Carlos was beyond helpful. I had an emergency and he came the next day to evaluate and suggest  as fast solution.

He gave free consultation as well, unlike other plumbers that wanted a consultation fee and some even billed by the hour. He charged a reasonable flat rate, helped me to buy the parts and resolve my leaking faucet issue in a timely manner. He is also super resourceful!!!

Daniel showed up on time and was very professional. He worked quickly to resolve my sink issue that had old fittings and explained what he was doing and why.  After showing me the old broken area he fixed it pretty quickly.  I would definitely use them again and felt very comfortable with Daniel and the whole process.

For years we've alternated between a local big name but over priced company and small one man shows.  but finally we've found a happy balance.  Dovis identified the source of a leak (water in the basement was coming from the 2nd floor) and installed a new back yard hose connection for less money than the big local quoted for just the new hose connection.  AND they cleaned up!!!

Next time we have a leak or other pluming issue I know who to call.

Our A/C went out this holiday weekend and of course, it was difficult to find a repairman to come out as soon as possible. I messaged National this morning and I was given a time frame of 2:30-6:30pm to get someone out to my house. By 3pm, he was gone and the air conditioning was fixed for an insanely reasonable price. I would 100% recommend National Air and Heat for any problems you may have.

These guys are absolutely fantastic!  I don't know how they have any negative reviews and I question the validity of the ones I see posted.  It doesn't even seem like those reviewers ever actually used the company.

I own multiple Miami properties and have used Oasis, Yuda and Rony for many jobs.  The projects include new toilet installation, kitchen and bathroom automatic faucet installation, water heater purchase and installation, whole home water filtration system, single tap water filtration system, and a range of other smaller items.

They have been EXCELLENT - EVERY SINGLE TIME.  They are highly professional, on time, available/flexible for scheduling, knowledgeable and friendly.

It is very hard to find competent and quality contractors in Miami, especially plumbers.  These folks go above and beyond and are generally, just awesome people to work with.

I will not work with any other plumber and I would highly advise you to save yourself lots of time and headache by making Oasis your first call for any project.

It's too bad there's no option for zero stars here.  There's really only one thing to say about this business: they suck.  Twice I made the mistake of calling and making an appointment with these geniuses.  First time around I made an appointment with a time window of 2 hours, 9-11am.  Time window came and went and I called at 1230.  They casually responded that they were running late and someone would arrive by 3pm.  3pm came and no show, no call, no nothing.  Like an idiot I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment for a different day, in a different time window.  No one ever showed.  No one called.  Just straight up nothing.  If you value your time, don't call these lazy idiots.  I guess they stay in business because they are local, but it doesn't help if they are too lame and incompetent to show up.

I called them at 8 am and they schedule for the same day at 12am. They arrive on time and they unclogged the kitchen and laundry room within an hour. They also explained to our tenants what to do and what not to do in order to not have this problem again.

My mother is retired and needed help with some plumbing issues. This company is horrible, they did not want to fix the problem and wanted to charge a $45 for just coming and not doing anything...and they used rude, intimidating tactics. Don't ever hire this company. Apparently they have never heard of Yelp before, maybe they will treat their clients better.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Try another plumbing service.
