Mr. Bynum is my new go-to plumber! The manufacturer of a recalled component assigned him to repair the work of an earlier installer who had performed the replacement correctly. He quickly made the repairs and couldn't have been more polite or professional. He went out of his way to help me, and I wish there were more people out there who work this competently and efficiently. It was a pleasure to have been served by him.

Technician arrived on time checked the tub and said the line is busted and he wasn't experienced enough to fix the problem. Technician also advised that the snake could only go a few inches before it hits something hard, preventing him from snaking the drain. He then charged the minimum 65 dollars for the call out, and another 225 dollars for the 3 inches he snaked out.
So 290 dollars for a job that he fixed nothing on, and he advised me to call their office to have a more experienced plumber to actually fix the issue. I'd also need to pay the initial call out fee again. So I paid almost 300 dollars to get nothing fixed and I'm in the exact same place I was before he arrived except I'm now 300 dollars poorer.
Do not use this company ever, for any reason, unless you have 290 dollars you want to throw away to get nothing fixed. Remember it's your fault if they send a technician who doesn't have the experience to fix your problem so you may have to pay a second time too.

We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service provided by Nicholas (#2695) of Roto-Rooter Elmwood. He arrived on time, was very courteous and took care of our problem in a professional manner. He made sure that I understood exactly what was going on and even let me look at the problem through the camera. Even a minor plumbing issue is a big deal for us - we have a bed and breakfast historic inn near the French Quarter - so we were very satisified that our phone call was answered immediately and all staff took care of our needs in a timely manner. We are happy to have found a plumbing company which is eager to do business with us. Thanks, Nick!

Plumber wouldn't even come inside because we asked him to wear a mask. We have small children who are unvaccinated and this plumber said I don't do masks. He was a complete jerk about it too. Don't waste your time with this company because they don't give damn about the customer!

Rip off company, I needed a faucet repaired or replaced. The service or diagnosis charge is only $65, but the repair is way overpriced. To replace the faucet they wanted $245,the repair man told me there is never a charge under $200, something they do not tell the person who answers their phone. Do not deal with this company they can not be trusted.

Do NOT use this company! They are horrible! There employees sit around an drink booze all day, and drunkenly harass all the residents where their business is because it is located in a residential neighborhood. There drunken employees take up the whole public street and are lucky they have not caused a traffic accident. Why would you trust a company that is so disrespectful and harassing of their neighbors? Would you trust these alcoholics in your home with your plumbing? All reviews including the hidden yelp reviews are negative and the company has poor work quality, poor work ethic, and are very unprofessional an often aggressively argue with clients. Please use another company.
