I purchased a new home and noted one of the faucets kept leaking whoever it was used. Concerned that this could develop into a larger problem if not taken care of I called Cole's Plumbing. I asked which faucet brand I should replace the existing one with and was guided by the rather pleasant and knowledgeable voice on the line.
I purchased my faucets but forgot to call possibly due to the Corona Virus outbreak. I received a call from Coles Plumbing and was very pleased to see Joseph and Jacob arrive 20 min later. They were very very aware of social distancing, I felt comfortable allowing them into my home. They worked on my double faucets with care. I was surprised when I went to check to see if they needed anything they were actually cleaning the work area and my new faucets were installed! Fast, efficient, professional, courteous and clean! Definitely a 5 star service in my book. Kudos to your team Cole's Plumbing!!!
I've been contemplating adding a shower and kitchenette to my he shed part of my she shed. Will definitely use their services for the addition!

I'm so glad my friend referred me to this company!  Mary beth was constantly in touch with me and confirmed that John would be there at 830am Friday!

My sink didn't have any pressure.. And I couldn't use my Bosch dishwasher w low pressure because it would ruin the pump.

John got quickly to work. And found the issue!  It wasn't something easy either but John with his expertise and even keel manner tackled it! By 9:15 it was FIXED   - Now thats FAST!

I hired Julio to patch 16 wall holes situated high on 4 different walls and 1 ceiling hole.  The holes were 4 1/2 in diameter and were locations where wall lights previously existed.  Some were located on smooth walls and others on semi-smooth walls.  
Julio would arrive precisely on time and immediately begin the work directly after a short chat regarding the work to be performed,  He would cover and protect the immediate work area then proceed to complete the work in a timely manner.  The application of the drywall compound matched the drywall texture spot on.  The work area was left very clean.
His charge for the job was fair.  I would recommend him to friends, family or anyone.  He is a top-flight craftsman.

I have been calling on Jimmy the Plumber for many years.   His knowledge and experience are unsurpassed and he is great at explaining the problem and the steps to a solution that is reasonable for a homeowner's bottom line.   He is professional and trustworthy.  Beyond plumbing, Jimmy is extremely smart and kind enough to help you resolve related issues that are beyond the scope of his plumbing job - a real asset to any homeowner.  There's only one of him and his cusomers always give a 5-star rating, so he's busy.

A - Perfect Plumbing installed a tankless hot water heater and removed our two fifty gallon hot water heaters in our attic.

They did an excellent job.  The plumbers were professional at all times.

They returned another day to remove the old hot water heaters.  That was not an easy task.  They had to be partially dismantled but we're still bulky and heavy.  I planned on having spots to touch up on the walls.  There was not one mark on our walls.

Called twice starting at 5:30 & gave the same info Name, address, phone number to the lady answering phone. She in return both times said that I would be called back (she even said that she would call Jose herself) Nobody called!!!! Great 24 hr service! No water or toilets!  Will never call or recommend this inconsiderate trash company!

We started with our utility sink backing up when our washing machine would drain.  Then not long after the back patio slab would get wet while the washing machine was draining.  Finally, we had to bite the bullet and come to the realization that we had serious plumbing issues.  We were lucky because my neighbor had used Harold's Plumbing when they had to have their plumbing replaced.  Her husband spoke with several plumbing companies before he chose Harold's.  He was very picky and I know he did his homework before choosing a plumber.  
We chose Harold's based on his high recommendation.  Harold came out and did the video pipe inspection himself.  He explained everything in detail on what was going on.  Since the house was over 50 years old all plumbing had to be replaced, since the cast iron pipes had collapsed.  I was worried that my whole yard would be a mess with the digging, water & sand.  To our surprise, these people are AMAZING.  From the first guys who came and dug & made the trench by sucking up all the muddy mess to Clarence & David with Gator's Sand Pumping who is by the way owned by Harold's.  They came and pumped the sand and cleaned up & you could not tell that I had anything done.  Harold's team had nothing but positive words about their company and their boss and they had all been working with Harold in excess of 10 years.  That tells you a lot about an employer and company.   One of the best parts was his office staff would call the day before and tell us what time and what would be done before his team arrived.  They were on top of our job like we were their only customers.
As worried as I was about having all of this work done, this team of professionals carried out the job without any interruption or disturbance to our daily routine.  By far, hands down Harold's will be my go to plumber for any future needs.

My mother had this company change out the piping on the gas meter and she ended up having 5 gas leaks! She had to call Entergy out to fix the leaks because the owner, NEIL refused to correct the problem.

Mr. Byrd! In his hayday the business was great. He could manage. As his name got out for awesome work he became overwhelmed over the years. His quality of work is impeccable but customer service and rapid response has dwindled. He is so busy that he can't keep up and has not expanded to meet the needs of his customers. What a shame! Our unit started blowing hot air we called and he came two days later. Diagnosed the issue and when he went to order the part he was told they don't make it anymore. So.......in short we needed a new $6k unit. This was a replacement of inside and out unit and added a vent in a bathroom. Now our unit keeps up with the Louisiana summer heat with out issue. Took about one week to complete the project. Thankfully it was in March. We appreciate Mr. Byrd for the years of service. Hopefully his son can modernize, trust and hire more people, and perfect his fathers craft and build many more generations of service to us.

Our outside A/C unit stopped working three nights ago - cold air came on for 2 minutes with a strong smell of burnt motor oil, then cut out. Notified property manager the next morning (Latter and Blum) who sent someone out later that day. He was polite and efficient, and quickly identified the problem, the Blower Motor which he showed me covered in burnt oil - even had one on his truck but couldn't install until his boss negotiated a price with L & B.

Heard nothing more from Latter and Blum - who have to approve all repairs - but received a very aggressive phone msg from someone at Beep Me Plumbing later that night. When I returned the call, he was rude and argumentative, told me that he'd reported me to the owner of the house for not being home at 8:45pm the previous night, and that I didn't know what I was talking about when I stated that the problem had already been diagnosed as the Blower Motor.

On the morning of our third day without air conditioning, he showed up in an old unmarked van with two helpers. He continued to be aggressive, shouting and talking over me, then called the owner and complained that I was rude and uncooperative and he was leaving. He handed me his phone to talk with the owner of the house who confirmed that she didn't want to pay the company hired by L&B and had hired these people instead. None of this had been communicated to me. However, with the owner's direct approval, I agreed plus it also resolved the issue of  any responsibility on my part for allowing someone potentially without HVAC certification access to work on the problem.

The aggressive man, who never introduced himself, told me he didn't need to hear the symptoms I'd observed when the A/C failed and just walked off. I decided to tell him anyway, which he continued to ignore -  at least the two helpers appeared to be listening.

Final diagnosis - bad Blower Motor!!!

I would NEVER hire BEEP-ME for any work.

My boyfriend scheduled an appointment with RPS nearly two months in advance and day of no one showed. He called relentlessly, as did his home warranty consultant, but no one could reach them. Had the plumber simply answered the phone and notified him that he was no longer available to come all would have been forgiven. However He did not! Refusing to answer the phone is just bad business and caused my boyfriend, as well as myself, to view this trusted conpany differently.

I had a consultation with D.A. Plumbing on May 15. After he found the problem, he said he'd email an estimate and we would schedule the repair at that time. I waited a few days, then I tried following up with him by phone and text. After two weeks he finally answered the phone. He apologized and promised to get the estimate to me within another day or two. That was two weeks ago.  I believed and waited for him when I could have called another plumber and had this problem repaired by now. It is now June 14, so it's been a month without an estimate. Of course I called someone else. There is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism.

On July 11,2021  Jeff from Southern Contracting called me and stated he had received A missed call from my number. I never call this one star company I called Angie list.And was talked into allowing him to service my a/c unit he  immediately told me I needed A new unit. I agreed, unit installed for $3,450.00 unit ran and cooled for one day. on contact with Jeff he state I am on a big job and kept changing times. He then ask me for a $1000.00 when I told him I did not have  a $1000. to give him he began irate begin to use at  me and told me to go get services some where else. I asked him to pick up his none working unit he refused.
