Outstanding service and pricing on my pipe repair.  I've dealt with a half dozen plumbing companies over the years and this was the best experience by far.   Mike is an absolute pro, knowledgeable, skilled and fast.  Happy to use him again in the future.

Everyone at Krinkie's was helpful and friendly! Dan came over quickly and with in a hour figured out my furnace problem! He explained each test he preformed and part he looked at on my furnace.  He even apologized for all I had been through with Ryan's Plumbing & Heating (awful company!!) to fix it. Dan was super knowledgeable and competent in his work! The pricing was all up front and parts and labor are guaranteed for a year!! Plus the next day someone from their office called to make sure all went well and I was satisfied! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them in the future! Krinkie's will now be my go to company for Plumbing and heating! Thanks guys!

I used Ouverson to install a new sewer line from my home to the main line per city codes and I was very impressed with Troy and his crew. They were meticulous. They dug a 6x6 hole in my yard and did the installation. When they were done, you could hardly tell. again, very impressed. I can't say enough good about their work.

Calling around for a plumber is never fun and usually means something broke and needs to be replaced, which means $$$$$. Pete at PJS Plumbing will be my first call next time and all the time. I called late Friday needing a hot water replacement and got an estimate from Pete which was considerably less than other places. He called around and got me a water heater for the price he said it would be and it was installed almost by the time I woke up on Tuesday. Its funny that I don't even feel like I spent money, but I saved money compared to the 'other guys' prices. I actually rounded off the price and gave Pete more money. I've already recommended him to a friend. Don't change your phone number, I will be calling to use your services again. But hopefully I wont need to :)

When purchasing a home, the inspection found the sewer lateral between the house and the street needed to be repaired. Based on the inspection video Marvel gave me a quote in November to put in a CIPP between the house and the street in early January.

The day arrived and Jashon and Kai showed up at the time I was told, they were both super professional and despite me telling them not to worry too much about making the floors dirty, they insisted on keeping them as clean as possible. They made it super clear when they arrived what they would be doing and how long each step would take. I was in and out of the house throughout the day while they were working in my basement and I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home without me around.

In the end the quote I received in November is exactly what I paid in January, and it was much lower than others I received because of the method they use to insert the lining.

I've already recommended them to a friend and would recommend them to anyone else looking for their services.

Sometimes in life one finds oneself with a broken water pipe on a Sunday night, in the middle of a pandemic, mere hours before a house inspection that could make or break a sale.  Surely, I thought, it would be impossible to find a plumber who would be willing to come on such short notice, who'd have the knowledge and experience to do the job, and who wouldn't charge an absolute fortune.  

But as fate would have it, I found Steve @ Hibernian and my plumbing emergency actually turned out to be a positive experience.  He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and he had the expertise, equipment, and strength to get the job done well.  What's more, he was pleasant, professional, and personable... and he was completely fair in his pricing (even with the circumstances).  

I highly recommend Hibernian Plumbing.

So, wow.  They say that they have 24/7 service.  However, when I called them, they were not able to get out until the next day.  I explained that we had one bathroom and that I would keep that appointment but had to call around to try to get someone out tonight.  
Amazing that when I called back to cancel they had someone that was available to come out.  Needless to say, I did not use them.  This place has poor advertisement of 24/7 service that really means 8:00am-5:00pm.

Had Discount Rooter and Plumbing come to do a mainline rooting due to backup when heavy water use (like spinning out a load of laundry, or draining a bathtub).   Tech couldn't get thru to the street with a 6 blade, wouldn't step down to a smaller blade to try either. Said I should have a camera inspection but he didn't have a camera. Had them come back later in the week for a camera inspection which showed roots.   They quoted me $6,000 to fix the area, or $12,000 to fix and run a liner or $15,000 if they had to dig at the street.   I called Ron the Sewer Rat for a 2nd opinion and they came and ran a 6 blade to the street in about 5 minutes, pulling back a nice wad of roots.   He ran it two more times to the street and back clean. He detected no grit or sand (which might indicate a significant crack or break that is letting in dirt or sand).    I think Discount Rooter and Plumbing just wanted to sell me a sewer line repair. I'm sure they will disagree, but they sure did a sloppy job and didn't have the adequate equipment to get this done in one call.        Do yourself a favor and if you use Discount be sure to get a 2nd opinion if they want to do any additional work, or if they don't do what you hired them to do.    Won't use them again...

I seriously wonder if the negative reviewers are talking about the same service. Eric was prompt, pleasant, SUPER respectful and responsible about COVID compliance (wore a mask, stayed 6 ft apart, washed hands etc), explained all the issues well, and in the course of our discussion about my home's many plumbing problems (observable with my own eyes), he recommended a few things regarding a kitchen renovation I was planning that saved me $$$. He also showed me how to do some basic maintenance so I wouldn't have to call him for a minor recurring issue. I was so pleased with his work on a bunch of annoying small repair jobs, that I have brought him back for multiple larger plumbing jobs.

My house had BAD plumbing when I bought it -- like multiple elements only held together with tape. Shortly after I moved in, I discovered one toilet mechanism was held together with duct tape. Later, when I got a new dishwasher, I discovered my dishwasher drain hose was held to the main drain stack with electrical tape and it had been causing a slow leak under my floating floor (if I hadn't upgraded my dishwasher it could have been years before I discovered this since it was hidden). I actually ended up paying for a second home inspection after finding this many instances of tape used for plumbing after I moved in, because they were not noted in my original home inspection (I'm going to do a brief side plug for StructureTech the best home inspectors who found all kinds of things I wish I'd known when I bought, I will never use another home inspector again in this state). It's pretty depressing to buy a new house and discover someone did a shockingly shoddy job with the plumbing. I fully trust Eric to steer me in the right direction and to talk me through my options - pros/cons/cost. At this point, over the year, he's fixed multiple issues such as small leaks and running toilets (I can repair a basic running toilet but these were more complicated), installed a new water heater, installed a new sink faucet and garbage disposal, hooked up my new refrigerator's water line. My sewer line backed up and when he was unable to come to the emergency, he recommended another company who could do the job for a reasonable price quickly. I have never felt 'upsold' or like he was unwilling to do a smaller job either (which I can't say about other repairs on my house).

Because so much work had to be done on this house, I got estimates on a few things from other plumbers, and I felt Eric was usually cheaper or on par with the other services while being more pleasant/respectful and providing better service. I had one service be pretty rude to me as woman, quote me an outrageous sum, and indicate they would nickel and dime every little thing. No thanks!

I also want to say having someone who takes COVID prevention seriously is a big stress reliever. Eric always worse a K95 high filtration mask, didn't touch his mask, didn't take it off, didn't have to be nagged about things, unlike some people I've had show up at my house without even bringing a mask.

When we bought our house, it had significant plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. The listing agent for the house had used Erickson for winterizing the home, and since they were already familiar with the house's quirks, we used them for our plumbing issues. Every single time I called the Erickson office, Zach went out of his way to help me. His staff was great - knowledgeable and able to put things in non-plumber terms for me. We will use Erickson again, although I hope we don't need to.

Excellent service!! We started off with a Nest smart thermostat install. Later found out there was quite a few problems due to the old contractor. Rumpca went up and above to install new wires which we found out the old contractor had cut and replaced with an older two wire thermostat. Then when we had everything wired in to check for heat/AC. The A/C we found out wasn't working because of a connection problem. Rumpca did a great job of getting back to us and fixing it right away in professional manner. I would definitely recommend Rumpca to anyone who might have multiple issues or has no idea what is wrong with their system. They answered all of our questions and stayed available for any other questions we had.

The plumber was very friendly and they took care of the issue but that's pretty much the extent of the positive review. They ultimately just had to snake a shower drain and we were charged over $315 for that. When looking at average shower draining costs from 2015, the range for a tub drain according to Angie's List was $109 to $214. Even tacking on the $60 driving fee we still were significantly overcharged. Also did not receive an itemized receipt (or any receipt for that matter due to a technical glitch that the plumber said would be taken care of by the office and wasn't). Be prepared to be overcharged for simple tasks if you call this company.

By far one of the best companies we have used. Friendly, professional, and quick. Emphasis on affordable! We won't even consider anyone else. They came out the same day we called and we're done in an hour.  They explained everything and how it worked and gave us a ton of pointers. Very polite, professional, and thorough work.

Selling my house and buyer requested a furnace tune up. Per ServiceToday's website will also conduct any necessary parts cleaning and/or minor repairs, test for carbon monoxide, and do a full check of all safety controls They failed to do that so I called and talked to Christi on the phone and they said those can be done at an additional charge usually. I was not made aware of this at all. I thought the $79 tune up was for everything. They also told me I had a cracked heater exchange via a remote controlled camera. I had another Company come out a couple hours later determine that my heat Exchange was not cracked. I showed them what ServiceToday showed me was a crack and they actually removed parts of my furnace to get an eye view and determined there was no crack and then also did a C02 combustion test which came back clean. I asked Christi why they did not perform a C02 test to assure the crack was there and she gave me an excuse that they see anything they red tag it and tell me to replace my furnace. After looking at other reviews this seems to be a common practice with them to get more business. Run as fast as you can from these scam artists. I will be disputing my charge on the my credit card and recommend everyone else to avoid them.

Very dissatisfied with the timeframe I was given. I was told between 10:00 and 12:00. I even called that morning to confirm and was told someone would be out to my house between 10 and 12. Received a text at 11:50 that Rick was on his way. 40 minutes later still no Rick. I called and was told he's on his way. Rick arrived at 1:15. Dressed professionally and polite. Rick did a very good job explaining what he did and the results of our furnace. Answered all my questions with great detail and I felt he was efficient. I just wish they could give a better timeline. I missed a half of a day of work waiting.

Full disclosure Sabre advertises on our podcast and that's one of the reasons we started using them.  Our previous hvac co couldn't figure out what was wrong with our furnace and kept wanting to put in s new system. Sabre fixed our furnace and we didn't have to install a new system!   They do a great job and come out promptly.     Highly recommend.

Made an appointment and got a confirmation email and text. Then a reminder email and text the day of the appointmen. Waited around for 2 hours just in case they were running way behind, never showed up or got a phone call. Decided to do the same and go with someone else.

They must never have heard of customer service. Spoke with 2 people and couldn't even get them to tell me what there service appt fee was! They are the most rude and uninformative people I have ever dealt with.   STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT!!!
