I started after working for the same plumbing & heating company for 15 years. As an experience plumber and heating specialist I wanted a new challenge and independence in my work decision making.

Baker is the best plumber in town! He's done many small jobs for us, so we hired him when we had a well problem. It turned into a major project which required multiple trips to the house, consulting with manufacturers reps due to the unique problems presented, and a great deal of problem solving. He remained calm and dedicated to a resolution knowing how important it is for a homeowner to have water. He is top notch and I highly recommend him!

I was extremely satisfied with this company. I was in crisis with a failing sump pump after all the rain in my area and desperately called like 10 plumbing companies to get an emergency appointment. All said they couldn't fit me in until the following week, which kind of defeats the purpose of an emergency. I was extremely upset and anxious until I called BST and spoke with Bakar who not only was sympathetic to my situation, but came out that day and replaced my sump pump. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. I can sleep well tonight knowing I will not wake up tomorrow to a flooded basement. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

I reached out this company for an estimate and on day of appointment no one showed up. I had to call to find out that they would not be able to make it and rescheduled with me. The second appointment came and went with no one showing up and no call for reason why no one made it out to give the estimate. Not happy with their lack of communication and commitment to meeting on agreed upon dates/times.

Bakar arrived as promised (Saturday @ 8pm!) and quickly repaired the toilet (the internal parts located in the tank were out of order and the shut off valve was frozen). We believe the charges to be reasonable given his expertise, he provided all the parts and that he worked on a weekend. Bakar was extremely pleasant and donned little booties so as not to track dirt into our house. When he left, the work area was clean and free of debris. Yes, we recommend BST Plumbing and we'll use them again.

I called BST plumping after reading all the great reviews and I was just as pleased. Bakar returned my call promptly and was even able to come earlier than planned after he called first to make sure I was available. He assessed the issue and was able to fix the problem right away. He kept his work area clean and walked through the house with shoe covers every time. He seemed very knowledgeable on Well water and gave some recommendations on how to improve the flow. I will definitely be reaching out to this company for any future plumping needs.

Bakar graciously took on a significant remodel project (relocating all of the plumbing for our laundry room) for us on short notice and did tremendous work. He gave us a very fair quote and stuck to it, even when unexpected issues with the house's plumbing threw a wrench in things and had him working an extra long day. Most important, it's obvious from the results that he takes pride in the quality of his work. The layout was thought through, the connections were precise, and the jobsite was left clean. I'll certainly be calling him back for my future plumbing and heating needs.

I've used BST twice now for two separate plumbing jobs. Both great experiences - the communication, scheduling, pricing, work, and clean-up. Much better than other plumbers I used before finding BST. Bakar came out and gave me a price with no commitment needed, unlike the others who charge a bunch just to get to your house. Highly recommended!

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***Charges $300.00 to unclog a kitchen sink that took 5 minutes. States he had a problem with my credit card and wrote it down wrong. Didn't have a problem running it through 2 times for payment. Harassed me continually with calls at all hours, nasty and threatening text messages stating he would come to my work, showed up at my house on numerous occasions. This was all in a period of 3 days. Strong arm tactics-- this could of been handled more professionally. I have since fixed the payment issue. But still continues to intimidate/harass me. **There are so many more professional plumber companies to choose from don't make my mistake.

Years ago i searched for a trustworthy, reliable, and good plumber. I found these guys and he came out to do work for us 3 times. Prices are fair and the response time is great. He is very professional and i have to repeat FAIR. In fact i couldnt recall the company name and was doing research last night to find them again and thank god i did as i have more work for him. I wouldnt hire anyone else. Im very surprised this company doesnt have more reviews as they are by far the best. You cant and wont go wrong.

We had just purchased a house that had plumbing issues, some we were aware of before the sale, others revealed themselves after the sale. Bakar and BST was recommended to us by a neighbor. Bakar showed up on time to estimate the work. Between the estimate and when the work began we found another plumbing issue. On the day of the work Bakar arrived when he said he would. All the work described in the original estimate was done in one day. He even fixed the other problems that were not part of the original estimate, even though that meant a very long day at our house. His charges were reasonable and we are pleased with the quality of his workmanship and his good customer relations. We know our house is old and will need more plumbing attention, and BST will be our first call!

Trust. Bakar has been to my house twice and both times were educational and genuine. I trust this plumber, the best I have worked with and good pricing. Smaller plumbing issues I have asked him to check out have instead turned into preventative education and suggestions of household remedies where he could have knowingly done a simple check and billing me for it. My renter contacted me yesterday with a leak in the kitchen. I called BST yesterday afternoon and they were out within 24hours. When they called to discuss the problem, two problems actually. I knew they were basic but I didn't have the time for dealing with them. One issue was a new faucet was needed. They waited for me to run to Lowe's to purchase a new one and then drive to the property for them to install.

We did several text messages which made dealing with them extremely easy since also dealing with virtual school and conference calls.

I am extremely pleased with who I was dealing with and their level of professionalism. I would highly recommend based on that, their customer service and price.
