I want to say a huge thank you to the team at Miami Emergency Plumbing! Ivan, Harvey, Adrien and Vanessa- you guys saved me! I am new to Miami and unknowingly hired an unlicensed plumber and was facing a large fine from the condo association. I called Miami Emergency Plumbing at 6pm in a panic. They helped to calm me down and sent someone to my house within 30 minutes. The guys were polite, helpful, and professional. They fixed the work the first plumber did and provided me with the necessary documentation- all at a fair price. It makes me so comfortable knowing I now have a reliable plumber in town. Thank you so much for everything!!!

On Christmas night, I discovered water pouring out from underneath our kitchen cabinets.  It was a ton of water and we ended up having to shut the water off from the valve beneath the sink.  The next day we called Clogbusters and set up an appointment for them to come and evaluate what was going on.  They came out when they said they would and called beforehand to remind us of their arrival time.  They were able to assess what the problem was fairly quickly, however, they needed to come back to fix it since it was a pipe inside my kitchen wall.  Again, they called and came exactly when they said they would.  It was not very long and they had the pipe replaced with a brand new one.  They are very friendly and they work very quickly and neatly.

This was my 2nd time calling them out to my house.  The first time it was just to get an estimate for some plumbing work that would have simply been cosmetic as we switched from a regular type hot water heater to a tankless one and had some copper piping left in the closet from the original heater.  However, Louis (the owner) told us we didn't really need to eliminate the copper pipes unless we really wanted to.  In the end, we haven't done anything with the pipes, but one day we may decide to do the work just to have the closet looking neater.  I find this company to be very reliable and honest and I highly recommend them.  Hopefully, I won't have any more plumbing woes for a very long time, but if I do, I will be calling them.

A/C stopped blowing cold air so we contacted National Air and Heat. They were very responsive and sent out a tech that same day. Turns out the capacitor went bad and needed to be replaced. The tech replaced the capacitor in about 20 minutes and the A/C was back to cooling. The final price was pretty steep for a capacitor replacement so that is the only reason I am not giving a 5 star.

Sorry I had to give one star. There was no place to leave none. I wouldn't leave any. The worst company I have ever endured. I had this company come out to install a brand new faucet and asked John the price in advance. Once he got here he changed the price because it took him 2 hours to install and he installed it wrong. He said it needed a  new cartridge on a brand new faucet. We were without hot water for 10 days waiting for new cartridge to arrive from Delta. Upon arrival we called him twice and he said text me. I did and he never called back or text me again. We had a new plumber come in and said Hollywood Plumbing installed it totally wrong.  There was nothing wrong with the cartridge. We had to pay again. Don't pay attention to the good reviews. They are probably fake reviews. Please Please never use them. The worst.

Great customer service and support. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I would highly recommend advanced plumbing!

Professional, Timely Response from the Business Owner. He informed me his company does not do work in Staten Island.

He came out really quick and assessed the situation he found the issue and repaired it in less than 2 hours. Price/rate was very affordable. I really appreciate not being over charged for service. He is a good honest man that did his absolute best to provided exceptional service. I greatly appreciate not being overcharged for service during these tuff time. This kind of service is rare.

Came twice to my house for the same problem with our bathroom bowl. They were fast in their response and repair.

After calling Roto-Rooter, technician Ronny Rivera (#2437) was dispatched to my house early today.....Sunday, March 13, 2016. Really happy to see him show up, as I have quite a houseful. Not good when plumbing issues present themselves over here. Ronny was able to resolve our problems and also gave us advice on what we should and shouldn't do to further help us in the future, as our house is quite old. I really appreciate all he did to get our problems resolved today, along with all his tips and his professionalism. Great service....very satisfied.

Do not recommend!! I lived in an Association and today was the only day that I had available to have my kitchen sink. fixed. Scheduled the time and day before and even confirmed with him on the day of. The app was at 2pm and when I called him he mentioned that lost track of time... Called again an hour after to cancel due that my condo doesn't allow any work done after 4 pm. Not reliable. Bad experience.
