A - Perfect Plumbing installed a tankless hot water heater and removed our two fifty gallon hot water heaters in our attic.

They did an excellent job.  The plumbers were professional at all times.

They returned another day to remove the old hot water heaters.  That was not an easy task.  They had to be partially dismantled but we're still bulky and heavy.  I planned on having spots to touch up on the walls.  There was not one mark on our walls.

I highly recommend A - Perfect Plumbing.

Real, real pricey.  Came out quickly (though without a mask-a must during the pandemic), but I was shocked to be charged $175 dollars for labor for a job that literally took 3 minutes and required no parts.

The experience I had with this company wall so unprofessional. I only called to inquire about services and to ask if they do a certain job, never booking an appointment for them to come to my home. First things first they call and text you extremely early in the morning and after no reply they just show up at your home unannounced bagging on the doors. And no mask in the middle of a pandemic. Save yourself the time and energy.

I have been using the service of this company for 20 plus years and all I can say is they have been phenomenal. They have cleared drains with a lot of effort on their part that has saved me untold expense. They have assisted my air conditioning people with drainage that has also prevented damage. They service my toilettes and keep them in good working condition and have replaced faucets, etc., with expertise. They have worked on outdoor plumbing including insulation and a shutoff valve. In all these years, I have absolutely no complaint and couldn't recommend their services more highly. Even the lovely office contact, Amanda, who has been with them for years is such a pleasant and helpful person to work with. I have also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is a very professional, friendly and considerate gentleman. Today my fill valve was out on my guest room toilet and I have friends coming tomorrow from out of town. I called today and the plumbers just departed same day after making a quick replacement. They truly are A-Perfect Plumbing Company!!

This company is an awesome local business! Very helpful and friendly staff! I spoke with the female office manager and she handled all my questions and needs! Quick and quality service. I highly recommend them! They have done work on my house and my business multiple times!

Such a wonderful plumbing business. The workers are overly friendly, I have never had a bad service from this business. I would highly recommended this company to my family and friends. The young woman who is the office manager is so professional and very helpful. I have had two emergency services done by them and they were there in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful business

These guys are awful, I hope you know plumbing. Tried to charge me $5500 for a water heater replacement. I feel so sorry for anyone they take for a ride. Call a reputable plumber before you pay top dollar for this company.

Total rip off artists. These guys are old school in their overcharging and scamming. My other half was out of town and our toilet was keeping me up all night running. Called these guys on a recommendation from a friend(thanks for nothing Steve). Guy came out and was immediately pretty rude. I thought ok he's a plumber it's fine. Show him the toilet, he replaces some little part and says your fixed. Wrote me out a bill. For over $200. For what turned out to be a $5 part and 2 minutes of labor. Now I get it, sometimes that's the price you pay for a service like that but here's the kicker. THE TOILET WASNT FIXED! I realized I'd been had. I realized his smug affect as he wrote out the bill was suppressed joy at taking someone. Needless to say I would be remiss as a human being if I didn't warn others of my experience. There's people in this world who feel it's ok to take advantage of others and I say SHAME. SHAME ON THOSE PEOPLE AND SHAME ON YOU A PERFECT PLUMBING.

They are professional, on time and reasonably priced. What more d you need in a plumber?! I had an issue with my garbage disposal and the plumber took the time to explain what was happening and gave me the option of what to do. He did not try to force me to purchase anything. It was all explained in layman's terms and I made the decision. I have not had a problem since and it has been about 3 months since it was installed. He serviced everything in a little under two hours so I wasn't stuck at the house. I would recommend them to anyone.
