Nick from VIP showed up on time, and placed covers on his shoes before entering my home. He and his assistant were polite, professional and extremely conscious of keeping my home clean. My bathtub drain was a mess. After snaking it three times, it works perfectly. They cleaned up the bathtub leaving it cleaner than when they arrived.
I am very selective and detail oriented regarding home repairs. I enthusiastically recommend this company. As an added bonus, they were very reasonably priced!
Our kitchen sink was slow to drain and I had the bright idea to look on the internet how to remedy the situation. I plugged the garbage disposal and filled the sink halfway with water then unplugged the water while turning on the GD...bad idea! Not only did this not dislodge the clog, it flooded the underside cabinet due to the back pressure!
Defeated, I called the professionals over at VIP initially for a drain clearing. They were able to get me an appointment the same day and arrived on the early side of their 2hr time window. Alvino and Miguel wore shoe booties and face masks as they entered my home to assess the situation. Through an outside drain access point, they showed me via camera the condition of my drain channel; it was not a clog but a muddy grease taking up half the diameter of the pipe! They recommended hydrojetting at that point which I obliged after seeing the mess for myself. To my limited understanding they take high pressure water and push the debris down into the main sewer line to clean the drain line.
After about 30 mins Alvino showed me the results via camera again and this time the drain was nice and clear. He started all the way from the main sewer line and backed up all the way to the access point ensuring a thorough job. I was pleased and he recommended a hydrojet service annually to ensure good flow. There is also extra peace of mind on their warranty: 1 year on any stoppages. He had me run water at the sink for 10 mins and not only was it draining well now, there were no leaks either. He explained that the slip joints tend leak when the pressure is too high.
Overall I am very pleased with VIP's prompt and complete service. They were great from the person taking my information over the phone initially to the service techs like Alvino and Miguel. Showing before and after gives their work so much more value and assures they performed their services. That's integrity and professionalism at its best! Thanks again guys!
Thanks to VIP for clearing my sink drains! I requested a quote and they were incredibly prompt to reply and were able to come out that afternoon. The two technicians who came were friendly, polite and efficient. Resolved the issue, which was rust or other buildup, not stuff, and they were reasonably priced. I called VIP Sewer for snaking a slow shower drain and the house is brand new. Jesus called me in advance to give me a heads-up when he was on his way. Chavez is the man! Did a fantastic job hyrdrojetting all of our area drains in the backyard, something that some other plumbers refused to even touch. VIP is the best! I manage multiple properties and they are always able to help with same day service. They get the job done. They are very professional. Their pricing is reasonable.
With all the rain in southern california, I had noticed my raingutters were overflowing-which is a good indication the outside drains are plugged. By the way, most plumbers don't have the tool (hydrojet) to handle this kind of job. I called 5 different companies and only Nick was able to fit me in within 3 days. Alvino and Rafael (technicians) arrived within the window of time promised and did a great job of explaining the process to my neighbors and I. The process took exactly 1 hour. I initially contacted them about 3 drains and they explained how everything is connected and they uncovered more drains that were clogged with debris. My neighbors were so impressed with their demeanor and explanations that they asked me for their business card afterwards.

Yesterday, I have terrible leaking from my celling to my ground floor. I quickly search on yelp and call this company for help. They are responding very quickly in 1 hour. Mr. Luna came to my house and he is very patient to explain every concern I have. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
These guys are really good and totally deserve the ratings they have. Nick and his partner came out this morning, cleared out all of my irrigation drains and actually found three drain openings that had been completely obscured by grass. And did it all in an hour. Absolutely professional and I could not recommend more highly.
VIP came out within 30 minutes and cleaned the drain from my kitchen sink. Found it was mostly a grease blockage. VIP recommended that I do a hydrojet clean to get all the grease cleaned from the outside, but I declined as I wanted to see it the problem would return. If it does, i will be sure to contact VIP. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Great service.

Very happy with VIP's services. Having 2 clogged toilets upstairs and wondering what sewer/drain issues there may potentially be wasn't fun. But Jesus was very calm and professional and right away explained what he was going to try to do. The toilet auger couldn't fix it, so then before he proceeded further, he explained that he'd be removing the toilet and using a camera. The toilets then flushed, and he showed me the water flushing via the camera. And then before installing the toilet back, he explained again what happened and what potentially could happen once the toilet was sealed. I didn't know that vents from the roof affect the draining, so I welcomed the time he took to explain. He arrived early, wearing a mask and booties. I appreciate the contactless payment. The invoice is sent by email and you can pay online after they leave. The price estimate that was quoted before I made the appointment is exactly what I was charged, so no surprises. And the response to my initial Yelp inquiry was super fast.

Recently, my kitchen sink was draining rather slowly and the installation of a garbage disposal only made matters worse. I contacted VIP Sewer and Drain in the afternoon and they had a technician out the following morning. I appreciate how the gentleman that set-up the appointment quoted me a fair estimate over the phone and offered a reasonable 1 hour arrival window . The technician Miguel arrived on-time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and clearly explained options to remedy my situation. After skillfully snaking the drain, Miguel corrected my issue and the sink is draining steadily. Had a great experience with Nick, who performed a scope inspection for the plumbing on a house we are in escrow to purchase. Very transparent, affordable, and was easy to reach out to via Yelp. He provides a video after the inspection, and was friendly and transparent about any of his findings. Definitely recommend for inspection related services.
I thought I just had a clogged kitchen sink. Turns out it was more complicated than snaking the drain. There was years worth of gunk lining the pipes that needed to be blown out. They came back with the equipment to hydro jet the line and successfully cleared it.
My phone call was immediately answered, someone came out that afternoon, I was kept updated by text of their arrival time. The plumbers were courteous and incredibly neat and tidy. I highly recommend VIP.
This is a late review. Last year my garbage disposal stopped working and I called this company to come out and fix it. Alvino came out and got the job done. They came out pretty quickly and did a great job.

I found my new plumber to call with my drain back ups!! After 'shopping' various rooter services, I have found one to keep! Booking the appointment with Nick on the phone was easy and he was very polite. I received a text stating that they had an earlier availability open up and could come right away if I was at home. We've had Nick help us with multiple difficult drain line and valve issues at our home, and he has done excellent work every time. He is a hard working professional who takes care of you promptly and for very reasonable rates. We trust Nick and will continue to rely on him for all our plumbing needs.
I've had backups of my main sewer drain for many years, and always dealt with it with rooter services. They all run a camera and point out the root problems in the terra cotta section of the pipes, but the cost to replace the pipes was always prohibitive. Hydro-Jetting cleared out the roots better but that still didn't last more than a couple of years.
This time I called VIP and after doing the normal rooting and running the camera, Robert was very good in explaining what was going on and what could be done. He suggested relining the terra cotta section, and the cost was reasonable enough that the payback as compared to annual rooting and hydro-jetting every few years was about 9 years. This made sense! In addition to numerous root intrusions in the terra cotta pipes, there was a joint in the ABS section that was also letting roots in. They included repairing that joint in the quote.
The whole relining and repair process was very smooth and fascinating to watch. They did a fantastic job, completed the work as scheduled, and were professional and pleasant the whole time. Couldn't ask for better service, and I'm looking forward to not having to deal with these recurring problems for a very long time (the 50 year guarantee is longer than I expect to be around)!

Just bought the house and the first rain led to backyard flooding. I chose VIP because of their up front pricing transparency and the great reviews they had. Another positive experience with VIP. Jesus was very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the sewer line issue quickly and even gave suggestions for future plumbing work. I'm very happy.
So far I am very impressed with the customer service. I had a leak in my hot water pipe close to the slab, they came out in a reasonable time to diagnose the problem. Im going to have them re-pipe the house because I have old galvanized pipes. They have been very flexible with scheduling and even made an extra trip to my house to cap the pipe in order for me to use water in the rest of my house until my scheduled re-pipe.
VIP was a referral from a friend and so far I see why.
I will update after the re-pipe.
This company was great. I had a kitchen sink clog and we tried at home to examine the P-trap pipe with no luck as the clog was beyond the walls. I messaged nick at VIP and 2 other high star companies on yelp and VIP had the best price for the same work as the other guys. He came the next day on time and handled all the billing online so I could pay by credit card very seamlessly and professionally. Quick communication, accurate estimate and executed work, on-time and payment hassle free = 5stars. Don't pay $30-double for the same work and he other guys want to charge you for (every caveats is a surcharge with other guys)

My home was built in 1968, which means the pipes are old and require almost an annual clog removal ... Sure enough, this years backup started in the main shower and soon became evident throughout both bathrooms. Though I have used another plumber in the past, I found Nick and VIP through Yelp, called at 2:15 and was given the last appointment of that night as well as quoted a better price than my regular plumber.
From my experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nick and VIP: Nick prompted me via text a half hour before arriving, went straight to work, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, ran a camera through the pipes, SHOWING me the condition of my pipes and the path the water was taking. I was able to see for myself where there was build up, misalignment and a crack forming. Being given the visual, I could trust what he recommended. He charged me exactly what he quoted and was gone within 45 minutes. I will use him in the future and will share my experience with friends and family.

We are very happy with the work that Jesus from VIP did to hydrojet our drain. The price was so reasonable compared to other quotes we received. I love the fact that they don't charge for a camera inspection! That right there is what made me call them in the first place. It worked in my favor because as it turned out, the camera was necessary. I have had other plumbers charge for snaking, then if that doesn't work, they add a camera inspection charge on top of that. Not cool! VIP identified and corrected the problem we had. Jesus even gave me tips on how to prevent this problem from happening in the future. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Nick was here today with his crew to fix the separation to the sewer pipe at the toilet flange where there were also tree roots. R&R toilet, cut out the roots, hydro Jet, patched repaired.

Nick's company did a great job for us. I had my storm drains outside clogged and flooding my property. Excellent service. Called and got same day service to clear main sewer line. Robert, the tech, super knowledgeable and friendly, This was the third plumbing company to come out and Roberts knowledge is unmatched. He figured out the issue and was quick to fix it. Did not try to upsell anything and went meticulously through his diagnosis to see if he could clear the line first. Ended up going with hydrojetting which I was prepared for, and price as very reasonable. 4-6x cheaper than other plumbers. Hard to find trustworthy people but Robert met that mark. VIP to the rescue again!!! Found water on my floor under my washer today and realized my wall pipe where drain hose enters was overflowing when it was on the drain cycle!!!! I called Nick and he sent the guys within the hour! Nick Chavez and Jorge were awesome as usual! It was a really tight squeeze to get to the drain pipe with the snake but Jorge worked his butt off and got it done!!! Thank you so much both of you! Always fun chatting with you too while we waited. By the way, the plumber that the home warranty sent 3 years ago for a similar issue said they couldn't snake the drain pipe because too tight of a squeeze! But Jorge got it done!
We had water coming out from the toilet in the middle of the night. We turned off the water and emptied the tank. The next morning we called VIP and Nick said they could get someone out within a few hours. Alvino arrived shortly thereafter and assessed the problem. The toilet was intact but the delivery hose had come loose and was leaking the water. He fixed it right away, cleaned up and was back to his next call. HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME A SERVICE CALL!! That's why these are my go-to Guys. They should be yours too.
We called VIP due to an issue with our dishwasher not draining. Alvino arrived promptly and was very informative. We did not have a problem with the drain and Alvino did not charge us for the call. He was educated and honest with us in the matter. In the future we will use their service if needed, and recommend VIP to all our family and friends.

These guys unclogged a lawn drain for me using hyrdro-jetting. It was $269 for an hour of hydro-jetting which was the cheapest I found (I called about 6 places). They were at my house for an hour and 45 minutes but only charged me for the hour that they were actually hydro-jetting. Nick (the owner) and Alvino were the guys who came out and they were both really friendly and kind to my two young children who were fascinated by the whole thing and were following them everywhere. They were able to come the same day and showed up right on time. I would definitely use this company again.

I called four companies to get my clogged patio drains cleared out. The others quoted a 2 hour fee. VIP quoted a one hour fee. I'm thinking what if one hour will do the job! VIP provided great service. Nick immediately got back to me and helped me schedule an appointment convenient for me the very next day. Alvino came out and fixed the issue the same day and took the time to explain what the issue could be as well as possible ways to prevent future draining issues. I needed them to come back a few days later to double check the clog and everything seemed fine and there was no charge for the second visit. I would highly recommend VIP and Alvino for drain or clog issues.

I just had hydo-jetting service completed on my Kitchen sink that had severe blockage due to build up grease over time. I had a another company come out the day before to unblock the drain and they failed miserably. I reached out to several other plumbing companies and VIP was one of the first ones to respond. Nick Chavez and Jorge both came out to hydro-jet the blockage. They were both very experienced and explained the process prior to starting. Upon completion of their work, they utilized a camera system that they inserted into the pipes and showed me how clean it all got. They ran the camera all the way to the sewer line. There was no additional charge to show me the camera footage, which validated their impeccable work. After they completed the job, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Their price is also hard to beat. I called around other companies that had similar 5 stars and their pricing was almost 50% to 70% cheaper than others. Thanks again for the great service.

Had an issue with our upstairs bathroom and drains flooding into our downstairs toilet, was a total mess. Nick came out the next day and installed new pipes and did the cement work in our garage. Super grateful for him and his team.
I've used this company in the past. They're very professional. I recently called them back to my house for a running toilet that they repaired almost a year prior for a leak. This company is incredible! After dealing with so many different plumbing businesses over the years, we have finally found the one we can confidently work with. Nick and George fixed our issue with high quality equipment. We utilized the hydro jet service and they were able to knock out all the roots. We were able to see our house line through the camera all the way to the main sewer line to verify it was clear. They showed us where our pipe is broken and offset where the roots are able to grow in. They explained the permanent solution of installing a resin sleeve which they offer for a reasonable price and we plan on looking into. The plumber( I forgot his name) helped me to resolve the stoppage of backyard. It's a complicated problem. He spent long time to fix it but only charged me the basic fee. He is so kind and professional. I extremely recommend this company if you're bothering in your drainage.

Hands down the BEST plumbing experience EVER! We had a nasty blockage in our kitchen sink and VIP resolved it quickly, efficiently, and with demonstrable expertise. Hired Nick and team to hydro flush a sewage line blockage at my parents home. When I called to schedule they were able to come out that day. Alvino and coworker were very professional. They did a camera snake of the line to show me how bad the blockage and damage was. In the end it was recommended to replace the damaged section. Thank you to VIP for multiple jobs well done. This is not a blow and go service - it's a plumbing company run well and staffed with well-trained knowledgeable technicians in the field.
Customer service? Absolutely! The owner actually answers the phone! Integrity? Definitely! I was shown every issue they found, was given detailed information and possible solutions, then I was given pointers on how to prevent problems from occurring in the future. I was even charged less than the original quote. Cleanliness? Yep! That was evident from the moment Alvino and Jesus arrived and began to put coverings over their shoes before stepping foot in my door. Job completion? Positively! Nick and his guys at VIP plumbing really went the extra mile to not only do a thorough job, but to make sure we were happy. After multiple other companies had replaced parts of our main sewage line, there was yet another backup, due to roots. One company came and diagnosed the problem as being roots again, closer to the street, recommending the line be replaced all the way from the cleanout in our front yard, to the city line, under the street. Nick and his guys came out, bothered to look upstream as well, and noticed a major root problem that would soon result in yet more troubles. VIP gave us very fair prices, did all the work necessary to fix/replace things, and we should now be worry free for many years to come.
I was impressed with Nick's sincerity, prompt communication, and professional manner. His crew was also polite, accommodating, and got the job done. The three of them even came back to re-plant my rosebush in the correct spot!

Bravo Alvino and George! They came out to my home last week to assess a storm drainage problem. My pipes were broken and clogged with tree roots. This week (on the hottest days of the year) they were able to segment off the damaged area and replace with stronger pipes. What I also appreciate about them is their honesty. In the end the work was less extensive than what was originally quoted and they charged me a prorated amount. Most people would still try to charge for the full amount. I believe this type of integrity ( and great skill) is rare and is what sets you apart from all the others. It's a great business model for repeat customers. Great work guys!
I was in need of a plumber due to an intermittent issue I was experiencing with my toilet. Nick and his team came to my house and assessed the issue. He is a lot more knowledgeable than the other plumber I have dealt with (ahem Cleveland plumbing), I am pretty knowledgeable about simple things and how they work, so I'm able to dissect through BS. Nick (the owner) came over within a day of my request to unclog my two master bath sinks. He quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the sinks thoroughly and efficiently. The thing I appreciated was that he himself emptied the contents under the sink and put them back after he was finished. I have had other plumbers request that I do it myself. Nick also recommended a homemade concoction with baking soda and vinegar that would keep the sink drains clear. He's a consummate professional and also a nice guy. I recommend him highly!

My upstairs bathroom had a weird smell coming from the bathtub drain that I couldn't quite figure out. I requested a quote on Yelp and got a quick reply and appointment.
Alvino and George came out a few days later to check the bathroom and couldn't find anything wrong. They inspected under the sink for water leaks, checked the toilet, and ran the water in the tub and said everything looked fine and nothing was clogged.
Surprisingly they said there wouldn't be any charge since they weren't able to find any issues, which is so rare these days. They were honest and didn't try to upsell and gave me additional suggestions to try to get rid of the smell. I know who to call next time I have any plumbing problems and have mentioned VIP Sewer & Drain to friends and coworkers. Thanks guys!

I had a backed up sink and most places were closed on Sundays so I said out multiple messages to Rooter places. I had multiple quotes with a large variety of estimates. VIP Sewer and Drain had the lowest estimate which worried me a little bit but the owner Nick got back to me quickly and we set up a time for Monday. They showed up a few minutes early but I wasn't home yet and he texted me and pleasantly told me to text me when I got home. Long story short it was the most painless plumbing experience I ever had. They were in and out in about 30 minutes , total cost $69 and they Warrantee their work for 90 days. Nick also took a look at my running toilet before he left. I was expecting the worst but this company is awesome. I always think some yelp reviews are either friends or family members. I'm telling you I never met this guy before and I just kinda rolled the dice and I ended up a big winner.
Found VIP on yelp after seeing the reviews. I emailed them along with 2 other businesses. I got a response immediately from VIP and after two quick messages, they fit me in first thing at 9am and were here at my place quickly. They fixed my kitchen drain in about 5min and charged a fair price. I'm keeping their business card around in case I need their help in the future or have any friends that need a good company to help.
We had roots in our sewer line. I sent VIP a message and asked a few questions about Hydro-Jetting. Nick was very responsive and said he could send someone out within the hour. Miguel arrived, assessed the damaged and performed the hydro-jetting. He recommended lining the pipe with epoxy to prevent the roots from getting into the pipes going forward. He gave us a cost, which was much more reasonable than other estimates received, and said they could be back out the next day to complete the job. As scheduled, they completed the job the next day. Miguel was extremely prompt and professional. I will absolutely call VIP for any future plumbing needs. They were amazing!!

I'm in the home buying process, and reached out to VIP Sewer and Drain for 2 sewer line video inspection. They did their best to provide the service within 1 day even with short notice. Matt was extremely quick in communicating with me throughout the process. Robert and Bryce were very professional, performed the inspection quickly and also provided me very valuable advice. Will definitely come back to them for any future need.
My kitchen sink has clogged a few times the past couple of years. I've had it snaked previously by other plumbers. This last time, the plumber I hired failed to do it properly. There was so much sludge every time he tried to snake it. Essentially he was just making an airway for the water to drain but not solving the issue. It was suggested to me that I hire someone who could hydro-jet the pipes. This involves spraying the pipes with a strong stream of water to properly clean the clog and push it to the main sewer line. There are no chemicals involved and it would also break up any roots that may be part of the problem too.
Nick with VIP Sewer responded promptly and gave me a number for the snaking bit. I asked about the hydrojet service and was told that they would need to take a look before quoting a final number. Fair enough. I saw that there was a Yelp Deal for VIP Sewer and Drain for $100 off. It was a $69 coupon up front. I knew that I had no choice but to get a plumber to address my clog so I bought it with VIP Sewer in mind to do the job. Two guys showed up within the quoted time window and my bf let them in. I was told that the service would be $369, maybe because my unit has a second floor kitchen. After the $100 coupon my total cost came out to $338. Just a note, check their website for any promotions or coupons. The hydro-jet service pricing varies on their site from $269 to $299.
They took about 2 hours to complete the service. They wore booties and masks inside my home. They took off the cabinet door to complete the service but forgot to reattach it when they cleaned up and left. There was a billing issue on how the coupon was applied and initially they only gave me a $31 instead of $100 credit. I caught it and called Nick. When I eventually got a hold of him, he was very amicable and realized the error. He had to refund me the full amount and invoice me again with the correct amount. It was a little frustrating but it worked out in the end. My kitchen sink is no longer clogged and the pipes are now squeaky clean. We will try to keep them clogging from now on. But we know who to call if we need this service again.

For anyone with an older home experiencing chronic slow, clogged and stinky drain, please have Nick evaluate your drain situation. He used a camera during the initial free estimate visit and was thorough in his findings (cracked, clogged drain and rotted out pipes below the home). Had we gone with another plumber or handyman who both thought the issue was a leaky drain, we would have only fixed a small (10 foot) part of the problem. Nick is experienced, communicates clearly, itemizes the work in writing and is honest. This is my second experience with VIP Sewer & Drain. Our kitchen sink drain was blocked up and Jesus tried to clear line with numerous snakes with no luck. It was determined it needed to be hydro jetted which they were able to schedule the following day. Jesus & Miguel returned within the scheduled time frame and proceeded to clear line. They came out as soon as they possibly could to solve a mainline clog, showed me what my drain pipes looked like (lots of scaling in these 50+ year old pipes), fixed the blockage and provided quotes for doing the scaling/jetting and to fix some issues with a couple cleanouts in the front yard.

Nick arrived 10 minutes early, wore a mask and booties into our house (during pandemic), and went right to work. He is friendly, helpful, and diligent. We thought we had one problem (expensive) but Nick said, No, all you need is this at about half the cost of what we thought it would cost. Like everyone here, I saw their 5 star review and decided to call them. I spoke to Nick, the owner. Nick was super polite! I knew what I wanted, which was to do a hydro jetting on my clogged kitchen drain. He gave me a fair price that we both agreed upon for hydro jetting the line, so I went ahead and setup an appointment.

What's a tree favorite drink ?? Rootbeer, lol. Nick, the owner came during his busy schedule to snake my main sewer line. Afterwards threw in a free camera inspection and showed me all the roots growing in the pipes on my side and the city side. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and gave me the steps how to put a claim with the city about the roots growing in the city's pipes. And all of these for $69. For sure I will use him next time for all my plumbing issues.
I had a shower drain clog and VIP came quickly to take care of problem. Price was fair and 90 day warranty. Would totally call them again next time and recommend to friends also.

We had constant issues with our Master Bedroom toilet. Initially I was looking for a plumber to camera the line. I called about 5 different plumbing companies and either the timing didn't work or the pricing. Luckily I made one last call to VIP and they had the best time lines and comparable rates. When they came out and identified the issue it ended up being a bigger problem than I anticipated... our line to be replaced all the way through the cement. Nick, Jesus and George were absolutely amazing! They helped work through our problem, find the best solution and executed FANTASTICALLY. Honestly it was so nice to have a plumbing company that was honest, reliable, can communicate effectively and provide great quality work. We will be using them again in the future and hands down HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing needs.
Had a toilet clogged. Turned out to be a issue in the main line. Another plumber diagnosed it, but their fix was to tear up the problem area (which they located with a scope) in the kitchen.
We had several plumbers sent out by our home warranty co and thankfully one referred us to VIP when he couldn't find a way to fix it.
Enter Nick and his crew (Nick Chavez, George and Miguel) worked tirelessly to clear the clog so we had no issues when we had visitors !!
They also gave us a long term fix by accessing/replacing the pipes in our patio area, descaling and hydro jetting the problem area, and repairing the concrete.

I would highly recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a quick and great quality work with a down-to-earth pricing (3-4 times cheaper than other providers for the exact service, in my case, a shower clog). I called around 10:30am this morning and the work is finished by 1pm (30 min labor time). Special thanks to Bryce who showed up on time and is very professional (with shoe cover and mask). I must say, I had a great experience with VIP. My main line started backing up every shower and toilet at my house on Halloween morning and we had friends coming over that night so I needed help quick. Nick was quick to respond and had two workers arrive by noon that same day. Jesus and Miguel were great...very friendly, professional, and personable. They explained and showed me everything they were doing and even went above and beyond helping me with a couple other things. The company's prices were good compared to most of their competitors. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to my friends and family.

By far the BEST plumbing company I have dealt with to address main sewer line issues, and I have had my fair share of absolutely atrocious and unethical plumbing companies. VIP Sewer had the most competitive prices for Hydrojetting roots out of the main sewer line, but even more important that that, I was truly impressed by how effortless and non stressful the whole process was. Miguel showed up early for the appointment, and I got a text alert informing me about that, so I was able to meet him at the property just as he arrived. Miguel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very unassuming, and went about taking care of the problem efficiently and methodically. The issue was resolved within 40 mins, and just like that, what was stressing me out for days was taken care of in a jiffy. What caused the stress in the first place were plumbers who just straight up painted a doom and gloom picture of my sewer line to upsell extremely expensive services without even trying anything else. A huge thanks to Nick and Miguel from VIP Sewer for the incredible service.
A little hiccup with the scheduling, but understandable with the recent fire. Appointment was scheduled for the very next day. The service technician was Jesus, a friendly, knowledgeable, and patient guy. He explained what was on screen as he went through the camera inspection and sent the video shortly after. Bryce came on time and was very polite and professional. After extensive checking, Bryce concluded that the clog revolved itself and only charged $15 transportation fee. He even went to his truck and found a screw missing in our sink. Best $15 we spent. Will use them again !! !

From the moment I requested information about their services in a phone call and subsequently booking the appointment (with cost estimates) they were great. But the best was yet to come, not only were they on time the two gentlemen that worked to clear my back/side yard drains of roots and muck did not stop until the drains were fully functioning. They had all the equipment needed for this job and did not waste a second in the two hour process. In addition they offered a suggestion to add a second clean-out access point in the future in order to help the drainage in the future. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
They came the same day, fixed my leaking shut off valve, and left on time with everything fixed. Reasonable rates. Great job, thank you.

I was having issues with my shower drain and saw these guys had a mailer coupon for drain cleaning. Alvino arrived on time and was great! He was very courteous, recommended a part for my shower that will help keep hair out of the drain, and worked quickly. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again
I waited one full day before I gave this review despite having the BEST experience (thanks to VIP and Robert) with these guys!!! That's because of the bad experience with an independent certified contractor who did nothing for us despite charging us an exorbitant price. We had a clogged kitchen drain a week ago late in the night so had to hire an independent guy (certified) to help us unclog the drain. He came in and completed the job, in and out in 5 minutes (no exaggeration). 6 days later we found ourselves in the same exact situation, only this time even worse!! This time I called a couple of plumbing companies in OC. VIP turned out to be the first to respond. They empathized with my situation and tried to accommodate me the same day. Robert did a tremendous job of taking the pains to make sure it was unclogged all the way through. He quickly diagnosed the issue, narrowed down the sewer blockage location and removed the blockage. Overall, Great experience!! One full day later and it works perfectly fine like new. My go to guys!

I found my new go to plumbing company. Not only do they get right back to you I was able to book my appointment straight off Yelp. They called me 30 minutes away and showed up right on time. Chevez was the gentleman that helped me, he was friendly, respectful (wore booties) and Commutative.
They did the job in a jiffy cleaned up after themselves and off they went!! Fabulous Job!!

Just moved into a new to us home. In-ground pool in the backyard. Yard drainage system surrounds the house and leads to two outlets at the curb. At the first rain, noticed some of the yard drains were moving slower than what I liked (prior flood experience at a different home has me jittery). Called VIP Sewer & Drain Services, they were out within 2 days. Miguel and Jerry showed up right on time and immediately got to work. The duo was very self-sufficient and had no problem taking time to explain to me what they were doing when I could step away from my work calls. Saw the VIP team pull out some nasty stuff from the drain lines, including a 4-foot stick! Yeah, no wonder the drains were moving slow. Really appreciate the meticulous care to clean up afterwards (clearing drains is a dirty job) especially the extra attention taken not to get anything into the pool.
We're putting VIP on the schedule for next year to stay ahead of any future drainage problems.

Finding an honest plumber is about as tough as finding an honest mechanic. If you happen to hire Nick and his crew at VIP, you're making a wise decision. Nick showed up and quickly diagnosed the issues we were having. He resolved them almost as fast at a good price. He took extra time to examine our drain system putting our minds at ease about future issues. I won't hesitate to hire them for any future plumbing needs. They get my highest rating and recommendation.
Best company I've ever worked with. After an expensive plumbing experience from a different company where I felt taken advantage of because of the emergent situation, I happened to see one of the VIP trucks out on a job. I wanted to talk to the technician about my own experience. Although I can't remember his name, he was very amicable and knowledgeable of other companies' unscrupulous practices. He told me all about VIP and how reasonable their pricing was compared to others.
I finally had a need to use a plumbing service for a hydro jetting of my kitchen line ( some 30 to 40 ft).
I immediately thought of VIP. They picked up right away when I called and promptly scheduled my service.
Miguel and Tyler showed up right on time! They were also very amicable.
The hydro jetting was completed with great care to my property. Miguel then used the camera to scope the line and inspect for any irregularities as I watched. Miguel pointed out some future recommendations without using scare tactics and creating alarm. He suggested a fix and gave me an estimate. VIP understands the homeowner's attachment to their home and shows a lot of respect for the customer and the property.

Nick and his crew gave me a reasonable estimate to clean/replace my outdoor drains which had been clogged up for a while. This was not a pricey endeavor but his crew showed up on time and were efficient and tidied up every day after completion of their work. They had to demo some concrete and their finish person did an excellent job replacing the cement.

VIP Sewer & Drain is one of the best plumbers I have dealt with. What started out as a slow kitchen drain, unfortunately was the result of a 40+ year-old cast-iron drainpipe that had collapsed. Nick and his crew came out and explained everything - professionally and in laymen's terms to us. They had no problem that we watched their camera monitor as they took a look at our drainpipe. They then hydro-jetted, pin-pointed the problem and thus came up with a long-term solution. VIP Sewer & Drain are true contractors who understand new pipe boring, excavation, saw-cutting, and common-sense explanation. They can clear any common drain clog better or as good as anybody and quite frankly I hope that is all you will have to do at your house! But you also will most likely need some peace of mind, professionalism, competitive bidding, and solid explanation for a more serious problem like we had. I would recommend VIP Sewer & Drain a for every plumbing issue, big or small.

We had some puddling in one area of our patio, and was suggested to hydrojet the drains. VIP was able to come and take a look at it right away, unfortunately they were unable to do anything due to the layout of the drains. They did provide an estimate to put some drains in. So unfortunately we ended up paying for an expensive quote as we were still charged for the non-service.
I always take Yelp reviews with a grain of salt, but in this case the reviews are correct for VIP Sewer and Drain Services. From the beginning to end I received great customer service. The techs that came to my house for hydro jetting were thorough, knowledgeable, and most important trustworthy. I also had them fix an issue with my sink. My total cost was much less then other companies had estimated. I will definitely be using VIP again in the future.

It was kind of emergency water leakage situation fm upstairs bathroom to the bathroom ceiling of downstairs.
Looked around for best professional service to take care of our issue right away.
Our usual plumber was booked and could not come that day. Saw VIP Sewer and Drain Service and their reviews on Yelp and contacted them. Surprisingly, Bryce was able to come out immediately! Issue was diagnosed and repair was executed right away. We are happy with the result!
We have a major plumbing issue with a clogged pipe. Granted we got an inspection with sewage camera. Apparently the camera did not go far enough. The roots clogged our 1974 clay pipes. We hired one plumber who couldn't handle the job. So 5 days later we found Nick on yelp and he came over to do an estimate. He snaked the drain, use his sewer cam and located the problem. Send me an estimate. While he is cleaning up, he even disinfected my garage where to main clean out is located. This is all done Before I even agreed to the job. Because of this I hired him on the spot. Honestly I really wanted it done since I was tired of not being able to use anything water related. In addition, he was very professional and seems genuinely wanted to help. I just got a good feeling about it. He let me know he can start the next day but will have to let me know when since he has to move some stuff around to accommodate this job. He texted me later and let me know he will be here at 9 the next morning. The job will take 1-2 days. His team got here on time, started right away. The clay pipe going to the street sewer was completely gunked up with mud and roots. So the plan changed from just fixing the problem section to adding a sleeve to go over the rest of the pipe leading to the connector. It was more than I want to spend but it got to be done so we won't have to deal with it in the future. Nick brought in extra people to do the rest of the job.
The job that though to be 2 days was done in one day. Yes the worked til almost 8pm. But they got it done.
Nick's team was super polite and professional. They were also very clean and didn't leave any trash behind. I appreciate having professional that can handle the job and know when to bring in extra help. Note: VIP Sewer and Drain Services did treat me like a VIP and knowing Nick is a 3rd generations plumber and handle restaurant accounts, make him and his team qualify for little to big jobs. Thanks guys. You guys are awesome. I am super happy . I'll be a client for life.
We had a strange but, in the end, a very positive experience with VIP. The original work to descale and epoxy our main and 2 inch lines was complicated because of very poor cast iron pipes. The 2 inch line required a pipe patch but during the process technical problems resulted a broken, stuck bladder and a bedroom floor needing to be dug up to remove the bladder and destroyed pipe. After some equivocation we used a second plumber to do the bedroom trenching due to shaken confidence, and subsequently we found we had a larger problem when the new plumber was connecting the replaced 2 inch to the old main which was cracked. I called back Nick and his crew who came with a commitment to make it right, regardless of cost to themselves as a result of the mishap, and they spent a day with 3 trucks to sleeve and reinforce the cracked old main line and make the connection. The result was solid in the end and it was clear VIP is highly competent and committed to making it right. Our bill was adjusted to compensate for the damage cause to the floor trench. Would use them every time without hesitation and the pipe patching misadventure was an unfortunate occurrence that only a competent contractor like VIP could overcome.
Highly recommend this company! Jesus fixed our clogged shower within minutes, and cleaned by taking apart the P-trap in one of our sink to remove all the gunk. He also recommended some light maintenance including removing the stoppers that could contribute to clogs. Thank you Jesus!

I reached out to VIP thinking there may be a leak under my bathtub. VIP sent out someone immediately same day. Bryce came at exactly 11am (window was between 11-1). He was so personable and friendly and professional. I am blown away by the customer service and knowledge that he had regarding what we need to be looking out for for the leaks. He spent a lot of time checking drywall, ceilings and floors in different areas of my home. Even tho we didn't find anything concerning at this time, He educated me on what I need to keep an eye on going forward. My kitchen sink started backing up last night and I didn't know who to call. With perfect timing, I received the Val Pak in the mail today and there was a coupon for VIP Sewer & Drain Service. I called and spoke with Nick, the owner. He was able to come after one more appointment. I received a text notification letting me know he was on his way which was really appreciated. He was friendly, conscientious, clean and thorough. It was also nice to find out that he's third generation in the business. It gave me an extra level of comfort. This review is for Alvino and his partner. So there has been this smell coming from my master sink since we bought our house about 1 year ago. So my husband finally contacted a plumber that would help.
Upon opening the door alvino and his partner introduced themselves and waited for me to allow them to come in. Immediately before entering they put on booty on their shoes... which being Asian and we dont wear shoes in the house I was so happy.
He examined the problem and very patiently explained it to me.... BUT me who knows nothing had to call my husband to help me. Alvino was so nice and patient on the phone and they decided to do some cleaning to the sink. For the most part it got rid of the smell 80% but he said if he still smell it to give him a call and they will come back out.
Fast forward 3 weeks later there is still a slight sour smell and they came out once again and took a look. They still need to come back at a later time to see if they can fix the problem... but I blame my husband for not answering his phone lol.
All in all I very happy with this company mostly Alvino and his friend (so upset I cant remember his name). But being a small, young, 8 pregnant lady alone at home having these 2 big men with tattoos can be super intimidating... BUT they were the most soft spoken and patient guys I have ever felt with. I really appreciated that! Alvino even cracked a joke about... what no baby yet?

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. Nick and Alvino were timely, communicative, and professional. It also helps that they had a very competitive price.
I had called them out to help troubleshoot a roof drain and service two french drains. Not only did they clear everything out, they found the source of the leak, provided steps and product recommendations for a fix that I could handle, and helped me locate and map out the entire drainage system in my backyard, which the previous homeowner had covered up with 3 inches of soil and grass.
I wholeheartedly recommend Nick and his crew. You'll be in good hands if you ever need their services.

Just had Bryce from VIP Sewer and Drain service come out to clear a clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional and courteous while also providing really valuable recommendations on how to avoid clogging the drain in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and I appreciate the difficulty in clearing the drain due to the immense buildup. Bryce also recommended hydro jetting in the future if the clog does return. He thoroughly explained the process to me and said although I don't need it now after the service, it's just something to to keep in mind if the drains start to back up again. Miguel from VIP was very professional and patient. Hydrojetted our outdoor drain to clear out roots and mud. Camera scoped several times to make sure the job was done right. Very reasonably priced and charged exactly as quoted. Happy to work with a company that is quick, efficient, and honest.
Nick came out today to inspect main sewer blockage which caused water backup on bathroom toilet. He quickly identified several objects inside sewer line using camera and cleaned them out to remove blockage. He thoroughly explained the process and how drain works while he was working to clean the blockage. After job done, he even walked around my house to find main drain clean out which was buried by landscaper. Before we called Nick, we had another plumber dispatched by home warranty company, and they literally did nothing but running water for 10mins and left. Nick is very professional plumber and I am very satisfied.

Nick and his helper did a great job cleaning out our shower drain. They were on-time, friendly, efficient, and left everything in great condition. Definitely recommend them!
Called to get hydro jetting service for my kitchen drain that clogs every few months from snaking pipes. Called in Friday morning, came early afternoon same day. Diagnosed my problem with pipe hard scale issues which jetting can't get rid of. Recommended descale pipes plus hydro jetting. More than what I anticipated but have to give it a try. They didn't have descaling machine so scheduled for Monday.
I am in the middle of getting my kitchen remodeled and they were installing the backsplash. Alvin had to break off some stucco to gain access to the drain and he was concerned about the backsplash getting loose which was the wall behind. Talked to the contractors and said it will be okay. A+ for Alvin on his concern with the other work being done.
The team successfully de-clogged my kitchen sink pipes from years of hard scale and tons of grease! Showed me live video of how the pipes looked before, after a first pass and after final flush.
Overall, the team did a great job. It's been only a few days since the service but from what I saw on what they did, I'm satisfied with their service, for properly diagnosing the problem and not recommending what my previous plumbing company would do (just snake the pipes knowing that I'll have the same issue after a while) and know that I wouldn't have to deal with another kitchen clog for a long time.

I got the dreaded call when I was out of town that our sewer drain was backed up and left some sewage in the garage. This was my first experience with any type of sewer issue and was dreading it. I booked Nick through his online appt system (big plus) and he came out the very next day. Diagnosis was that roots has broken into my sewer main. Nick was great to deal with and thoroughly explained the options to make sure it didn't happen again.
Don't look anywhere else. These guys are the real deal. They came out (on time) and gave me an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done and provided a fair bid. Ultimately, all of the cast iron pipe under my home needed to be replaced and the line from the home to the street needed to be replaced, as well.
I obtained 3 other bids for the project, most of which were way more expensive or called for unnecessary work. During the project, they were on time and always professional.

Alvino and Jesus are ALLSTARS. I rarely write yelp reviews but since yelp helped me find these awesome guys I felt obligated to write about how great the experience was. We requested a quote on a drain blockage late Tuesday night (10pm) and received a quote immediately (pretty cool in itself). Alvino and his partner Jesus were at our house less than 24 hours later. Extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgable. After running a 75 foot snake through the drain with no success on unblocking it, Alvino explained that the amount of grease build up we had required a hydro jet. With the hydro jet being considerably more expensive, I had a lot of questions about its necessity, all of which were answered thoroughly, kindly, and honestly. We decided to go with the jet, and in two hours the had our drain completely cleared, even showing us on camera how clean it had gotten. Alvino also gave us some recommendations on how to keep it clean in the future, and reminded us about the year long warranty that comes with the jet (awesome).
One of the best plumbing experiences I've ever had. We will be using them again very soon, and couldn't recommend them any more.
Nick was great! Showed up when he said he would and was in communication with me before the appointment. Great price and fast service, will definitely recommend to others.

Best plumber ever!
Joey came out within less than an hour of calling him. With sewage backing up in our shower, we new something bad was going on with the pipes. Sure enough he was able to detect a break in the pipe. He sent a camera down the pipe and found 4 more breaks due to the roots from the big tree in front our house. He was honest, reliable and got this humongous job done very quickly within two days. The best part was he put in a temporary pipe so we could continue using the shower and bathroom on the nights he was working. He also helped us contact the city to get them to pay for their portion. He went above and beyond to make sure we all our questions were answered, he waited for us to get home to show us the work he did and the problems he fixed. Him and his workers were so nice and kind and willing to work around our busy working schedule. I could tell he really cared about his work and he knew what he was doing. He was upfront with us about needing to line the pipes to ensure the pipes would not burst in the future. I will be hiring him for all our plumbing issues from now on. In all my years of dealing with plumbers, I have never felt so taken care of and in good hands.

At the crack of dawn (before 5am) I sent messages to 8 plumbers, all with 5-star ratings, clearly indicating my plumbing situation.
WITHIN MINUTES, Nick Willis (Owner/Operator/Plumber) responded to my Yelp message with a quote and a brief description of how he could help resolve the issue.
He answered all my questions CLEARLY and QUICKLY.
We were scheduled for SAMEDAY SERVICE.
2 men in company work attire showed up ON TIME and properly introduced themselves.

This was the first time in my life that I needed to call upon a professional plumber for help...
On Sunday night, our toilet suddenly stopped working and the water would just not go down. After working the toilet plunger for a good 30 minutes, I knew that there was something going on way beyond the toilet bowl. My husband then tried to snake the obstruction from the outside cleanout access but still no flow.
Not knowing for sure, we left the access valve open to let things flow out versus overflowing inside the house. So, every time we flushed one of the other toilets or used any of the sinks, some of the sewage was flowing out to the side of the house. Oh my!
Just the thought of 5 adults in our home doing their regular Monday morning routines to start their days was making me cringe. All that sewage just spilling out onto the side of the house and down the driveway and onto the streets... AHHH!
Needed a shower drain unclogged and they responded promptly and were available very quick with my schedule, they came and were polite and professional, in and out, I highly recommend them!
Used VIP for a kitchen sink clog. Tech did a good job of cleaning out the pipe as much as possible, but it is an old cast iron pipe that has a shape that is almost impossible to fully unclog. So, the pipe needs to be replaced with PVC for a long-term solution. Tech provided estimate as he said he would. Very efficient company with automated appointment reminders and professional staff.
Prompt reply and honest plumber. Did not use them due to their honest opinion and not upsell. We need more businesses like this!
I have to give another shout out to Nick. We called last night for a backed-up sewer, and he was out first thing this morning. I brought my kids out to stay with my parents for part of the summer, so there are a lot of us using the bathrooms. Nick was prompt, super helpful, and surprisingly inexpensive (when do we say that in Orange County?!) My dad was at the house to meet Nick. Now, you need to understand, my dad is a retired contractor. No one, and I mean no one, lives up to my dad's standards of how things should be done. When I came home, Nick was just finishing up, and my dad was asking Nick for business cards to pass on as a referral. My jaw hit the floor-- I don't think I've ever heard my dad ask for cards before. My garbage disposal would not turn on so I reached out to VIP Sewer and Drain Services to inquire about a repair. As opposed to many other plumbing services I messaged - where one actually said I needed a new unit - Nick from VIP Sewer and Drain showed me step by step on checking other parts of the disposal to make sure that it actually needed repairing. Low and behold, all I needed to do was to reset it! My home warranty company assigned me a plumber who didn't respond all day. My main line was clogged and my bathrooms were unusable.
My home warranty company let me select a plumber and at 4:45, I doubted I'd get the issue fixed that day and had company coming to town. I called VIP and they answered immediately and were able to accommodate me the same day.
The two men who came were professional, kind, worked fast, explained the situation to me and provided guidance on how to avoid the issue in the future. They wore masks, wore booties on their feet and were happy to help.
Their prices were also very reasonable in my opinion and within the approved amount from the home warranty.
I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend!
Our washing machine drain was overflowing when it was draining and we contacted VIP Sewer and Drain Services. I requested a quote on Yelp - they were the first to respond - and with the most reasonable price. They came out that afternoon, snaked the drain, explained what they were doing along the way, and tested to see if it was draining better. At the time, it seemed like the issue was fixed but running a proper load later that day proved it was still clogged up. They came back out to re-look at the issue, were able to go through the process a bit more thoroughly than we had thought was needed at first, and so far it drains properly again.
They were also very clear that the problem isn't going to go away and said they would reach out with quotes for addressing the issue more properly. I haven't gotten those estimates yet, but I was really happy with VIP for their timely response and that fact that the issue is fixed. The men who came out were very courteous, COVID-compliant (wearing masks and keeping respectful distance), were friendly and the communication updates were convenient (by text) and frequent. I would definitely hire again.

Horrible! My husband called on Friday. They came to our house on Tuesday (10/19). They fixed our issue and charged us $2,400. It is now Thursday night and ALL of our plumbing is backed up. We tried calling the number hoping to speak with someone after hours but it goes to voicemail and disconnects on its own.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing professional! Nick showed up on time, sent a text before he arrived telling me he was on his way, and he fixed what had to be fixed quicker than I thought possible. He also spent time making sure his repairs were flawless. When he left, the area he worked on was spotless and I didn't have to clean up after him at all. I would highly recommend Nick! Having a plumbing problem is one of those issues you can't just ignore. It's not like when your car breaks down you can get a ride with a friend or call an Uber. And you can only use the neighborhood Ralph's bathroom so many times before they start asking if you're the new girl. Plumbing is also not a skill one can easily master; or apply the idea of fake it until you make it to. That's why when we had our pipe blockage, my mom was like, well, it's time to sell the house. Even though we just moved in like two months ago.
Thankfully I found Nick with VIP Sewer & Drain Services. Nick was seriously so amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly, honest. If you're looking for a plumber, he's the guy!
I actually had another plumber look at the blockage before Nick did. Noticing that I'm just a girl who knows nothing about plumbing, this random guy came up with an abstractly complicated solution to a seemingly straightforward issue. He quoted me over $500, and said something along the lines of not sure if that'll fix the problem so it could be more. Then almost immediately changed it to $300 (which is still way too high) when he heard that I was having other plumbers look at it. I may not know the first thing about clearing a pipe, but that sounded sketchy so no, I did not want to get into that windowless white van.
Now that I made a short story long, the point is that I'm super grateful to have found Nick's business and to have him come out for a second opinion. He was so respectful (brought shoe covers so not to soil the flooring/carpet), efficient (came out within 24 hours on a weekend and fixed the problem in like 30 minutes), and experienced (third generation plumber who loves his job). AND he only charged me $69 for it - the special on Yelp. That's how much he quoted over the phone, and that's how much he charged me. It was as simple, straightforward, and painless as that. How it should be. So I definitely HIGHLY recommend him!

My kitchen sink drain was leaking out through the cement on my patio. I had used VIP Sewer and Drain a couple years ago and was very happy with their service, so I called them again. Jesus Luna came out and gave me an estimate based on what they thought was going on.
They opened the stucco wall on the outside and everything was wet inside. The actual leak was a few feet over from where the water was coming out of the cement and they found that the clean out pipe was actually cracked. The pipe inside the wall was also one and a half inch when it should've been two inch pipe, so they replaced all the pipes, hydro jetted the line to the main and put a camera in afterwards to make sure everything was cleaned out. They also did a good job with the stucco patch.
They did the job very quickly thanks to having four guys here, Jesus, Miguel, George and Chavez. They were all professional, polite,
knowledgeable and hard-working. I have full confidence in their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody no matter how big or small the job.

Recently, I had a slow shower drain, all of a sudden get even slower. I decided I needed to call a plumber in to do the job right. Went onto Yelp and (based on all the excellent reviews) decided to give VIP Sewer and Drain Services a holler. Nick (the owner), got back to me in a timely fashion and told me that they had openings that afternoon and the price for snaking the drain.
Jesus arrived a bit late but he called to let me know he was running a bit late. They also send out text messages about arrival times, etc. He and his partner were prepped during this time of Covid (had masks on and booties on). Excellent. They diagnosed the problem (hair clog) quickly and within 15 minutes, they had the shower drain working again. Jesus was friendly to work with and told us that we had a 90 day warranty on the work. That's great. He also gave us some ideas on how to keep drain clear.
They take credit cards, which is great.
If we have other plumbing issues in our house, will be sure to call them again.

My family and I have used VIP three times now, all for different reasons with EXCELLENT service! We had a backed up shower which required the main sewer line be cleared out. Miguel and his partner arrived within 45 minutes of my initial phone call requesting service. They explained possible problems and different alternative solutions before they begin the work. I appreciated the explanations and, more importantly, they are professional attitude and quick and clean work. Highly, highly recommend this company which is family run and I like that too!
We were in need of a permanent fix for our cast iron sewer line which had roots growing into it, causing blockage. The VIP Team provided a very reasonable proposal and time frame to complete the job. In less than 2 days, VIP applied epoxy to the cast iron sewer line under the house and installed a liner to the clay sewer line down to the sidewalk. All team members were very professional, knowledgeable and willing to share step-by-step what they were doing. Bryce did a great job communicating with us throughout the project. They provided us with a before and after video of the sewer lines and a sample of the liner that was used in the clay line. VIP is on my short list of companies I can trust for house projects and repairs. Well done VIP! You have a customer for life.

I normally do not leave reviews on Yelp, but I'm making an exception in this case. Had a main line drain issue and called Nick (VIP) in the morning and he responded later the same day. He cleared the main line blockage issue, as well as assisted us with several other issues we were having with our water heater and water pressure issues. He also was able to provide a quote on a tankless water heater we are interested in. He wasn't in a hurry, did not rush us and was more than happy to help us with these other plumbing questions / issues.
I couldn't be more happy with his service. Not only is he a great plumber, but he's a nice and honest guy. BTW...this was the second plumber we contacted for this issue. The first plumber, did not fix the issue and seemingly, was attempting to set himself up for the next call back, which he no doubt knew I would need.
Nick on the other hand, stands by his work for 90 days and did not require additional money to secure that warranty if he should need to come back again for the same problem. I only wish I would have called Nick the first time, as I would have saved a $100 bucks! I've already referred Nick to family members, as well as our contractor we use for all of our home improvement projects.

Called to get an estimate for an outside drainage installation project. They were very responsive but wanted to charge me $87 just to come out and give me an estimate for the work. I contacted Nick on yelp for a quote related to my kitchen sink clog, and he got back to me within 5 minutes. I scheduled the works for next morning between 9-11 and the guys showed up around 930. I've used previous highly rated plumbing companies before but these guys gave off the vibe that they actually love their job. After diagnostics, they gave a very reasonable quote detailing the works to be done as well as an estimated time frame for completion, joked with me throughout the job, and provided educational commentary whenever they get the chance. No upselling or games, just true professionalism. Their goal wasn't to put a bandage on the issue but to provide a seemingly permanent repair regiment so I won't have to call them again. I was blown away by this mere plumbing experience and happy to have found a professional plumbing company that I could call home to. This review is a couple of weeks overdue, but we had the great service of Jesus and George to help us with our slow leak.
We had noticed a slow leak in our kitchen, and both Jesus and George were very friendly and professional in addressing the problem.
They were very cautious with COVID protocols, wore masks, and boot covers at all times. They opened up the stucco from the exterior, addressed the leak, came back a few days to refinish the exterior stucco, and got the job done on time, budget, and most importantly- professionally.
I called several plumbers, and VIP really treated us as their customers with VIP service, from the beginning to the end.

I had a problem with an outside drain in a garden backing up during heavy spring rains. I didn't get around to doing anything about it until we discovered a rat's nest in a different drain. I called VIP and Nick returned my call very quickly. An appointment was set for two days later. Alvino and Miguel came out and did an excellent job hydro-jetting the two main drains that fed into the street. That cleared out all 10 drains throughout the yard. Alvino also checked my gutter and drain spout to ensure it was clear. They were all done within an hour. I highly recommend VIP and will use them again when the need arises.
Nick responded to my Sunday email by quickly scheduling a visit. He was able to come a day early by contacting me when he had a schedule change. Nick provided a very reasonable quote of $69-$99. I was not available when Nick arrived so he delt with my son. He quickly fixed our drain and then charged my son $69, the low end of his quote.
He moved up his appointment, arrived on time, did a great job and charged my son the low end of his quote. I highly recommend Nick.

Jesus arrived within the expected and agreed upon timeframe. He checked the drain and checked the piping with his camera system. Eventually snaked the drain to open it for use and offered the options for review to clear the blockages since the pipe had narrowed pretty significantly. Did not pressure sell anything.
Got back use of kitchen sink in about an hour and only charged the agreed upon price. Will definitely call on them again!
Nick was exceptionally professional while servicing our water leak. The company went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem and repairing. I was given a fair quote. Total bait and switch. They lure you in with coupons (that you can't use actually) and decent prices then when scoping your sewer they immediately say you'll need a hydro jetting and they'll give you a deal to fold your original cost into the new higher cost. It's quite unfortunate these kind of companies operate they way they do but that's the name of the game for a lot of plumbing companies.
Thank you Nick Chavez Jr, Miguel and Jorge. I've used VIP at least 5 times for snaking, hydrojetting, liner, descaling+epoxy and pipe burst at 3 different locations. I've spent close to $20,000 of plumbing work and it was worth it. Pipe burst involves breaking concrete, digging 6 feet and replacing pipe and putting back the concrete. Some plumbers charge twice as much for hydrojetting.
Once you find a plumber you can trust you will stay with them. I think their warranties and service are one of the best.

One of our patio drains has been draining slowly and with all the rain over the past few months, it finally stopped draining due to debris from all the trees (leaves) surrounding our patio. Miguel from their team ended up hydro jetting both of our patio drains for literally half the price of one plumbing company was going to charge me for one drain. Another was gonna charge for assessment fee ONLY, and will not credit towards the work. VIP was reasonably priced and very professional; they also even cleaned up the debris that got into our neighbor's patio. Definitely using them again for any plumbing issues in the (hopefully distant) future. Definitely highly recommend!

We had a clog in our main sewer line due to roots. We called VIP and they sent someone out same day within the hour. The free camera inspection was a selling point for us, and throughout the visit they used the camera multiple times to determine where the blockage was, what was causing it and a final check to make sure the blockage was completely removed.
They spent around 2 hours making sure that the line was completely cleared by using both the snake and the hydro jet. Even though they used a mix of the snaking and the hydro jet they only charged us for the hydro jetting in the end. Everyone was extremely nice and kept everything very clean. Overall was very impressed with the service that was provided and we will continue using VIP for any future plumbing issues we have.
I thought it was a disaster when my toilet got clogged, but Nick was able to fix it within minutes. The service was very clean and professional, and he even gave us some tips on how to avoid this situation again. Price was seemingly nothing ($69) for the amount of headache he saved us, and we're very grateful for his efficient and effective help!
These guys are really solid. Their communication is excellent and so is their work. It's not often you see a company with five stars on Yelp, but it is well earned in this case.

I got 3 quotes from different companies, and VIP gave us the lowest price and the soonest availability. I messaged Nick late in the evening, and Alvino was at our house the very next day. Not only did Alvino fix our problem, he also gave a lot of useful tips for avoiding blockages in the future. I would recommend this company, and would use them again!
We had two other estimates from other plumbing businesses regarding our sewer line. I called Nick from VIP Sewer + Drain service to come out and give us another opinion regarding the last two estimates that seemed questionable.

I got a coupon in the mail for a $69.00 drain cleaning and free camera inspection. I signed up online. The technician, who was very nice, polite and clean. started the work. He than came to me and said I spoke to Nick the owner and you are going to have to pay and additional $100.00. I asked for what. First he said because it was a commercial bldg, than he said because it was on the third floor. I explained that the ad and everything on the website did not have any stipulations, another wards a sink drain is a sink drain. Next I said that you took the elevator up right? he did not have to walk up stairs or anything. He walked about 60 feet from the front door that was it. He next said that they really do NOT do commercial work. I said your website says you do. He really could NOT give me a legit answer for the extra $100.00 except the owner told him so. I asked to speak to the owner and he got Nick on the line. Nick tried all the same reasoning to no avail. Nick also said that if the drain went into the main line that the $69.00 deal was off. So I said you mean that if you go more than 10 feet down the 2 inch pipe into the 3 inch pipe that is NOT covered. he said yes that is the MAIN drain pipe and that is extra. Now I know why they use the camera I said to myself so they can show you that the pipe expands. At that point he had me because I looked at the fine print and it says EXCLUDES main sewer line stoppages so I said that his advertising is misleading and he could and will get in trouble for that and he accepted that and I would pay the 100.00 extra. At that point I went to my computer and looked up the difference of main drain which he claimed and main sewer line wordage written on the coupon. The real definition of main drain is anything under the house and the main sewer line is what the house connects to going to the street. So he was trying to trick me with using the word main drain representing that to mean the same as main sewer line written on the coupon. It is NOT the same, In the end I printed off the info for the tech, who is really a salesman NOT a plumber and he refused to acknowledge the difference in words. he said we are NOT going to charge you the extra $100.00 and NO guarantee will be provided. So Nick is really ripping all his customers off with a polite smile through his salespeople. He needs to be turned in to the state licensing plumbers board for his deceptive rip off practices so beware all.

I called and talked to Nick. He said they were in the area and almost finished with a job. They came over in about 15 minutes. I had a drain from the back yard going under concrete that no one could clean out. They had the hydro-jet machine in the van and hooked up my water supply to their machine and then took long cable to clear out the drain. Within about 20-30 minutes they cleared the drain. Very careful trying not to break pipes. They were so good that I asked if they could ensure my other drain on the opposite side of the house (also from back yard) was cleared. Within 5 minutes they had it done, and they checked it out. Working great (both drains). And then they cleaned up the mud, etc. and left everything cleaned up. I thought the price was reasonable, especially since no one else was able to clean out the drain before. I had this done in August of 2022 and thought I wrote a review already. Maybe there are two now? I definitely recommend this service and people working there. And I am just a homeowner and I have no affiliation to the business. I hope this helps those that read this. I wish I had called them 1st. I spent money on 2 other people that failed to clear the drain. One person with his camera did not even trace my drain thru the front yard correctly. I tried to tell him where the drain was, but he ignored me. I only paid for an estimate and not the exorbitant fee to clear the drain.

I'm very impressed at this company's service, the people they send out, and the response times. Usually sewer and drainage companies have horrible customer service and attitude.
All of these guys are so sweet and they came twice to our house already. Both times we were pleased with the service and they were very informative and helped us understand why the problem was there and what the solution was. The pricing is also very reasonable and I don't think they over charge for any of the services.
Very very pleased and will be my go-to plumbing services company from now on!
Excellent work and expected outcome. The p-trap for the backwash for my pool was decayed and did not drain at all. Jesus came in over the summer to diagnose and gave me an estimate for repair. Had to have my air conditioner condenser moved to allow room for the repair to the drain. Jesus came in today and I was very impressed with his surgeon like work using his tools to get to the decayed pipe to remove and replace without hitting the underground electrical cords coming into the home. He replaced the p-trap with a new ABS drain, hauled away the old cement and patched the hole with new cement. Contacted another (not VIP) plumber to diagnose slow toilet issue. He snaked a main line and toilet. Told me line needed jetting and charged me $195. A lot to snake a line! I hired VIP to jet the line and after videoing the line he told me the main line was clear and recommended against jetting it - and charged me $79 - a very low fee to camera the line and tell me to not waste my money. When I returned from vacation, I pulled the toilet and found roots growing from the slab area into the line. I pulled them out and it now passes waste like shit through a goose. VIP was an HONEST hire and ADVISED ME CORRECTLY. ID HIRE THEM IN A MINUTE!!

Nick came by to look at what we thought was a clogged washer drain. He inspected it and stated that their was nothing wrong with it and that it must be the washer. He did not charge us anything because he said that he did not fix anything. We were just shocked because many of our experiences with maintenance companies have been them trying to scam us into paying something. Called early Friday morning about a root issue backing up a sink drain. Was there within the hour. Very communicative throughout the process, explaining everything as he went. Brought out another crew within a half hour to perform further inspection. Robert was top notch. Highly recommend!
Spectacular workmanship. Our house is 60 years old and an old sewage pipe crumbled under our slab. Nick and his crew capped off the old pipe and re-routed 100' of new pipe, connecting it to the sewer main. They were super careful to cause a minimal amount of damage to my stucco, patio, and grass. With the use of their boring machine they were able to run the entire length of new pipe without digging up a giant trench, instead just digging three holes. The job was done in a day and left in immaculate condition. Best of all, the price was competitive.
I was most impressed by the service and expertise from the licensed VIP Sewer and Drain Service. They were timely, expert, efficient, and meticulous about the quality of their work. While we were told previously that our pipe was broken and needed extensive repair, they were able to show us that the previously characterized mud was actually sludge and that, through scoping, the line was intact. They cleared the pipe of hardened sludge with jet treatment and showed us afterwards a clean line all the way to the main sewer on the street. They also placed an outside inlet to facilitate line cleaning in the future. Everything was so clean and orderly when they left! I was most satisfied and impressed with their professional service.
I found this company on Yelp, & they responded fast even on Saturday evening for a non-urgent request. Our kitchen drain needed a clog cleared and we needed service ASAP. Nobody wants a clogged drain in the kitchen, especially my wife. Great communication with the company through Yelp. Our deck drains were clogged and haven't had them cleaned in 10+ years. Most plumbers won't do outside drains. VIP was great. They had a $269 full flush special which was the way to go. Arrived on time and wife says they were great. It was crazy how much dirt, tree parts, snail shells, and junk that came out. Very efficient and highly recommend this company.

Called VIP Sewer and Drain Services about water backup at my home in Newport Coast during the last round of major storms after another plumber came and was unable to help. They inspected my interior and exterior drain systems and performed a number of services. Started with Bryce using the camera to make sure my pipes and drains inside were sound. After surveying the drainage issues outside, he called in Nick and Jorge who came over within the hour to hydro jet all the yard drains and identify one that was clogged with a stubborn tree root. They came back in a couple days to dig it out and clear the pipe. It was very tough and took more time than they thought but stuck with the job until it got done. Came back again the next day to cover/clean everything up. When it was all finished, Nick stayed with the original quoted price which included the service call and hydro jetting. This type of work is not cheap, but the company's people have integrity and do a great job. Their knowledge and positive attitude was exactly what I needed. One of my neighbors saw them at my home and hired Nick to go over to clear a clogged drain in his yard. He just stopped by to tell me how much he appreciated the job they did for him as well. If you are having any kind of plumbing issues, you cannot go wrong with VIP Sewer and Drain Service- do yourself a favor and call them first!

Highly recommended, will definitely use again. Alvino and Jesus were friendly and professional. We went over each issue one at a time. Each time Alvino would indicate whether servicing was actually needed, and if it did he would clearly explain the cause, what they were going to do and the cost. For the one odd intermittent issue we have, he provided logical explanations and trouble signs for us to look for before requesting further service.

I had an issue with a toilet clog and called VIP to see if they could assist. They were super friendly over the phone. They came out 2 hours after the phone call! I've never had that happen before. They were able to come out, repair the issue and do it at a reasonable price.

So i just moved to a new building for my business. One of the restrooms was clogged. I did the norm, and headed out to get some drano.
Long story short, that didnt work so i contacted VIP (referral from a friend) and they were at my place the same day. JESUS was my service guy.. he was professional, kind, patient in answering and explaining all my questions and even gave me options to fix the problem since there was a price difference for the job he would be performing.
I asked him to help me save some money if possible, and if needed, we would tear the place and re-do it. He went above and beyond my expectations and standards for a service company. Their name says it all .. its VIP QUALITY SERVICE!!! Definitely will contact them for any of my future needs.
I use VIP Sewer and Drain for ALL of my plumbing needs. My home's first plumbing issue was related to the backwater valve, but subsequently several plumbing issues have arisen with my home...not surprising, given the age of the house. Each time, Nick and VIP have been incredible. Without hesitation, you can rely on VIP to be responsive and thorough. They will identify the issue, provide an explanation for what is causing the issue, provide options to resolve and then execute the work promptly and with expertise. Great communication and a great job done by Jerry and Jorge! I had some serious roots clogging a landscape drain. They spent a good amount of time making sure the job was done correctly and completely. When I need drain work in the future, VIP will be first call!
Nick offered personable service, good communication (will also text back and forth), and a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

A week ago I reached out because our guest toilet (that my 3 yr old uses on most occasions) was clogged up and no amount of plunging would fix the issue so I text Nick and he got back to me very quickly and was able to come out same day.
He worked efficiently and was very professional and was able to solve the problem... somehow one of my daughters thought Owlette (a small action figure) belonged down the toilet ... I guess I'm just glad there wasn't a bigger issue lol. Thank you Nick! I will definitely be calling him for any future problems we have!
Great service!! Alvino and Jose arrived in 30 min. They cleared my slow draining kitchen drain. And explained to me what the problem was. I was very impressed with their professionalism. And the price was very fair.
Professional and on time and courteous. Even though it was a free estimate, they helped me move my heavy appliances around to help them get installed and gave me honest information and advise on how to install and what to do. I appreciate that level of service the most, fair honest advise and no pressure to do work.

Nick and Alvino are as punctual, professional, polite and productive as rated by other customers. I messaged several plumbers to get a quote and not only were they the easiest to communicate with, but they also had the best price. I hired them to clean out a drain to get ready for the rain and they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
Called me back promptly and showed up on time the very next day. Unfortunately, they were unable to unclog my landscape drains as they were too infested with roots. Their price to remove and install new drains seemed high but I don't know what the going rate really is . I'm considering them for the job as I liked their service.
Our courtyard started flooding from the recent storm. Called VIP, and Nick and George came to the rescue within the hour. They hydro-jetted the drains and resolved the flooding before the water reached a level that could've caused serious damage. Awesome response and service!! Highly recommend.

I had another company come over to unclog a shower drain. They tried, failed and then gave me an estimate for thousands of dollars for exploratory work and cutting open the tile and replacing a p trap. Jerry from VIP came and unclogged it within 30 minutes! Saved me thousands!

Quick response, very friendly and on time! My disposal was jammed with glass or plastic. Nick was able to in jam it and test it out times ensure the drain is working properly. Would definitely contact him again if I have problems with my plumbling!

Alvino came and hydrojetted my irrigation drains today. He arrived on time, was extremely personable and professional. He was able to clear my drain after figuring out the problem and gave me great advice on maintenance. The quote was very reasonable and the final charge was exactly as quoted. No additional fees. This company is just the greatest. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the technician leaving my house - everything was just incredible. WOW!! When I received the quote I told my wife it didn't make sense and told her they would need to arrive, perform the service and drive away in less than 30 minutes OR they wee going to upcharge us after arriving and diagnosing the issue. I have a time stamp that shows VIP entering my community at 9:33am and receiving my invoice after finishing at 10:03am. Talk about a machine, Miguel was professional, courteous and polite. In and out, leaving a clear drain behind him. I was sure we would be upcharged to the point where I expected it, I was wrong. A perfectly executed service that made money for VIP and honored their quote.
