Best Sump Pump Installation in Long Beach CA

I met Kris recently at my duplex in long beach for an extensive list of plumbing needs. He was very courteous, on time and did not try to make my job sound harder or more expensive than it was. I was looking to get all my faucets replaced with shut off valves. I had another plumber come right before him and acted like faucet replacement was rocket science. Kris just explained it was all labor but very straightforward job. I was confident in hiring him. His bid for the job was very fair too. I didn't end up using him because my place had a long list of other handyman task so went that direction. Hopefully won't come back to bite me but I know if I need a plumber in the future Kris has earned my business.

After receiving a Hugh estimate from Rooter Hero,  I called Harry ' s plumbing & drain.   They efficiently and effectively repaired my leaking shower head for a 3rd of the cost.  Wonderful surprise.   Thank you guys for the great work without gouging me.  Excellent!

I had a drainage backup in a bathroom sink and called Cisco at my neighbor's recommendation. He answered the phone immediately and came to fix the issue immediately in the same day. It was resolved within 10 minutes of him walking in the door and I can honestly say I have never received better service. Glad to have a fully functioning sink again.

Manny and Raul did a great job installing our new water heater. Our old unit was rusty and leaking, and Manny offered to pick up the new one from Home Depot for us. He was kind and professional throughout the process, and the cost for the job was fair given the work involved. We would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Jayson is a great plumber. He fixed our clogged toilet, bath tub, and shower drain in no time. He even came back and fixed the minor issues that came up free of charge! He is also
very quick in getting back to us when we texted him.

I have no hesitation to recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

This guy was honest in an industry that is full of stucco just kid. I met several shady characters but also upfront no sale tactics like this guy.

International City Plumbers will now be my go to plumbing company for all my future repairs/needs. They deserve 5 stars and more, this is by far the best service I've ever experienced. There was a main sewer stoppage at my house and they were able to clear it and cleanup very quickly/well, considering the call was made at 5pm.

My husband and I's call was answered by Alex immediately and their plumbers were to us within an hour. Carlos & Garret educated us on the stoppage and walked us through everything they were going to do (not having any plumbing knowledge), they were very professional & nice, communicated pricing upfront, were able to identify other issues that needed tending to and left us feeling very confident in their work.

Thank you for being a stand up company and helping us solve this issue promptly and accurately. I will be referring all my family and friends to ICP! :)

I used them again today, and I'm glad I did.  I was tempted to do the job myself, but after Art got here and evaluated it, I knew I would have been in big trouble and would have ended up calling him anyway.

This time, he replaced a shutoff valve that wouldn't open.  It literally took him longer to get the parts than it did to do the job.  The price was great, too!

I'll definitely be calling them again, or referring them to friends, whenever something comes up!

Alvino was great, he explained his process thoroughly and kept us in the loop throughout!  He arrived during a downpour and was prepared for the job, complete with rain gear. Reaching out to Nick and scheduling the appointment was smooth and handled all through Yelp, Nick responded quickly to each query.

They knew right away it was a drain issue. They quoted when they first came and when they did the job they actually charged below the quote as the job was easier than expected. In and out and very courteous. I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with these guys. Being a plumber myself I know how hard it us to find a good one, I have a property over in Whittier and couldnt make it out there to do the work... so the journey begins, googled plumbers and found a few hack jobs telling me something that had no relevance to what the problem was! Really it just sounded like these other plumbers were trying to make the job bigger then it was. Called Alpine and a nice kid named Vince called me up to tell me what the problem was... he had a great solution and got the job done in a timely fashion. Renter even said he cleaned up after himself! Amazing!!! Called Vince back and offered him a job, he nicely declined my offer. I will be doing business with these guys in the future if any further issues happen at my property out there. It's really nice finding a plumber you can trust and now I dont halfto drive out there everytime something happens.

Extremely responsive, fair prices, quality work, excellent communication.  I had a terrible leak from my faucet in my backyard.  I wanted it replaced but also I wanted the current pipe to be reinforced somehow. I took pictures of the current set up and Edwin provided me a detailed plan how to fix it.  Not only did he fix our leaking faucet but he noticed that we had another leak in our main valve.  We got both updated in a few hours . Great work! It's hard to find a good plumber but When you find one it makes life a hell of a lot easier.  We will be going back to Edwin for our water conditioner install and a sink addition in the backyard.   I normally don't leave a review unless there's a compelling reason to do so.  These guys deserved a review!

On time and very quick and efficient.  Problem was roots in the main drain...same as 5 years ago.  Average in my neighborhood is about 3-4 years. I expect Coast Plumbing will be my first choice for any work in the future.

They don't accept responsibility for their mistakes. Recharged me to fix something twice that now I've found still wasn't fixed correctly. This has cost me money having to pay a huge increased water bill because it wasn't done right. They also have the audacity to charge $158.00 to come out to tell you what the problem is!!! They make this without any work being done at all. That is totally unfair!! We found a reputable, honest company that does not charge a fee to give an estimate, and who also fixes things RIGHT. I'd run as fast as you can from this  company. They are crooks. If a company charges a fee to give an estimate, or one so high, this tells you right away this company is greedy and shady. This used to be a good company many years ago, but they sure aren't now. Again....that is insane to make me pay $158.00 for them to do NO WORK. Their work isn't good work when they do it, and they don't deserve what I had to pay. Karma will come back on them. You don't treat people like this. I feel they should refund my $158.00. Judging by many of the negative reviews on here, it sure looks like a lot of other people were not happy with their work. It is for sure subpar. It's obvious they don't even care about negative reviews and keep ripping people off. I don't believe the good reviews, unless occasionally they send someone out who knows what they're doing. We sure won't be using them again. We work in real estate & will make sure to warn our customers and anyone else we know to not use them. PLEASE...Take notice how this company doesn't even respond to a bad review. Reputable companies always respond back to negative reviews trying to explain something, saying they're sorry this happened, or wanting to solve the problem. By them not responding it speaks VOLUMES. It shows they don't care!!!!!
