Tech arrived to house within 2 hours of calling and making appointment. Quick and fast service. Very friendly and helpful. Explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely use Krinkies again for futures issues with HVAC!!!!!!!

I initially loved these guys, but then noticed a pattern of always finding way more problematic and expensive things to fix beyond what they were called for. Last straw was fixing the AC by an extensive and expensive duct work addition, which did exactly NOTHING. Plus they left a dusty mess everywhere. So then they told me I needed to replace entire unit for 12k++. Except the guy I called for a second bid washed the outdoor condenser unit free of grass and dust and 18 mos later still working perfectly. I loved the tech super nice but COME ON!!

Such friendly, professional service! So far they've come to fix a small furnace problem and to do routine maintenance. Very nice, helpful and courteous. That goes for the people answering the phones, too. So glad to have found them!

We have signed up for the yearly plan that includes a furnace tune up and an AC tune up once a year. Mike Hahn from Krinkies is here now for our furnace tune up on a -3 degree day and identified a leak from our humidifier on our 20 year old furnace that is still plugging away. He found the problem, called in and asked for the part and waited at our house til the owner himself dropped off the part and is now fixing it. Mike is super kind and knowledgeable, patient and explains everything thoroughly. Super service and very professional- and reasonable cost. When our furnace finally gives up, Krinkies has our business!

I've known Krinkie's since high school. My family has used them for years. My dad (turning 100 in Sept.) still remembers Paul Nelson by name and always recommends him. Yesterday, with over 100 heat index, a mouse decided to chew through our AC wires. Fortunately, they were able to come out today, fixed it, cleaned it up, lubed, checked it over and the ten-year-old TRANE is working better than ever.

This is a company you can trust. Honest, (he said, this is a great unit, no need to replace it), knowledgeable - Paul has been with Krinkie for over 30 years now), and personable.

Highly recommended. Oh, and I signed up for their twice-a-year Furnace and AC check. Brought the service call price down and helps with future repairs if needed. Oh, and check for a service call with service coupon on their web site.

Great company to work with. Joe At Krinkie's did a lot of work in my old 1930s Tudor. Found several gas leaks and fixed, installed new venting for a relocated clothes dryer. Responsive, thorough and informative every step of the way.

Guy was professional, got the fix done in a reasonable amount of time.  My 3 stars is more a factor of how bummed I am to have a write a big check for fixing my furnace - just the reality of having this job done I guess.  Arggg!

Excellent response time and service. Our humidifier system was installed by Owens Heating and AC but I would never recommend that firm. Very expensive and not good at servicing or supporting the equipment they install. In desperation I reached out to Joe based on a neighborhood site endorsement, and he came through promptly and correctly. Frankly, the system wasn't working right until now.

Amazing service. Mike is a downright champ. This afternoon, he graciously handled a gnarly wasp infestation in my backyard and replaced a fried capacitor in my air conditioner in a matter of minutes, all with a friendly smile. Fabulously cold air is now spewing into the house. I will be a returning customer. Krinkie's for life!

This was our first time using Krinkie's and had a fantastic experience. Our furnace wasn't working and so Mike was sent out to our house to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to explain the process and the parts of the furnace. We did use a coupon on their website so we only had to pay for the part. He wore his mask the entire time and was very friendly. I 100% would recommend them if you need anything heating or air done on your home.

I had ordered a microwave and stove through Home Depot. Delivery guys were nice, installed the microwave no prob. However the stove they said they couldn't do. Had to call their plumber. 4 hours later their plumber showed up, spent 5 minutes in my home to tell me I have to call somebody cause he can't do it. You can't do your job... ok... company you can direct me to since it's dealing with gas to a stove? I spent an hour on the phone and found Krinkies. Shane and Andy came out within a couple hours, fixed the issue with the gas line that the dumb plumber should have since he was paid to do it already, then they hooked up my stove, not something they had to do, I was paying them for the gas line, they moved it into place, and took my old stove out by hand and put it in the back of their truck. I'll be calling them always. Home Depot charged me 320.77 for install, install kit, and haul away. Krinkies charged me 189 and did the same thing better and faster. Thank you Krinkies Heating and Air.

Krinkies did a fantastic job replacing our old furnace and AC unit! We signed a contract with Dave Krinkie at 11AM on Friday, our furnace died later in the day, Dave brought 4 temporary heaters at 7:30PM in a snow storm to keep us warm until our install date. Dave also was very responsive to our needs and moved our install date up, thanks Dave. The HVAC technicians, Ryan, Kevin, Derek(sp) quickly got our new system up and running. They really did a great job installing, routing drain lines and cleaning up after their installation! We are really pleased with our quiet Daikin HVAC system and really pleased we chose Krinkies to do the installation!  We highly recommend Krinkies HVAC!

Friendly, professional. Explained what they were doing. Punctual, and cleaned up the area when done. Appreciated the great job they did.

Called on a weekend for emergency service after my boiler broke down. They said they would come out, I gave them my address and other details, and they decided 6 hours later (after I'd turned down several other companies who offered to do the work) they wouldn't come out after all because I was outside their service area, despite having my address the entire time. Their normal service may be fine, but definitely not a good choice in an emergency!

Joe is very knowledgeable, explains everything, is prompt and does a good job.  Highly recommend Krinkie's and Joe!  5 stars,

Everyone at Krinkie's was helpful and friendly! Dan came over quickly and with in a hour figured out my furnace problem! He explained each test he preformed and part he looked at on my furnace.  He even apologized for all I had been through with Ryan's Plumbing & Heating (awful company!!) to fix it. Dan was super knowledgeable and competent in his work! The pricing was all up front and parts and labor are guaranteed for a year!! Plus the next day someone from their office called to make sure all went well and I was satisfied! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them in the future! Krinkie's will now be my go to company for Plumbing and heating! Thanks guys!

I was unable to relight the pilot light on our boiler after it went out. Our neighbor's had recently had a good experience with Krinkie's so I gave them a call. Paul N. came by later that day and diagnosed a bad gas control valve. An hour later, our boiler was back in working condition and heating the house.

Paul was personable, knowledgeable, and professional.

I've used Krinkie's for years, purchased both a furnace and air conditioner through them at my condo, and continued to have superstar technician, Joe D., service the units when I moved into my house. Joe, and the company, are always honest, fair, and friendly, and Joe has become like a member of the family.  I've recommended Krinkie's (and Joe) to other friends who were so appreciative of the honest feedback and expertise that kept their units working efficiently while still respecting budgets. I will continue to use Krinkie's (specifically Joe) for all my heating, air conditioning (and now Plumbing!) needs.  If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Thank you for visit today. We hadn't planned for our air to go out, it was just a fluke that our scheduled maintenance was for today. Our problem was diagnosed quickly and had the part delivered in short order. Dans friendly attitude made the whole process less stressful. Thank Goodness we are on their service plan.
