Jon came over this morning to give me an estimate on a new A/c unit, but first checked my old unit to check any issues. In the end he found that my unit works great with zero issues, I just needed to change out my air filter on my furnace. Chris from Urban Plumbing came to give us a quote to fix our whirlpool tub. We had a different plumbing company come out twice, spending 3 plus hours to diagnose what was wrong and to tell us the whole tub would need to be replaced... It took Chris looking at the tub for a total of 20 minutes(10 of which was filling the tub enough to cause the problem we were experiencing) to find out what the actual problem was. It needed no parts to fix... Chris was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgable. I highly recommend calling Urban Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Was referred to Brian by my regular guy when they couldn't take on an urgent toilet replacement. I reached Brian right away and he squeezed us in between 2 other jobs. He's a good communicator, arrived on time, and made a worrisome project go away quickly. Fair prices and easy to work with.

Faust Co. Inc. installed our garbage disposal in 2019. They pointed out that I need to lower the drainage before installing, which was overlooked by another plumber. I have been using the disposal for 2 years now and I am happy with it. I will use Faust Co. Inc. for future plumbing work.

I'm pretty good with tools and have installed one water heater before. For me the whole job turned into a total nightmare. After been without hot water for an embarrassing length of time I gave up and called this 100 year old company. The technician named Rod came in and the job was completed in record time. Rod was not only very knowledgeable but also gave a detail explaination of the problem.  The bill was very responsible. Any plumbing problem I have in the future is now a no brainer who to call. I needed to get my boiler cleaned, Southport came out quickly and did a meticulous job cleaning up the soot in my furnace and checking for CO emissions.  If I have other problems, I wouldn't hesitate to call them back.

I must say the repair person was very nice and courteous. He said their charge clock starts as they start deriving to your place. They charge double the price for any parts they replace. First day he fixed a leaking bath tub faucet water pipe connection while the facust was just fine. Next day the faucet start leaking and charged me more than $200 to fix it. They are very pricey and I would not recommend them to a friend.

This plumbing company is a TOTAL SCAM. Tried to pull off a truck load of lies to scam me out of a ton of money.
He said he would give me a quote through email, then suddenly wanted to come look at the job again? I already knew there was some BS on it's way. First got told the bathtub was once replaced, that was the opening line of the rest of the BS to follow. The bathtub is actually original! Then I got told the original stack set inside the CIELING for the upstairs toilet all had to be changed out to a bigger one, that it was too small. A 4 inch stack is NOT small!! THEN he denied that he said that to me as soon as I brought my male friend inside the room. lol. Then he said the downstairs ORIGINAL TOILET was NOT vented, even though it does in fact have a vent upstairs.
To top it off he was extremely RUDE and told me not to interrupt him, like I was a small child...!!
Both my friend and I caught him out in a ton of BS, and sent him on his way. Wish I hadn't paid the $60.00 fee in the first place. More BS!!!!
I never would have called these jokers, but they were listed as Cudahy plumbing, then found out they have adopted other company phone numbers. If that isn't a scam in itself I don't know what is.
Stay away from them!!! I don't even think they are actual plumbers. I'm willing to BET they would have asked for money down and then never do the job!!!!

I read the other reviews for this plumber and decided to call two other plumbers first, got voicemail for both and neither of them returned my call. After waiting a week for a call back, I decided to give Sterling a call. They actually answered the phone and set up an appointment around my schedule. They did a fantastic job and they were fast courteous and very professional.

Next time I need a plumber they will be my first call.

We have used Roman Electric before.  The actual work, while expensive, is alright.  Today, we have a leak.  We contacted Roman and were given a window of time between 9-11.  That window was confirmed via text to two different phones. We were told to expect a text/call 20 min. prior to visit.  Made arrangements at work to sit here.  Came 11:00 - no text, no call, nada!   We called them they sort of scolded us telling us that their windows of time extended from 9-12.  BUT we have it in writing so?   Anyway, come 1:14, I am still sitting here.  NADA!   We have one home in the area and several rentals.  Guess we will be giving someone else our business next time.  Shame too cuz we were just about to begin renovations on a basement.  Oh well.

We had them update our ancient-old thermostats for the air conditioning and our electric baseboard heaters. Their ace technician, Matt, showed up exactly at the promised time and efficiently got everything completed as promised. They're good, reliable, and reasonably priced -- can't get any better than that!

called for a broken water pipe i receive an appointment two hours later they call and say they are not coming and leave me further delaying the repair with someone else . i would never recommend

Unfortunately, this company bought A&S Plumbing in Watertown WI.  The first time we called, they fixed our shower which resulted in a leak through the garage ceiling and a bulge in the bathroom floor.  Unfortunately, we didn't realize this right away and contacted them to fix a kitchen sink.  We were charge over $500 for less than half an hour of work.  When we questioned the charge, we were told the price was standard.  Later, when we realized there was ongoing leak  from their shower repair, they refused to take responsibility.
