Best Plumbing Inspection in Baltimore MD
I called Forster Plumbing because of the other great review on Yelp. The plumber came to look at a leaking furnace, malfunctioning toilet and leaky faucet at my rental property. He fixed all that AND looked at a problem with the stove! He was responsive and quick and very reasonably priced. I will certainly keep his number in my file! I wish I had found them years ago.

These guys were responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable. Very pleased with their work and will definitely hire them again.

Dwyer Plumbing is terrific! We have numerous rental properties and they are the only plumber we call. Each time we call, Donny and team come as soon as possible and consistently fix the problem the first time. We have also used them for three new/renovation projects where we relied on them to independently collaborate with the carpenter and tile guys to do rough-ins and then final fittings in the correct order. They are very knowledgeable and offer creative solutions that work for our old homes (e.g., freeze-proof outdoor faucets for a recurring issue).

They arrived on a Sunday morning and were fast, reliable, and professional and got the job done right.

David White, and his team of skilled professionals, did an extraordinary job of solving my plumbing issue. The issue proved to be a challenge to all but with determination and a proven method of problem solving skills, problem solved!

Did some light electrical work at my rowhouse, then came out another time to clear out an overgrown yard. Fair prices and good service on short notice. Would recommend.

They came on time and replaced by hose bib. I will certainly call them again in the fall to service my tankless water heater. Plumbers seem to be honest and know what they are doing.

They had to come out twice to repair a leak in our shower. They were prompt and got the job done. Reasonably priced and nice people. Plus, they were kind to my really nosey puppy dog, which is always a sign of good contractors. :)

Bakar showed up on time and utilized all COVID 19 safety protocols. Work was completed efficiently with professional results. Would definitely use this company again.

This company is very professional and got the job done quickly & efficiently. They are not inside plumbers. They work on leaky pipes under the ground. I highly recommend Service Force if you have a problem outside your house.

My kitchen sink had began dripping. My boyfriend had taken the faucet apart trying to fix it. When he put it back together and we turn the water on it would not shoot up and out it would just come out from underneath in the sink. What a mess I couldn't use my kitchen sink for over a week. I went on Yelp trying to gather some estimates nobody will come out for free just to tell you what's wrong and how much it's going to cost. I couldn't get involved in one of these hourly rates they will let you know once we're there situations because I didn't have so much money for repairs. So I got the best deal from Abbott's plumbing they said they would come out for $49. To see what's going on.
I text it around 7:00 a.m. this morning they responded several hours later stated that they could come today and to call their 4105365700 number. I did just that a very very nice lady answered the phone said they would be there between 3 and 5:00 p.m.
Not even 10 minutes later I got a call from the plumber and he mentioned he'd be there at 3:00 p.m.. He arrived exactly at 3:02 p.m. and got to work.
He ended up needing to take my entire sink apart and putting it back together now it's working. This service was very very reasonably priced. They even gave me a $35 coupon without me to even ask. Hopefully I don't need to call them again anytime in the future but if something goes wrong I will.

Now that the house in question has been sold, I can feel free to publicly air this issue.
Jason Tart, the owner of Baltimore Sewer Service, is not licensed as a plumber, who does horrible work that causes damage to people's homes and health, and continues to get away with it.
I am speaking from a combination of personal experience and professional knowledge of the law, as well as familiarity with public records in Maryland. Everything I say is true and verifiable, and I will provide screenshots as evidence.
Tart has been repeatedly charged with and convicted of performing plumbing services without a license, in violation of Maryland Business Occupations and Professions 12-601, a misdemeanor carrying a penalty of up to 6 months' imprisonment per violation. He uses the Internet to lure unsuspecting customers to employ him for serious issues that he has no training to handle. Some, like myself, experience substantial damage to their property as a result. Others, like a couple I met in court, dealt with not only property damage but extreme health complications due to his misuse of chemicals on their sewer line.

In our case, Tart promised to provide us with a free video scope of our sewer line, which an earlier, honest and licensed plumber, had told us was not at fault, but rather that there had been a collapse on the part of Baltimore City's line in the middle of the road. We were lured in by this promise, the outstanding (apparently fake?) reviews, and his professional looking website.
When he arrived, he claimed that his result had contradicted our earlier scope of the sewer line. He promised to get the issue fixed for a price that was lower than the market rate. Thinking we were dealing with a licensed plumber with a good reputation, we agreed without getting a third opinion.
Rather than following appropriate protocol, getting permits or using heavy machinery to dig in our yard, as required by the work and the law, Tart hired a couple of day laborers to dig with hand shovels until they not only struck but actually broke our sewer line...but only after cutting into it in our basement and using a garden hose to supposedly try to flush it out - causing a small flood. Ultimately, he declared that, seeing with his own naked eyes rather than the seemingly fictional scope, that the blockage was over the property line and the responsibility of the city, in an effort to con us into continuing to entrust him. We didn't fall for it. My wife immediately demanded a return of all our money (which he provided), I found out that he was not licensed, and in fact had a history of working without a license, and filed a complaint with the plumbing board, to deal with the damage he had caused.
I eventually saw him in court and settled for less than I should've, rather than seeing him go to jail, because I figured he was potentially dangerous and I didn't want to try my luck while he knew where I lived.

I wanted additional work done but the charges were so egregious. I just could not understand while while a strainer that I purchased at a big box store for $21 I was going to be charged $279 if I purchased it from Ensor Plumbing.
And purchase my God I was just posing with coupons and points for a total of $99 I priced out a garbage disposal from enter plumbing which would have cost me upwards of $800.
I will never recommend a company to takes a vantage of the consumer maybe they should tell the customer the charges upfront for what they want done I think I was lucky because I pre-purchase my garbage disposal rather than purchasing it from the plumber I also pre-purchased a drain for $21 that they want to charge me $279 to install this is just ridiculous I'm disappointed I will never use this company again
