Description
Trenchless Pipeline Repair and Replacement Most of us don't give a second thought to the sewer pipes on our property, but we should. A sewer line can become blocked or damaged for a number of reasons. Aging sewer lines lead to cracked and rusting pipes. Root intrusion in older pipes with joints account for a majority of blocked sewers. Calcium deposits that develop over time clog up household pipes and drain lines. Ground movement or minor seismic activity can cause cracking and structural damage at the joints of sewer and water systems. Damaged sewer lines can lead to wastewater overflows which can be costly to clean up and cause environmental harm to our creeks and natural waterways. Save money on restoration of your driveway, lawn, landscaping, and expensive road reconstruction. We don't require expensive, messy digging in order to replace your home's sewer or water line. Using an inversion method called CIPP, Cured in Place Pipe, we are able to replace your sewer through a small 4ft by 6ft access hole located outside your home. Unlike PIPP (Pulled in place pipe) lining, our process adheres to the host pipe, stopping all infiltration of water and roots. Water lines can be replaced with minimal intrusion to your home and lawn. We'll dig a small hole by the street and pull in your new HDPE water line from inside your basement. Joint-free fittings installed with a electrofusion machine will leave you with a one-piece leak-free water line.
