I had some water heater issues with a brand new water heater (not installed by Keith Nelson Plumbing). I called and Justin came out right away! Turns out, it was a manufacturer defect. He stayed and took out the old one and put in a new one to get me hot water again! Great customer service!

I purchased a investment property with a great view of the Mississippi River valley. After the purchase realized quickly I had my work cut out for me, everything that could be wrong with a 140 yr house was seriously in need of repair. Contacted Mark for complete plumbing replacement. He got me a very competitive quote quickly, we agreed and he went to work. We worked through many challenges along the way but he stuck to his quote and finished the job to perfection. I have only one regret, that I have no more plumbing needs at the present time but when I do I will call Mark without hesitation!!! Thank you Focus Plumbing:)

Called RWPH for a 50 gal Water heater replacement. Carrie was polite and explained their process to me in layman's English. Said a tech would be out 1st thing in the morning 7:30am. Garrett,  the owner showed up personally and went through everything with me. Quoted a good price. I explained I would have to postpone the install for a day or two until I got paid. With a gentleman's handshake we worked it out that I could pay for water heater now, installed and I could pay labor when I got paid.  Michael showed up with the new one and installed in less than 1.5 hours, amazing.i went to the bank to get the $$ to pay for it and found I got paid early. Called Carrie up and let her know I could pay in full. I asked about a Military discount and got another 10% off the original quote. Life saver...  Thank you Garrett, Michael and Carrie for helping us out. Further projects will be referred to Red Wing Heating and Plumbing.  Highly Recommend.

One of the local plumbers told me that I need a new sewer line and it was going to cost me $15k.  I asked the local hardware store (Settergren's) who's opinions I trust a great deal, and they recommended that I get a second opinion.  Settergren's has a list of vendors that their customers with whom their customers have had good experiences and JMJ is one of the plumbers on the list.  Joe, the JMJ owner, came by the next day and helped me think it through and decided to wait and see.  He ended up doing some work to keep the line clear at a very reasonable price.  Joe is an honest, hard-working guy that you can trust.  I recommend him without reservation.

The service tech used a video scope to examine the heat exchangers and then showed me the many cracks that would lead to carbon monoxide being released. I didn't have to rely on their say-so; the evidence was in right in front of me. They explained the issues with my old furnace and discussed options tailored to my house and needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy an expensive new furnace; their service reps shared information and I made the decisions.

The estimator discussed options and alternatives with me, giving me information to make the decision about which brand to replace my old one with. The cost was very reasonable, and their payment plan helpful.

Why would anyone go anywhere else for plumbing supplies?  The store manager has an incredible level of knowledge of every potential fitting or device.  They are incredibly helpful and friendly.

I drive past over a dozen neighbor hardware stores and two big box home improvement stores to get here.  This is the place to go!

You can't ask for better service! John offers great service at a resonable price. We'd call him again!

Jorge from Top Notch took care of my mainline tree root problem. I get tree roots every year or so it seems, and the guy I used to have do it retired a few years ago. The last few times, I've gone and rented an auger myself and done it, with moderate success. Last time was this summer, and now it started to back up AGAIN! Enough of this! Too sick and tired of hauling that damn machine up and down the stairs, pretending I know what I'm doing... so, a friend recommended Top Notch to me. They were great right from the start. Answered their phone, were polite, and gave me the rates and timeframe right over the phone. When Jorge came, he was personable, polite, and professional. He had my main line augured out in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and was exactly what I was looking for in a drain cleaner. Since I know the roots will be back in a year or so, it is REALLY nice to know I don't have to go looking for another drain cleaner. Charged outrageous for a simple outdoor faucet change, work time was exactly 2 minutes. I probably go somewhere else then getting ripped off.

I needed emergency service when my sewer backed up into my house. They came out promptly and the technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the clogged drain and even cleaned up. He was respectful of my home and wore paper booties over his shoes. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Not honest; once he took his money, did not follow up on work that wasn't completed.  Never returned calls, needed to call another plumber to start over;  wasted $800.

Racist. Don't waste your time and money.

I had the opposite experience of Greg M.  My plumbing problem wasn't major but it made me nervous & I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP.  I made a couple of phone calls-didn't get hold of anyone at the first, the second couldn't come out til the next day & was nice enough to refer me to Richfield Plumbing.  The person answering the phone had a good idea of my problem & set me up with Brian.  He called an hour later; an hour after that, problem was solved.  I was very pleased with the rapid service & felt that the price was reasonable for the job.

Called them to help with a clogged sink at my house.  Rol Air sent an inexperience plumber by himself to run a snake.  After being unable to unclog my sink, he call his boss who, instead of coming to checkout his employees work, just told him tell me that the main pipe has probably bellied out and that it would cost me thousands of dollar to repair.  I told them I would need time to come up with that kind of money.   After he the plumber left, I went to home depot to rented a 75 ft snake and ran it myself.  After multiple passes and boiling hot water proud down the drain, the drain eventually unclogged.  I would not recommend this company and try a different plumber.

We are still going back and forth with deans due to not putting the shower accessories on correctly. In addition they were supposed to replace the parts with the same quality and the stuff they brought looks like it was used and bought from the dollar store. They refuse to give an itemized receipt for services and then say the new one we bought to replace the crap one they will potentially refund- when asked why they won't refund instead the one they brought over they won't answer that which leads one to believe that  they are charging about $400 for an $50 item. The one we bought was $200 so that  crap/ junk one they are obviously charging more money for. They refuse to state what the one cost. You can never directly get ahold of anyone to deal with the issue- I work often 7 days a week and from before they are open until after they are closed so a direct number for a quick call would be great- They refuse that as well. I will add more later when I get a chance- JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
