 was for a permit but I called the town & no such permit was taken.

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

Stand up guy. Contact was prompt. Michael came as he said and went above and beyond. He not only fixed the old valve, he took a look around as obvious the house is in much needed repair. Not to mention great conversation while working. Will recommend.

I had a bathroom drain problem and the owner responded me in 10 minutes. He showed up on time and solved the problem on Sunday! His price is very reasonable and he explains every step of procedure. Extremely professional and thorough!

My bathtub drain was clogged on a Sunday morning no less. Mike responded within minutes and was at my house within the hour. His price was substantially less than several other plumbers. He did not leave until problem was resolved completely and did not charge a penny more. His work is thorough, neat and worth recommending!

Sal Jr. came to my house for a no heat call. He found the problem and replaced the part. He was on top of the project. He made us feel so comfortable while he worked. He had the best bedside manor, if he was a doctor, he'd would be at the top of his game. As a plumber, he IS at the top of his game, as a human being, he is the coolest, I can guess where he gets it from.
If you need a plumber, and you don't call this company, you made a mistake.

Sump pump issues!!!! Made service request online, last night. received call early AM to schedule, services.
My Tech Manny # 525 arrived on time and was very pleasant .
He evaluated issues, discussed solution and price as promised.
I had a lot of questions, Manny had no issues answering them as well as being very knowledgeable in the field he is in.
A plus for me as well since he spoke Spanish, I could communicate easier.
Unfortunately my issue was NOT resolved due to weather inclement, FROZEN WATER in the pipe, there's nothing to be done,except wait for the thaw.
Manny advised when  weather warms to , give them a call if line is still not clear.
Overall I had a great experience, Thanks Manny for coming out today. He normally does not cover my area.
I will definitely be calling them back once the weather warms if issues still remains & will be requesting Manny # 525 to come out.

Don't use them. They set up two days to come to our apt (when we stayed home from work). One day they said the tech had to reschedule. The second day they did not call to say they weren't coming. Compete waste of our time.

Miserable experience. Was excited to get same day service but the guys left me with a major mess that I was responsible for cleaning up. There was raw sewage splattered all over my basement including on my tools, children toys and even kitchen appliances. On top of that they used my good bathroom towels to sop up various messes, essentially ruining all of them. Called back next day to voice my concerns and old man on phone was downright rude and would not connect me with owner. Shame on them. Never again!!!

We could not get a timely response as to a call back with an estimate for our needed repairs or even a timely call back. Then one of the customer service reps took issue with us when we spoke to another rep -- just to see where we were in the process.  We finally got a call back from a rep who abruptly put us on the line with one of their plumbers who quoted an exorbitant rate site unseen with more attitude. We went somewhere else successfully at at lower rate overall & zero drama.

Contacted this business to repair gas lines at my house. They came charged us to run tests stated they would call us back with a proposal to complete the work. Days & Days later we are still waiting. I guess the work is out of their scope!

When it comes to boiler replacement the Sideris Plumbing & Heating company is the best! They were more than competitive with price,  very efficient in their work and overall great professionals.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers mean about a charge for their quotes since i was not charged a fee for my estimate. John and his team were great and I will definitely be calling on them again for any future work!

I reached out to Vincent over yelp asking for HVAC service. we needed our freon refilled ASAP to get through a hot & humid week.  Even though Approved Oil does not provide the service directly, they were awesome at providing me contact info for Steven Fillecia. Steven was great at understanding the issue, set expectation on pricing and showed up at agreed time to fix our issue.  This shows how businesses like approved oil care for the customer and enable other service companies or professionals during these tough times. Very unprofessional service.  I paid $225 for an electricity check and report at our Manhattan apartment to assess the capacity for a ductless A/C installation.  The electrician's report was never provided despite multiple requests over a period of weeks.
