Description
Our plumbing company started back in 1961, when Ensor, Sr. recieved his master plumbing licence and decided to go into business for himself. In 1973 Ensor's son Roger Jr. found an interest in the company and began learning the trade. Together they worked on acquiring wonderful customers and vendors that fueled their success. Their work ethic and love for the trade showed through to everyone they encountered. Roger Sr. retired in 1982 leaving a very capable and passionate plumber, Roger Jr., to continue in his footsteps. Since that time Roger Jr's family has also joined the business. His daughter Stacey now owns and manages the business, while his son Seth is where Roger Jr. once was, learning the trade.

SERVICES
Reviews
Very knowledgeable and helpful folks. Fine service, professional, on time, all that good stuff. I am very pleased with the service we have received so far, and look forward to working with them in the future.
Well this went sideways quickly, and in just 1 1/2 months. In short, DON'T go with this company. They do NOT back up their work.
My initial review was 100% honest: They really were great. *At the time.*
But then came warranty time. My invoice from 30 December 2022 (just 1 1/2 months ago) specifically states that we have a one year warranty on our sewer drain clearing. Well, it backed up again over the weekend so I called them. The nice guy on the phone (yes he was polite) told me that his supervisor had already told him that our work was not, in fact, warranted.
Their own invoice contradicts itself: One sentence says This work cannot be warranted. Another says This work will be warranted for one year.
If you screw up, even one time, go WITH your customer and give them what they want and, in this case, what they deserve. Otherwise you piss off that formerly-extremely happy customer who would have referred your company to every friend he has (and I have) and end up with crappy and very well-deserved reviews like this.
We had them come out due to a leak in our laundry sink. He diagnosed the issue and said to have it fixed it would cost $800+ to repair and replace faucet. I was able to purchase a faucet for $79 from Home Depot and reace it myself. Everyone I asked said the quite was crazy! I had a sanitary tub put in our lowered level and the entire price for that was approximately $500. May be if you live in a nice area the price is adjusted accordingly?
I wanted additional work done but the charges were so egregious. I just could not understand while while a strainer that I purchased at a big box store for $21 I was going to be charged $279 if I purchased it from Ensor Plumbing.
And purchase my God I was just posing with coupons and points for a total of $99 I priced out a garbage disposal from enter plumbing which would have cost me upwards of $800.
I will never recommend a company to takes a vantage of the consumer maybe they should tell the customer the charges upfront for what they want done I think I was lucky because I pre-purchase my garbage disposal rather than purchasing it from the plumber I also pre-purchased a drain for $21 that they want to charge me $279 to install this is just ridiculous I'm disappointed I will never use this company again
We needed a simple replacement cartridge for a bathroom faucet. The person who came did a horrible job. One hour after he left, the faucet was leaking again. The job cost over $600 because he claimed he did a Repair Deluxe Kit/Lav Faucet (MR), whatever that is. Rather than call them back, we got a new plumber. Not only did he do the job for $150 correctly, but he showed us that the original cartridge was still there! The repairman from Ensor never actually repaired anything. I called to complain and the woman who answered the phone just yelled at me saying she was insulted by my tone - really? If there were a minus rating on Yelp, I would use it for them.
I called them for a simple leaking toilet, they want to charge me a little over $500 just for that. Unless I got suckered into a membership that charges $16.95/month, then it'll be around $375 (with membership discount).
The pro they sent to my house (Nelson) was, without a doubt, very courteous and very professional. Liked the job he did but the company itself is TRASH. They overcharge their customers for services.
If you want to throw money into the trash can, then you can use them. Other than that, there are far better and reasonably priced companies that you can utilize their services...just my opinion!
Avoid this company -First off - even if you get the work done - they still charge 70 dollars to come out and charge a premium over their regular rate if you provide the parts
Joseph is a very professional and knowledgable plumber. He presented us several options for dealing with a clogged drain in a bathroom sink and recommended how we could avoid such clogging in the future. We were quite satisfied with his work and plan to use Ensor for our future plumbing needs.

Had an emergency sewer backup in my shower. Called them, they told me it's $199 for the late night call for them to come, then however much the actual service charge is. THEY TRIED CHARGING ME $535 TO SNAKE A 3 LINE AND $341 TO REMOVE AND RESET THE TOILET. That was on top of the $199 fee, so over a thousand dollars to snake a line.
I removed the toilet myself in 10 minutes, managed to push the clog with my 3/8 snake, and reset the toilet in another 10 minutes. Biggest waste of $199 I've ever spent. Stay far away, they think they can milk you if they feel you're desperate.
Got me out of a emergency, did what they said, very knowledgeable and communication was excellent!
Had a septic backup in our basement powder room. Needless to say I wanted to take care of it asap. I called Service Master and they highly recommended Ensor Plumbing to come out first. I called Ensor. Heather was extremely helpful and Jason came out to my house within an hour. He was professional and took the time to explain everything to us. I highly recommend Ensor Plumbing. We will be a customer for life!!!
