Have had Metro Heating & Cooling service my current home and past home, as well as my clients homes for years.  Couldn't be happier with their service.  Rainy is the technician I've had the past 3 times I've called service and he's incredibly professional and explains everything thoroughly.

Had a great experience with these guys. We had a backed up drain pipe that was beyond what I knew to take care of the issue. John's was able to schedule a visit the same morning I called. Kris showed up and went through some of the same steps I had done just to make sure before diagnosing that the issue was more than likely an ice blockage.  He was able to help us out with resolving the issue while teaching me something in the process in case the issue popped up again.  He wore booties to keep from tracking dirt and snow into the house, and even had coverings on the dolly so it wouldn't track anything in as well. All in all we were extremely satisfied with the service.  The rate was competitive.

We had been in our new home roughly 24 hours when raw sewage began pouring into our basement from the floor drain, the shower drain, anywhere it could get into the basement. I was about to call one of the big names when I saw a great review of this local company. I called in the early morning and Nate pulled up before 2pm. He was a rock star. He dropped the camera probe in, found the obstruction, augered it out, and inspected the pipe's entire length for future problems as he went, talking me through his findings. He then cleared out my decomposed drain cover and cleaned up everything he touched, as well as some of the mess that was already there. Great service, great advice, easy going, and the cost was less than I've paid in the past for other companies (by a good margin). I've already made a calendar entry in my phone to call McDonough's every two years for preventative maintenance on the pipe. We can go back to loving our new house again!

Got the job done and answered all questions in record time at half the cost of the last plumber I had out. (not mentioning any names BF). Companies that advertise on tv and billboards pass the costs on to customers. WBP&H only needs satisfied customers to promote their business.

I highly recommend this company. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.  

We wanted to install a new toilet in our bathroom, but the toilet we bought didn't fully cover the floor opening of the old toilet. We thought we were going to have to redo the floor tile, but Matt was able to search for us to find an alternative toilet that had the right measurements to cover the hole. This saved us a lot of money, and I appreciate his willingness to help us, and problem-solve!

I had a major leak with my cold water piping upstairs that caused a leak into my downstairs bathroom. I needed to shut off the water in the house to eliminate   further damage. I placed a call to request service and got  an immediate response, with somebody out to the house that afternoon. The issue was in a tricky spot, but Bruce took great care. He was a true professional. I felt like his only client. I would absolutely use this service and request Bruce again!

I have a cast iron tub/shower set up. It works great - until a part needs replacing. Today Darnell from Champion Plumbing came out to check why the tub spout was spraying. Not only was he able to repair it without fuss, he also tightened the shower fixture and stopped my screen door from slamming - then showed me how to readjust it when it needs it. Another A+ for Champion Plumbing. : )

Beware of this company. Matt's Plumbing billed me for $385 for 20 minutes of time that required no tools. I e-mailed them and requested that they contact me to discuss the over charge and the have completely ignored me. I have reported them the BBB also.

If I could give them no stars I definitely would. If you are in need of a plumber do not waste your time trying to go with this company!!!!! I scheduled an appointment with them on a Monday for a Friday appointment with a window of 12-3, so of course I had to take the day off to be home. They kept calling me to tell me that they were going to be later and later because something happened in Minneapolis last night and now they are backed up, okay I was fine with that as long as they still came that day. Well needless to say, they ended up never coming on Friday and telling me I couldn't be serviced until Sunday now. And they didn't even offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience, I had to ask myself and the guy stumbled and thought he could maybe give me a 10% maybe though.  I get things happening but if I had to be pushed all day then they could certainly afford to fill me in the next day with all the hassle they put me through. Glad I went with a different plumbing service, who got me in on Saturday as soon as they could (which was 11am) So if you are ever in need of a plumber, don't even waste your time with this worthless company!
