Juan was punctual, efficient, and affordable! When I called him after hours because my bathroom was flooding, he told me how to stop the water flow and asked if I preferred to wait until normal business hours when his work would be less expensive. He then arrived as promised at 7am on Monday morning to fix the problem! I would hire him again without a doubt.

Excellent fast and professional service!  AC stopped working in my rental property- I am managing it from out of state so having this kind of reliability from a company is invaluable to me - First time I have used them and for sure will be using them again!

Horrible!!! Was charged 375 for leak detection, the response was the leak is everywhere. Guy came in a Cadillac with no interest or intent to perform any work.

Bought a new washer Best Buy was unable to install due to plumbing issue called Frank and they were here within the hour replaced the faucet and installed the washer and rehooked up the dryer. Frank was great reasonable and friendly
Would highly recommend and I will call for any future plumbing issues

Honestly can't believe I'm only the 2nd positive review for this establishment because my first project with them was one of the best experiences I've ever had with ANY establishment or business in the last 35 years.

I'm sure I'm not alone.  At least you know Need A Plumber isn't paying people to submit fake reviews like other businesses.

I've owned & renovated a few homes & I've hired & worked w/ every kind of service provider.  I'm not easy to impress & have very high standards.  It ALWAYS starts w/ that first phone conversation.  If they aren't patient & plugged-into my questions & needs, there's a good chance no one else will either & I move on.

Courtesy, patience & professionalism was truly my experience from beginning to end.  Plumber exuded positive energy (i.e. leaves no negative vibes lingering in your space),  & respected the fact that he's still a stranger in my home.  No ego, defensiveness, or irritation as I watched & learned.

They didn't charge to just come out like others.  Their piece-rate & hourly rate was very reasonable w/ no outlandish minimum's.  It would be too good to be true if they didn't deliver on my every expectation.

Sincerely hope they generate the quality & numbers of clientele they so genuinely deserve.

We found Dovis recently when we were looking to replace our water heater. After three straight days of cold water, we were extremely happy when Dovis told us he'd be able to get us a new water heater and install it within 3 days! Other places told us 7-10 days and weren't even sure if it'd be possible (we had a rather unique model). John came to our apartment as scheduled and got the job done nicely. After 5 hours of hard work, our new water heater was hooked up and doing it's job. And they cleaned up after themselves too!!

It was a true pleasure working with Dovis. They're responsive, professional, and very reasonably priced as well. We'll sure be calling Dovis for future heating and plumbing needs! :)

Very prompt service.  Chris, who handled my call was extremely nice and kept me updated for when to expect arrival.  Price was reasonable and the plumbers were knowledgeable and courteous.  Definitely would recommend and use again.

Called this company due to a major issue. They came the next day. To me, it seemed their proposal was extremely high because they did not want to go through the trouble to complete the work. And even though I showed them the exact location of the issue, they still went ahead and charged me the $60 for the inspection, unethical.

WARNING !!!!!!!!!!! theses people are nothing but FRAUDS. the owner is afriad to show his face but does send his plummer to talk with you, but when it comes to money that is the only phone call he makes. I have a small bathroom that needed some small changes  even when i new that $6000.00 was to much i trusted this man to do a great job but instead its been almost four weeks and this tiny bathroom is still not finnished. i have three diffrent color tiles a toilet that is leaking a shower that was so uneven that the water would just sit there for a few days untill it dried out. the cabinet for the bath room that was CUSTOM made i had no say in it, the carpenter took about two weeks to make ( just a simple box with one door and a stone top) still has not made the door for it and so we have no door on a cabinet, the door frame seems to be recycled because it was all chiped and the painter came and painted from the door frame down. i am out of time and in need of a shower but yet another day has come and gone and still not even a call. SHAME on them for being so crapy and shame on me for trusting a little old man who claimed to know what he was doing.

This guy, Esau, took $500 and left me hanging with an unfinished job and no permit. Now I've had to hire a professional licensed plumber to come in and fix his mess. Now I will be taking action to get my money back.
