I called for quote related to moving a gas line hookup, and it seemed they did not want to do it since they thought it was not worth it. I looked online and saw that it is a common issue I had requiring gas line hookups being moved, but this was not the response I got from the guy I talked to. They could have just said that it was a difficult job and not worth it. Original experience was good, but now I am not sure I will call them again.
The team at Aqua Plumbing is very responsive, always answering the phone and the plumber called me directly several times. The sewer smell in my bathroom resolved itself before they arrived, likely because I ran water in some infrequently used fixtures. They checked everything out and it all looked good, so I'll just keep an eye on it and call them if the problem returns. Since they are so responsive, prompt, and friendly, I will definitely be contacting Aqua Plumbing if I have any other plumbing concerns!

I had a wonderful experience with Aqua Plumbing. I worked with Matt who was amazing and patient with all my questions. They arrived on time and even offered to stop by on a Sunday night. They were quick, clean and had very fair pricing. Once I okayed the price there were able to start the very next day. They even swept up after themselves when finished. They were respectful of me and my home. Highly

I have used Aqua Plumbing twice now. They are truly excellent, and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Both times they were kind and respectful, were highly efficient fixing a complex issue on a single visit (a loud whistling sound from the water pipes that I learned was due to a defective pressure valve in our house), left no mess at all, and wore a mask (I am writing this review in the middle of the COVID pandemic; hopefully one day this explanation will be needed to understand the mask statement). Their prices are very reasonable, competitive with another plumber I used but with much better service (see my other review). On one of their two visits, they asked me to leave the kitchen sink on to reduce the water pressure, and the faucet nob broke - what timing! They were so kind and offered to even help me install a new faucet for free, and gave me tips on where to buy a faucet, etc. I couldn't take them up on the offer, but was grateful for their explanation of how to install it myself. These guys are just outstanding.
Solid, prompt, and honest. Used Aqua many times, will continue to use them regularly.
We were referred to Aqua by our usual plumber, who did not have all the tools needed for the issue. He had spent over an hour working on it, and felt it had to be addressed differently. He said we should tell Aqua this, and what he diagnosed, as he had referred people several times before.
When Aqua arrived, I repeated what my plumber (who is experienced and honest and we have used him many times) had said. The guy scoffed and said he doubted it. (His tone was very condescending. I cant believe he uses that tone with a man) He went to our sink and spent an hour himself before telling us it was just buildup. He said a bio cleaner would fix it and it had a 30 day guarantee. $165. The sink was running when he left.
35 days later, coincidentally enough, our sink is right back where we were when we initially called. We don't have another $165 for that guy to come out and pretend to fix it. I imagine if he would have listened to me about what the other plumber had done and checked it out as requested, we would have a working sink.
They were clean and on time. One star for each of those. But the problem persists, their attitude was lousy, and I feel like we were sold snake oil.
Arried really quickly and diagnosed the issue! Hanging onto his number for future jobs!

I had a problem with my hot water heater not getting hot enough and called Aqua Plumbing because of many recommendations from neighbors. I now know why! The service was on-time, professional and the owner and his assistant were very nice and took time to explain the whole process to me. The fix ended up being something very simple and I could have easily been charged by a less scrupulous plumber for unnecessary work. I even received a phone call the next morning to make sure everything was good. I will never call another plumber.

They had to come out twice to repair a leak in our shower. They were prompt and got the job done. Reasonably priced and nice people. Plus, they were kind to my really nosey puppy dog, which is always a sign of good contractors. :)

Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more.
These guys do a great job. They're friendly, professional and their prices are reasonable. A drop cloth was placed on the floor in the basement where the work was being performed in order to prevent a mess. They came same day and when they weren't able to repair the issue, promptly came back the next morning to resolve it. We would highly recommend them and definitely consider using them again in the future.

Called for an over flowing toilet in early evening. They came within the hour. They snaked the toilet but still a little clogged. Got out the main snake. Then came back the next day to make sure the clog was clear. Overall good experience fast local and cool people came out. Despite the bad parking around here.

I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for Aqua Plumbing. These guys were great! Super professional, efficient, reliable, and reasonable. I'm so fortunate that we were able to find them when we did. We needed to have an emergency replacement done on our water heater and I couldn't have asked for anything more from Don and his group! I highly recommend them.

Aqua plumbing saved the day when I unexpectedly came home to no water - they were out here within an hour of my call the next morning and had water running again within 2 hours, all for a very fair rate. Don and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend them more!!
No one and I mean no one wants to call a plumber on a Sunday evening when sewage water seems to be backed up. But such is the life of a home owner. But such was the case yesterday. And make the call I did. Before I could even explain to my wife there was a knock on the door and in walked 2 guys with a ton of equipment and within 20 minutes the clog was gone and all things were back the way they should have been. While it wasn't cheap it was well worth it. Strong recommend if you need a reliable plumber and live in the city.

I had a good experience with Fred at Aqua Plumbing. I had a plumbing problem. Fred was very responsive. He called me back promptly. Based upon a photo I sent him he was able to give me advice. I really appreciated his help.
I found Aqua through recommendations on Facebook. They are very responsive and could come out right away. I though their price was fair.

They were able to get to me in the same day for a backed up kitchen drain. Very quick, professional, and polite servicemen. Marty even gave me tips on how to keep it from backing up again. Excellent service!
I have had great experiences with Aqua plumbing, they are not the company I normally use, but when I have been in a bind with noise from cast iron baseboard, and then with a relief valve from the boiler setting itself off without my regular company understanding it. Don and Eric came out in a time that fit with my schedule and gave me honest and trusted advise that helped to resolve the problem.
Aqua plumbing is honest, trustworthy, and very reasonable priced. Thank you Don and Eric.

Fantastic company. I got quotes from 3 different plumbing companies, and aqua gave the only fair price for replacing a hose bib. So I went with them and they did a fantastic, clean, and efficient job. I would hire them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.
We have used them in 2017 and 2018 I believe and had positive experiences. They came out in March 2022 and were paid $155 to diagnose an issue. They diagnosed the issue, but they never gave us an estimate to fix the issue. They seem to have forgotten that they were ever here in the first place. I cannot get them to respond to me and help with this problem. I never would have paid them $155 to show up if I had known they would refuse to complete the work. Now I will have to hire another plumber to duplicate the same work in hopes of resolving this issue. This has been a very frustrating experience that has caused me to lose confidence in this company.
I called Aqua plumbing to fix a running toilet I had and they did a great job. They made the initial repair but then realized the issue wasn't fixed and had to come back. They fixed the issue after the 2nd visit once the parts had been received. They were prompt, reasonably priced, kind, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.
These guys are great, very honest, competitive pricing and very responsive which is very hard to get from contractors these days. They will be my go to guys when it come to anything plumping related.
