Mike installed a water heater for me, after giving me a very competitive price.  No fuss,no muss.  I am old enough to remember what a real good plumber is suppose to be and Mike is that guy.  He does excellent work.  He cleaned up after finishing and couldn't have been more professional.  I highly recommend him and would use him again if the need arose. I have been using Josh and Bullseye for my condo in Manhattan for many years.  He is always communicative, professional and repairs whatever the problem is for what I believe is a very fair price.  I most recently had a shower issue and when he arrived he was able to fix it in just a few minutes.  He said he was not even going to charge me for his time (no parts needed) as it was such a simple thing.  He would not accept payment and I appreciate his honest and fair business.  I have recommended him to others in my building and trust him and his work.

I would like to highly recommend to work with them if you have any issues with your plumbing. I think Candace is good orginizer to resolve issues you have and technicions are responsible enoguh you rely on their experience. I satisfy their serive.

We've used Riverside twice and had really great experiences with them-- first to replace a broken faucet in the kitchen, then for what we thought was a broken electrical outlet that turned out to be a giant job because whoever had worked on the house last had made a huge mistake. I'm really grateful to have found them - showed up on the same day, got the job done same day, reasonable pricing, professional and clean work. Really appreciated the mask use and taking shoes off when coming inside given the situation with the pandemic as well. I'm sure we'll be calling on them in the future!

Been having ongoing issues with clogs in the tubs and the sink. Tom was able to come right away and fix both issues very quickly. Total price came out cheaper than what I expected plus he didn't leave a mess! Super professional and now I have him on speed dial for anything house related. Would recommend 100%

Excellent and reliable service.  Plumber came out same day to give free quote And then returned at my convenience (which was a few days later) ON TIME to do the work.  I repeat,  ON TIME.
Within a couple of hours, my faucets were replaced with zero hassle. This was excellent customer service.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

Called the office after another plumber stood me up. Donna was very courtesy over the phone, and called me back within the given time frame to let me know Tom could be arriving within 2 hours. When Tom arrived he was polite and told me exactly what was wrong and quoted me a reasonable amount. He was done within the time frame given. Top Notch. Watching these guys work is like watching a good documentary on fine plumbing. They have done amazing things with my existing plumbing that would be too long to list. The company actually anticipates real customer needs and go out of their way to fill them. They provided free estimates on the spot on and followed up incredibly quick. They also responded extremely fast when I had a severe water issue. Great people to deal with.

Needed a check valve installed for my sewage main line as well as cover caps replaced. They gave a fair quote for the work. Arrived on time as agreed (15 minutes early actually) and finished the work relatively quick. Answered any questions I had. After they finished up I had a completely separate question about my sump pump which was leaking and Allstate looked at my problem and patched it up real quick for no charge. I was amazed and grateful for their generosity. Overall they were very prompt and professional and I would not hesitate to contact them for future work.

We had to get our kitchen faucet replaced, due to a leak. We sent him a video, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get a technician out right away to help us get the problem fixed.

Patrick from his team came out and was nice, pleasant and a total pro, who explained to us what he was doing, since me and my fiancé would like to be able to fix a similar problem should it happen in the future. Great professional service. Will absolutely use again when needed.

Our water heater started to have burning smell. I left message to 4 different plumbers and Oscar replied back to us very quickly. He came to do an estimate on the same day. And the next he was here to replace the water heater for us. The replacement is done within 3-4hours. Very professional and responsible!

I don't have enough good words to say how happy and satisfied I am with the work Dorjan and DC Plumbing provided. I had sent out an inquiry to several companies for a busted water tank that was leaking water everywhere and it left me with no hot water. Dorjan responded to my inquiry within minutes and was the only one to ask questions about my tank, size, where leak was, photos, etc. I felt all his questions were very appropriate to diagnose what job needed to be done.

During our encounter I did not feel pressured/forced in any way to have him take on the work which I really appreciated. I also felt that the price he quoted me was fair to other quotes I received. Well, all I have to say is that Edmundo and his crew have always offered me an outstanding service. This week, I had a gas leak in my rental property in NJ and PSEG had to turn the gas off. Continental's guys came and did some tests, decided on the course of action necessary to comply with the violation changing a whole pipe and fixing other fixtures. In less than 48 hours gas supply was back on and my tenants happy again. Thank you Edmundo for your efficiency and promptness!
