This company took care of all my needs and issues and went above and beyond then the usual plumbing place. First I had a leaky kitchen faucet and when I called they scheduled me in right away! They came on time with the right tools and also had the parts I wanted. I'll post a pic so that everyone can see and they even offered a 10% military discount to our family!

Very happy with service. Main line was plugged, called One Hour Rooter, got scammed, no warranty, tried to sell me a ton of expensive services, at many times their value, backed up  3 days later. .
    Then I called the pros. Ron the sewer Rat sent Peter out, he was very pleasant and professional.  I told him my story and he said he had hear it many times. When he was done he said it was not a difficult job I had 2 tough spots where the roots were thick  but other wise just a normal clean out.
 Don't waste your time with the other guys, it will cost you more in the long run. Just call Ron.

We had a massive clog in our utility room floor drain and called Geno based on a Neighborhood Facebook group recommendation. He was very friendly and quick to find a time that could work for us.

He was straightforward and upfront about his flat rate pricing ($150 for the drain cleaning) and arrived on time as promised.

He was in and out under 20 minutes, very professional, and fixed our issue. Gave us tips for preventative maintenance and was on his way.

We've used Comfort Matters for all our HVAC related work since moving into our home last September. We only have the highest praise for CMs maintenance and installation work. Chris (consultant), Nick and Ian (installation) took care of our new HVAC system install needs from start to finish. We had no concerns nor issues to think about, other than what system and cost was best suited for our townhouse unit.  After selecting the best option CM's installation crew came a few days afterwards and did the complete HVAC install in one day (actually about 7 hours). By that evening we were up and operating. They made sure we were comfortable with the process from start to end. You won't go wrong using this company. Even before coming out they send a brief bio of the techs or consultants serving us so we get to know a bit about them up front.

We purchased a Daikan system 3 option and Aprilaire whole house humidifier. So far, we are very pleased with the system and twice a year maintenance.

Nate Duda went above and beyond for me this week for 2 projects in my home. I can't thank him enough for his time and expertise two days in a row. I would have been in a horrible place without him! He saved me at a moments notice. Very reasonable rates, very skilled. Relieved beyond words with what he did for me.

I can highly recommend Stewart Plumbing.  They installed a water heater for me, which seems straight-forward enough, but due to delays in the heater coming in to Lowe's, we had to reschedule 3 times.  Each time they were understanding and accommodating, and when the day finally came the installation went perfectly.  Nice people. Fair, honest and helpful.

I added Falcon Plumbing to Yelp because we used Mike to replace our water heater and he did a great job at a reasonable price I thought he deserved to be listed on Yelp for others to contact him :)

Be warned: This is the most dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with! We were alerted by other contractors working in our new home that the plumber this business assigned us was unproductive and billing for full days on the job without completing a reasonable scope of work. My wife then went to the work site at our new home to monitor and log hours. The plumber sent a bill for a large lump sum without disclosing what hours his plumbers were actually on-site at our home. When we asked for a supporting log of hours, they provided certain alleged hours they were on-site which directly and materially conflicted with our log of observed hours. The dispute escalated into a lawsuit. The lawyer representing the plumber also placed an unlawful mechanic's lien on our home in violation of Minnesota Statute 514.011 Subdivision 1. Because of this lawsuit, I am including the following review disclaimer: This review contains both personal opinion as well as statements of fact. Though the review is unequivocally negative, it's not libel as it's not exaggerated or false.

I would not recommend this Plumbing outfit to anyone I understand and know how much plumbers cost but if you want to get ripped off go ahead and contact Terry just ridiculously overpriced.

I've called All Ways Drains for two separate incidents. Both times they were professional, timely, and kind. Our plumber took care of the issues immediately and it didn't cost too much, getting us out of some bad situations. I will never call anyone else. I really cannot recommend them enough.

Initial contact by phone unsuccessful.  Left no message but they immediately called back.   I could find no record of a business or home address so this may be a virtual business location only if that matters to you.   They quoted me the $99 any drain price plus a service fee and taxes so total was $138.   They called before arrival as promised.    I saw no company truck but rather what appeared to be a pickup with a trailer containing all the equipment.   Technician was very polite.   He removed his street  shoes before entering the residence and maintained a clean working area while working.   No cleanup was required after he left.    He tried to power out the clog with his snake several times but without success.   The final location of the clog was pin pointed, but he was unable to remove it.   The Tech called the office twice to advise and seek consultation on next steps.    At 2 hours he was done trying and told me they would have to send others over to cut, clean or replace some of the pipe once they found the source of the plugging.  (He said he was only a pipe cleaner)   Fortunately for us when he removed his powered snake for the last time, a small opening developed in the clogged area and that allowed us to work the material loose and finish the job.   Success!!   When I asked him if we could power jet the line to assure all the debris was removed he told me power jetting was $600 (both would give me $150 discount coupon)   I decided to cut my losses at this point and hope we got it all.   Overall I would say the tech was very professional and did not give me any hard sales pitches.   I would hire these guys again I think as the price was competitive.  Not sure they will be around however since they appear to be a newly established business with no business address...Makes a person wonder...

We recently had Burnomatic inspect and tune-up our boiler and we could not have asked for better service. We are relatively new owners of a very old home with a complicated heating system that has been modified multiple times over the years. It was a relief to have the courteous, friendly, and very experienced technician from Burnomatic diagnose all of the quirks in our system. This family-owned company provides a level of terrific service, expertise, and value that is increasingly hard to find these days. We are so glad we found them!

If I could give him 0 stars, I absolutely would. Avoid at all costs! First of all, he's rude and unprofessional, he says some very inappropriate things. He also does more harm than good and you will have more issues after he works on your project than you've had before. Not customer oriented at all, only cares to get paid once and you're stuck with your problem afterward. I do not recommend, the worst contractor I dealt with.
