The Bertucci Bros are reliable and provide good service at a fair price. I am happy that I have a company I can call for any of my plumbing needs from small jobs to large ones.

Emergency Rooter was very helpful replacing a dripping faucet. They responded quickly, and Charged a fair price. They also effectively handled an unexpected problem.

Very efficient, communicative, fare. Will definitely be doing work with them in the future. Highly recommend!

I called them about a battery for a Zurn automatic faucet.  Instead of selling me a very expensive replacement, the man on the phone told me how I could fix the battery myself by installing AA batteries within the existing battery casing...saved me a lot of money.  I would call them again for future plumbing needs

As an update to my earlier review everything I suspected turned out to be true. In short,  plumber came out, removed the handle on my faucet (not stripped as Prime Cast had claimed), and fixed my leaky faucet in 10 minutes. Prime Cast is so dishonest and crooked, I don't see how they can stay in business.
Stay away from these guys.

These guys have been out twice to fix stuff for me. It's pricey, but they're more affordable than others. They are as accommodating as they can be. They show up as scheduled and communicate well.

Worst plumber ever. Installed shower fixtures incorrectly and had to have another plumber correct the mistake.
