Had to replace our water heater right after Christmas. The service was exceptional from the first phone call to the installation. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, no hidden fees, everything went smoothly, and was done professionally. I never would have thought replacing a water would be a pleasant experience, but this time, it actually was.  So happy and relieved to have found Keith Nelson plumbing. Will never call anyone else!

I purchased a investment property with a great view of the Mississippi River valley. After the purchase realized quickly I had my work cut out for me, everything that could be wrong with a 140 yr house was seriously in need of repair. Contacted Mark for complete plumbing replacement. He got me a very competitive quote quickly, we agreed and he went to work. We worked through many challenges along the way but he stuck to his quote and finished the job to perfection. Called RWPH for a 50 gal Water heater replacement. Carrie was polite and explained their process to me in layman's English. Said a tech would be out 1st thing in the morning 7:30am. Garrett,  the owner showed up personally and went through everything with me. Quoted a good price. I explained I would have to postpone the install for a day or two until I got paid. With a gentleman's handshake we worked it out that I could pay for water heater now, installed and I could pay labor when I got paid.  Michael showed up with the new one and installed in less than 1.5 hours, amazing.i went to the bank to get the $$ to pay for it and found I got paid early. Called Carrie up and let her know I could pay in full. I asked about a Military discount and got another 10% off the original quote. Life saver...  Thank you Garrett, Michael and Carrie for helping us out. Further projects will be referred to Red Wing Heating and Plumbing.  Highly Recommend.

On short notice, Joe made time in his schedule to come out and diagnose my plumbing issue.  He gave me a fair price and an honest assessment, connecting me with the crew needed to to the job.  I absolutely recommend Joe and would hire him again.

The service tech used a video scope to examine the heat exchangers and then showed me the many cracks that would lead to carbon monoxide being released. I didn't have to rely on their say-so; the evidence was in right in front of me. They explained the issues with my old furnace and discussed options tailored to my house and needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy an expensive new furnace; their service reps shared information and I made the decisions.

The estimator discussed options and alternatives with me, giving me information to make the decision about which brand to replace my old one with. The cost was very reasonable, and their payment plan helpful.

We hired Levahn Brothers to re-do the plumbing behind our hot water heater, softener, and the iron filter. From the beginning with the estimation process, to the planning what they would do, to the completion. we were completely satisfied. Andy was right on with the estimate and Jeff did an excellent job planning and completing the redo of the plumbing. We could not be more satisfied. We would definitely use Lavahn Brothers again and highly recommend them.

Jorge from Top Notch took care of my mainline tree root problem. I get tree roots every year or so it seems, and the guy I used to have do it retired a few years ago. The last few times, I've gone and rented an auger myself and done it, with moderate success. Last time was this summer, and now it started to back up AGAIN! Enough of this! Too sick and tired of hauling that damn machine up and down the stairs, pretending I know what I'm doing... so, a friend recommended Top Notch to me. They were great right from the start. Answered their phone, were polite, and gave me the rates and timeframe right over the phone. When Jorge came, he was personable, polite, and professional. He had my main line augured out in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and was exactly what I was looking for in a drain cleaner. Since I know the roots will be back in a year or so, it is REALLY nice to know I don't have to go looking for another drain cleaner. I am not sure why--but plumbing issues always seem to happen on a weekend with us.  This time we had a clogged sink - We have used TJK in the past for a project so decided to call them first. SO glad we did.  We again had excellent response time with very clear communications with estimated time of arrival and service fees.  Teddy showed up right away and did a fantastic job. He knew what he was doing, took time to ensure the issue was fixed and cleaned up after he had completed a very dirty job with years of grease build up.  The prices were more than fair and you can't ask for a more reliable team.  I would recommend them anytime and will use them again for any future needs.

One of the BEST around, hands down.  Years of experience, fast service, knows what he is doing, gets the job done quickly and correctly.  Our Siamese cat likes him too...she loves to explore his truck filled with nooks and crannies.  :)

Friendly, fast and professional service.  My tub diverter wasn't working.  They came out within two days and replaced the tub faucet. Their price was lower than other places I checked. The technician was clean and had his own shoe covers.  He explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly.  I would trust him with any plumbing repair.  Thank you!

I've used this company twice. Once to replace a faucet in my kitchen and second to replace a water heater. Both times they were on-time, courteous and offered a great price for the work/equipment they provided. We got a second quote on the water heater replacement and the difference in price was over $1,000. Highly recommend this company!

Terrible service and pricing.  They called almost an hour after they were supposed to arrive to let me know they wouldn't be able to make the schedule time.  Had to reschedule.  When they finally showed up and completed the task I was surprised to learn (when I received their invoice) they were charging $168/hr. for their service.  The going rate in Mpls. is usually around $70 - $120 and hour for the same type of work.  Buyer beware - be sure to get an upfront quote from them before agreeing to hire them.  I've learned my lesson.

So, I had my sewer backed up and called Rol Air. They came out and $600 stated they had cleaned out the pipe and there weren't many roots. Two weeks later I had a more severe back up and called them again. They charged me $250 to tell me the same thing that it was cleaned out- nothing was coming up and it was likely a belly in the pipe. They don't do bellies. So I just had Roto-Rooter out here and they looked at the pipe and found ROOTS. Not a belly. They said there were quite a few roots in there likely causing the issue. So I spend $850 at Rol Air to do absolutely nothing. I will NEVER recommend this company. I have contacted the Better Business Beureau for taking advantage of me and charging that much money to not do their job.
