Jon came over this morning to give me an estimate on a new A/c unit, but first checked my old unit to check any issues. In the end he found that my unit works great with zero issues, I just needed to change out my air filter on my furnace. Chris was more than accommodating as he made room in his schedule to fit us in - and replace a leaking water heater. We were highly satisfied with his work, his willingness to explain the functionality of the water heater but also our water softener, and he was very price competitive with our vendors we called.

I contacted Faust after several failed attempts to unclog some basement pipes myself. I'm so glad I did! Extremely responsive, asking the right questions, and getting someone out to help immediately (who, by the way, showed up when they actually said he would; none of this waiting around during a four-hour window nonsense). I was quoted a 10am to 1pm time. Guy shows up at 3:45. After I say, uhh you're a little late aye, he replies, the office should've called you and told you I wouldn't be here til 3:30....even if that was the case, the tech still showed up late. Stayed no more than 10 minutes. Asked me if I knew how to work the heater or where the instruction manual was. The quote that was provided was way over retail prices; I could have bought 4 water heaters at Menards for the same price quoted, even accounting for labor it doest make sense.

We called Building Waters at 6:00 am because we had no hot water, and a leaking hot water heater in the basement. They were at our door by 7:00 am, and the job was completed by 9:00am!! Excellent service, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We feel confident recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors.

My water heater stopped working and my home warranty company connected me to Water Heater Express. Fantastic experience from start to finish. They were fast, extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Called Bohmann Friday morning asking if they had someone who could come out to put in a warranty replacement part that Rheem had sent me for my hot water heater. The man in the office said sure, no problem we can send someone out tomorrow morning. They then called me later in the day saying they could come out that afternoon to do the replacement because someone else cancelled.

Brian Bohmann came with a woman named Sally and I brought them down into the basement where the hot water heater was and gave him the part that Rheem sent to replace (it was a thermopile).

He told me it would cost $316 for him to do the work to replace the part! I said that doesn't seem right. The hot water heater itself is probably only worth $500. He became very ruined and insisted I then had to pay the $65 service call fee for him coming out. $65 for him to walk into my basement and walk back out.

No one had ever mentioned to me there would be a fee just for him to come. Not on the phone when I made the appointment and not when we got there. I literally had to pay him $65 for him to come to my house and leave.

I then had another plumber come and replace the part for $50 and he did it in 30 minutes. Brian was going to charge $316! Do not use these people! They will rip you off!

I read the other reviews for this plumber and decided to call two other plumbers first, got voicemail for both and neither of them returned my call. After waiting a week for a call back, I decided to give Sterling a call. They actually answered the phone and set up an appointment around my schedule. They did a fantastic job and they were fast courteous and very professional.

Next time I need a plumber they will be my first call.

They changed an electrical outlet and tightened a screw... cost me $310.95.   I had to be at work and my son was there when they did the work.  They never called me prior to arriving or prior to doing the work as they said they would.  Also told me on the phone that if I had work done, they would not charge me the $39.95 service fee.  When I called to complain, they told me they never said any of that.  That is a blatant lie.  I would never use Roman electric again,  and would suggest that you look elsewhere for an honest electrician.

We called Holland on very short notice.  They came right out, fixed our problem, and then did one additional job for us as well.   We really appreciated the great service.

WARNING - DO NOT USE.  I will give them one thing, they came out right away to repair a P trap problem.  Gave me one price and after messing around for awhile he needed to go to ACE hardware for parts and told me the price went up to due to some stupid chart he was looking at, I guess meaning he did not have the parts so the price goes up and we are retired military seniors so it would be a easy RIP off.  After about three hours he was done and we left for the rest of the afternoon costing us $600.00.  When returning home I noticed water under our kitchen sink and saw the leak coming from his back yard piecing pipes together.  I could of done the same thing with more trips to the hardware store but $500.00 less.  I called and the next morning a different guy came out and he also had to go to Ace hardware.  I guess it's fixed but one side drains very slowly, but I will NOT call them.

Unfortunately, this company bought A&S Plumbing in Watertown WI.  The first time we called, they fixed our shower which resulted in a leak through the garage ceiling and a bulge in the bathroom floor.  Unfortunately, we didn't realize this right away and contacted them to fix a kitchen sink.  We were charge over $500 for less than half an hour of work.  When we questioned the charge, we were told the price was standard.  Later, when we realized there was ongoing leak  from their shower repair, they refused to take responsibility.
