I had a consultation with D.A. Plumbing on May 15. After he found the problem, he said he'd email an estimate and we would schedule the repair at that time. I waited a few days, then I tried following up with him by phone and text. After two weeks he finally answered the phone. He apologized and promised to get the estimate to me within another day or two. That was two weeks ago. I believed and waited for him when I could have called another plumber and had this problem repaired by now. It is now June 14, so it's been a month without an estimate. Of course I called someone else. There is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism.
