KNC responded really quickly as my business urgently needed a plumber and my usual person wasn't available due to the holidays. Their tech Kris came relatively quickly and was able to help me and my neighbor who was also experiencing the same issue. He gave me an estimate and also a timing on how long it'll take. He did it professionally and cleaned up as well. Would use again and highly recommend.

This is the first time that I used Harry's Rooter & Plumbing and I have to say that they did an excellent job.

This review is for the responsiveness and customer service I received from Francisco! Middle of the day, all of a sudden a significant amount of water started to seep across my kitchen floor from under the cabinet and/or the wall behind the cabinet. Ciscos Plumbing came thru within an hour of my call, and Francisco quickly helped me repair my water pipes. I was so glad he came so quickly cause I was stressing out, he could definitely tell over the phone. Wish I could give you 10 stars!!

Manuel gave the best, cheapest, and fastest serve to fix a stuck push plug on my drain. He literally came within 30 mins and fixed a tough problem for the lowest cost from anyone I quoted. No BS, effective, and fast!

International City Plumbers will now be my go to plumbing company for all my future repairs/needs. They deserve 5 stars and more, this is by far the best service I've ever experienced. There was a main sewer stoppage at my house and they were able to clear it and cleanup very quickly/well, considering the call was made at 5pm.

My husband and I's call was answered by Alex immediately and their plumbers were to us within an hour. Carlos & Garret educated us on the stoppage and walked us through everything they were going to do (not having any plumbing knowledge), they were very professional & nice, communicated pricing upfront, were able to identify other issues that needed tending to and left us feeling very confident in their work.

Great job on toilet plumbing.  They responded quickly and corrected the problem.  We will definitely use again.

Art & his team was about to come by within half an hour of calling and the best thing is they picked up the phone right away.  I called 3 other plumbers and all went to voicemail.  The guys were very friendly and did a thorough job of clearing my main drain within an hour and even showed me a recording of their camera going down the main so I understand where the problem lies.  Will definitely contact them again if I ever need plumbing work done again!

Bryce was very professional and polite. He came and inspect the kitchen sink, snaked the pipe and test it afterwards to make sure it works. He also let us know what is the problem. Highly recommend.

Arturo was really pleasant to have in our home. I had a water heater that finally gave out. He came out right way same day and replaced everything. He left our home in working order and water was hot. Like really hot. He did his job efficiently and was honest. I got everything at Home Depot he just put in the work.

I had a small leak in my laundry faucet and when I reached out to Pristine Plumbing, they responded quickly.  It was very easy to set up an appointment.  Cameron and Simon came on time, super nice, explained every step, and figured out my issue quickly.  Turned out my faucet service line had pin holes in it so I had to replace it.  They gave me options on what to do. Never felt pressured into doing anything I didn't want to do. They got the faucet the at the store and came back to install it.  Everything went very smoothly.  

Only negative thing was that it is kinda expensive BUT, i don't have anything to compare it to because i rarely have plumbing problems in the 10 years of owning a home

Z&H Plumbing Did an outstanding job. Arsen and Crew were able to come out the same day I called.  They were very professional and reasonably priced, and the new water heater works perfectly!  They were also able to help with a kitchen plumbing problem I had. The Wifey is a HAPPY CAMPER. They were also Covid-19 safe and wore masks the whole time.  I will use them for any future plumbing issues that may come up.  Zorro has a good team.

We had clogged and broken drain pipes in our back yard. Edwin did a terrific and speedy job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He was great to work with and very helpful. And after he finished that job, he hung around and fixed another small plumbing problem with the toilet for us. All around a great plumber - would gladly recommend!

Had a great experience with Coast Plumbing.  I initially found water damage in my hallway baseboards, and called Coast Plumbing the next morning.  They sent not one but two technicians that same morning to inspect my home and source the water leak.  The second technician was there to confirm that there were no slab leaks.  Once they determined the source of the leak was my toilet, they quickly worked with me to clean and replace it.  I noticed the technician was very detail oriented and made sure the toilet was level to the floor and was propertly secured.  I was so impressed I asked him to work on additional items I have been putting off as recommended from other plumbers, which included replacing my water regulator and replacing my other toilet.  I am thankful that I was referred to Coast Plumbing by our friends and will happily recommend them to my other friends and family.  Will be using them again in the near future to clean my drain pipes.  Again excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and awesome quality of work!

My roommate had 2 new faucets that needed to be installed, as well as a couple of parts underneath the sink that needed to be replaced. She also had a garbage disposal that needed to be installed and an issue with the furnace and the electronic fireplace that needed to be looked at. The HOA recommended Ken's Plumbing.

When my roommate spoke to the office mgr Rita, she said they could do either the fireplace or the furnace. I cant remember which one but I believe it was the fireplace. My friend was quoted 645$ for for the entire job which included looking into what the problem was with the fireplace. We set the appointment, but the plumber Rita sent out wasn't certified to look at the fireplace, and we weren't told in advance otherwise we would have rescheduled. When I spoke with her she told me her electronics plumber was still busy with another job and couldn't come out. It took 3 hours to finish the faucets and the garbage disposal. That night we noticed a leak under one of the faucets they installed. We had to call them out again, and they came a few days later. The guy spent about 5 minutes working on it, said the faucet leak was fixed, but later that night it still was leaking. Once again another call to get them out, at which time the guy repaired the leak, but later that night the 'plug thingy' came undone because in the plumber's haste to leave, he didn't properly secure the plug switch underneath the sink. *sigh*  After the second visit I confronted Rita about us needing to get the fireplace checked, she said the other plumber was still busy and could not come out. I told her what was it she originally quoted my friend, and she said 645$ at which time i asked if she gave an adjustment since they did not do part of the work we were quoted for. She said no. I patiently made the case that she overcharged my friend and that we shouldn't have been charged the original amount since they didn't do all the work they were supposed to. After a minute of trying to explain our side Rita hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Based on my experience they lack integrity and ethics.
