Mark was our plumber replacing the toilet.  Putting together an estimate & faxing all insurance info to our mgr he was professional & efficient!  Today he replaced the toilet.  He worked deftly.  It was like art.

This guy is a total scam artist! I wanted to write a review a couple years ago, but he didn't have a listing.  Not only did he not fix the simple issue with my toilet, he purposely caused a leak than caused flood damage. He came back to my house to fix it to just recommend demolition. I ended up getting a second opinion and fixing the loose nut myself. After that, he stopped returning my calls. Two years later I see that he installed faulty equipment in my other toilet which he said he replaced new as a courtesy. Don't trust him! He tries to talk a good game, but he's just setting the stage to create more work for himself. I still have a stain on my ceiling because of his service. It's disgraceful!
