Talk about unprofessional! We had been satisfied with this company until they completely backed out of a commitment with no notice. They quoted and then committed to doing a big job for us. The day before the job, they called to cancel, saying 2 guys were sick. They said they would call back to reschedule us for after the upcoming holiday. We called and left messages twice to reschedule and never got so much as the courtesy of the return phone call they had promised upon canceling.  

I'm thoroughly disappointed by how rudely and unprofessionally we were treated by this company. I thought we had found a reliable plumber and they turned out to be just the opposite.

I requested many quotes from different plumbing companies but Ciscos Plumbing is responsive and got to me right away. I told him about an awful smell coming from my sink and we set up an appointment 3pm Wednesday, showed up on time and called 15 mins before arriving. He took a look and give me an option to hydro jet the drain which would completely clear up the back up of waste that was probably clogging my drain. Francisco gave me an honest price that was very competitive with what I searched up online so I said let's do it! He was great to work with and the customer service is great! Told me to call him back if there's any future problems and I definitely will.

Manny was awesome! Answered very quickly through Yelp and was over at our house in a few hours to help us snake our clogged drain. He took his time and explained everything that he was doing and why we had the issues we had. The price he quoted me on the phone is exactly what he charged. Happy that we've found our new go to plumber!

I never write reviews, but Jayson was professional, easy to talk with and awesome service. I called several plumbers, but he was on point with service and affordable price! I scheduled appt with him for next day service for kitchen sink backup. I called him back frantic my kitchen sink started overflowing. He was so reliable and was able to come sooner without any extra charge. I definitely recommend him.

Our toilet overflowed and I called Jeremiah V Plumbing and he came out the same morning and fixed the problem. He also gave us some good advice on our plumbing condition/possible future problems. Very professional and experienced. Will call him again!  :)

International City Plumbers will now be my go to plumbing company for all my future repairs/needs. They deserve 5 stars and more, this is by far the best service I've ever experienced. There was a main sewer stoppage at my house and they were able to clear it and cleanup very quickly/well, considering the call was made at 5pm.

My husband and I's call was answered by Alex immediately and their plumbers were to us within an hour. Carlos & Garret educated us on the stoppage and walked us through everything they were going to do (not having any plumbing knowledge), they were very professional & nice, communicated pricing upfront, were able to identify other issues that needed tending to and left us feeling very confident in their work.

Thank you for being a stand up company and helping us solve this issue promptly and accurately. I will be referring all my family and friends to ICP! :)

We are super satisfied with Long Beach Plumbing. They have done two jobs on our new home in Long Beach and we couldn't be happier. We initially chose them from their great Yelp reviews and the fact that someone answered the phone and we didn't have to wait for a call back. The first job was to change out some corroded galvanized pipes to our water heater. When work was scheduled I was able to confirm the appointment via text and they showed up on time. On the second occasion we wanted to change out the pipes in our shower and we were able to get service the same afternoon. Their great quality work was completed for a very fair price and there was no selling of additional services. We know who we'll call when we need them. We called Nick for a corroded hot water valve and he was able to come by to evaluate the problem the  same day. He came back the next day and had everything working in short order. No hot water for bath or shower is so annoying... especially in the middle of the night. I'm so glad we found Z & H Plumbing. Call them first thing in the morning and got a call right back that they can come out the same day! Then they show up in less than an hour and fix the problem.

I typically don't leave reviews but this plumbing service I received on Sunday is worthy. Edwin is professional and came out at time window he provided. I am satisfied with the plumbing work which was replacing a new faucet and fixing a leaking valve under kitchen sink. In addition, he recommended I have a water pressure repaired/installed since mine was no longer working. His prices seemed fair for the work he completed. I will keep him as contacts for plumbing jobs. Thank you for communicating and going above and beyond the call of duty. Ty.

I don't understand these reviews. They were on time. Addressed all concerns. Clean and neat. Friendly and polite. I'll call them every time. I can only imagine the people who were pleased didn't post.
