I was visiting my daughter and noticed that the toilet tank fill valve wasn't working. I went to Yelp and found Patriot plumbing. They came out the same day and did great job. The plumber,Chris, did a great job. I recommend Patriot. Other companies I called had a wait appointment of 5 days!

I contracted with Diaz Plumbing to install a Rinnai tankless water heater because the owner, Jorge Diaz, is a registered Rinnai PRO installer and service technician . He responded to my request for service very quickly and did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. The price was right and we will also contact him again when we need other plumbing services done.

We received prompt service from Hebert...within 24 hours of our call, our problem was resolved. We were offered choices of how we wanted to approach our plumbing issues, and their representative was very upfront about cost and effectiveness. We were very pleased with Hebert's service, and would definitely use them again.

Lott's performed an under slab repairs to my home. Good experience for a difficult repair. Would call them first in the future.

Lousy service and lazy. There were four of us who smelled sewage including one of the two plumbers. The one who didn't pulled the other one to the front yard to talk and when they came back and the guy who had smelled it said he couldn't smell it anymore. Basically I think they were afraid the warranty wouldn't pay for a diagnostic. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for an honest plumber. My opinion is that you won't find it here based on our experience! And check out their Facebook reviews. I'm not the only one that thought they were bad.

I can't speak for their plumbing abilities, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. When I called, they were on a three day wait. On the day of my supposed appointment, I had to call them since I did not receive a call. They confirmed that I was on the list for the afternoon. I was not given a time. I missed their phone calls and called back within ten minutes, at which point they'd already given away my appointment to another customer, as though I'd been given a time. The woman I spoke with was not apologetic or sympathetic.
I confirmed my need day of and they had my address. What more does it take for them to just show up?
Try Pipes R Us. They were busy day of but actually referred me to another plumber.

Some of the best service I've experienced in New Orleans. Fair and transparent pricing, knowledgeable about most current codes in all Parishes, and excellent quality of work. They're my go to plumbers, from a leaky dishwasher to a water heater replacement.

Freeze Ready! So happy Sam came out today and prepared my pipes for the Arctic blast. This is the 3rd time I have used Big Easy. I also want to tell you the office staff is very nice and extremely efficient.
I only have good things to say. Hope this helps the next person.

Excellent service! Highly recommend! Josh was very efficient & patient. He went above & beyond to explaining everything and make sure the problem was definitely fixed before leaving. Even fine tuned the temperature control dial to make sure that my 80 year old tenant was able to turn the water off completely. The issue was an increasingly problematic leak in the shower which turned out to be due to workout rubber valves. It was fixed within 30 minutes.

Charged $65 just for an estimate. Showed up without any tools. Looked at the ground where the sewer line leak was and quoted $450 to just dig 2 feet and then they would give us another estimate

Excellent service. Plumber was very knowledgeable about the problem. Good price as compared to other plumbers in the area.

5 stars to Superior Air Conditioning. Herman was very prompt in giving a quote for air conditioning repair. He addressed the problem and was fast to offer a quote and agreed to complete the work quickly. He also determined an unknown problem with air flow and offered a solution. Priced reasonably and offers great service.

I have been a landlord for the past 40+ years so I've dealt with my fair share of plumbers over the years and this was by far the worst experience I've had with a plumbing service. They would never reply to my calls and when they finally came out, they did a horrific job and on top of that, they didn't even finish the job. I had to hire another company to come out and finish it. Then, tried to overcharge me.
Would not recommend.

I don't recommend using these guys. They are a couple of arrogant smart asses. I called them for a simple job and they wanted to turn it into a major job and make all kinds of major and unnecessary repairs. What a bunch of jokers these guys are. I would never use these idiots for anything.

Beware!! This plumber charges $1500 for his base daily rate plus extra fees for his men and equipment. He was recommended to us by a great plumber that wasn't available.
We had a water leak. We dug and found the leak. He came the next day to replace a saddle. We had a mini backhoe on site but he wanted to rent his own excavator (typically $200 a day). He left around lunch time and returned with the part after 2 hours. Total time for the repair, about 7 hours. We were happy with the job done. Late that evening, I received his electronic invoice saying labor and parts (maybe $50-$100 in materials), total $2600.
We've had lots of plumbing work (including emergencies) over the last few years, but never had such of rip off. Unbelievable!
I've attached his reply when I asked him to breakdown his invoice.
