I feel really lucky that Mike was referred to me. I had a waterlogged floor, and no idea where the water was coming from. Mike worked systematically to determine the root of the problem, documenting the whole process while he went. He provided clear explanations for what work needed to happen and why, as well as detailed estimates for each component of the process. This was a big and complicated job, and it was a relief to know that Mike had the broad range of skills and expertise to complete every aspect, including installing a new drain and rebuilding my walls. Mike Donahue is extremely reliable (he always shows up when he says he will if not earlier), an excellent communicator, and very respectful (he always leaves the work space clean, and takes care to protect my belongings). I recommend Mike Donahue without hesitation - a true professional!

$95 to come talk a look at a clogged shower, wouldn't give me any sort of estimate over the phone. $375 for a snake that he said would take 20 mins. No thanks.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

The two handymen that were assigned to my project (Alex & Oscar) handled everything professionally. They were always on time!

They put together all my beds, closets, tv console, drawers, shelvings, and mounted two TVs, and hung miscellaneous things around my unit.

We work from home so, we had to get our office area up and running quickly and Riverside Handyman did that for us!

They are honest! Trustworthy! And very reasonably priced !!! I was able to leave the handymen alone in my unit!!

I hired them around 4-5 times and they worked tirelessly to get everything I needed done on time.

They cleaned up after themselves and always communicated with me regarding things that needed my attention.

Robert was very great at communication and scheduling and always got back to me quickly.

Our water boiler leaked overnight. Found Tom's on Yelp and reached out. They were responsive, courteous, and professional. Justin came that afternoon to replace our boiler with a brand new one and hauled the old one away. Would highly recommend.

Bruno responded within 10 minutes of my  inquiry and squeezed me in for an emergency check of a ceiling leak. He showed up to my home within an hour, despite having a fully planned work day, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Although he had to cut into my ceiling to assess the source of the problem, he ultimately said it was a non-plumbing related issue and refused to charge for his time/effort. He is super honest and we would call him anytime for go-forward business due to his integrity. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

Extremely flexible to our schedule, came out on a Saturday morning.  Quickly repaired shower and reasonable cost. Will use this company again!

Serve Well came to replace a boiler following the Super Storm Sandy aftermath. With  demand for boilers at a peak, they were not only able to supply a boiler but were able to install within days after our call to them. They are professional, cordial, honest and on the ball! I recommend them for any plumbing job large or small. Very happy with their service!

The answering service associate was professional and polite, Igor promptly reached out and was able to accommodate a same day, morning appointment, for my leaking tub faucet. Justin evaluated the issue and performed impeccably efficient and very neat and clean work. He was very approachable and took the time to explain the mechanisms behind the problem and repair. Needed a check valve installed for my sewage main line as well as cover caps replaced. They gave a fair quote for the work. Arrived on time as agreed (15 minutes early actually) and finished the work relatively quick. Answered any questions I had. After they finished up I had a completely separate question about my sump pump which was leaking and Allstate looked at my problem and patched it up real quick for no charge. I was amazed and grateful for their generosity. Overall they were very prompt and professional and I would not hesitate to contact them for future work.

I recently called Recommended Plumbing for a job that required a great deal of flexibility. And he nailed it.
I left a message, he returned the call quickly. I needed to replace a water heater in a condo, and he asked all the right questions that made me confident that he knew what he was doing.
He quoted me a good price, and he was able to take credit card payment via email authorization.
There was a glitch with the payment at my end because it looked like it could have been fraud, but we were able to work it out quickly, and Eddie's team came through beautifully.
The job also required a bit of finesse, because they had to work around the schedule of a washer/dryer delivery. That's where the flexibility came in, the job was handled professionally, and my tenants were impressed. Recommended Plumbing made me look good, and I really appreciate that.
I would not hesitate to use them in the future, and he is now my go to guy for Plumbing.

Mike from Austin Plumbing is great! called him at 8AM showed up promptly to help fix my heating pipe leak on a Sunday. Very detail oriented and made sure everything is okay. He seems very knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs. 5 stars

OUTSTANDING!!! No heat in the middle of December is no fun.... luckily we contacted James, he showed up on a Sunday morning...came up with temp solution. James returned 1st thing Monday morning with the new part, Pete also came over and they were able to solve our issue with our gas boiler.  
 James and Pete are very professional and friendly, they were willing to work around my work schedule and made every effort to reassure us they could solve our problem. Prices were fair and clearly communicated thru out the process. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE PLATINUM IN THE FUTURE AND WILL RECCOMEND. We had a live wire in our house that needed immediate attention and Peter was able to come by in just a few hours and repair what was needed to be fixed quickly and professionally.
