Recently a tree fell in our backyard that required removal that included the stump and roots.  Some water pipes were damaged when the tree fell and needed repairs.  We called Carroll Plumbing and soon Pat Carroll and Margarito (an employee) arrived to assess and plan the repair.  Margarito worked diligently for hours removing the wet, clay soil in order to repair the water pipes.  We are extremely impressed with the rapid response, the exhausting physical labor, the successful repair, and the cautious handling of the work area.  We've called on Carroll Plumbing for numerous projects and always extremely pleased with their work and demeanor.

First time using their services.  Friendly technicians, Ricky and Mark.

2.  They came on time.
3.  They checked the toilet, fixed it and was done in no more than 30 minutes.

Was expecting valuable work we paid our share up $680 + before add insurance was not as we need..we know with time pipes need be change in home up 25+ water was still issue less 6 months we have to used another plumber

Mark is such a nice guy, he came on time, wore mask the entire time, he explained everything to us and most importantly he did a really great job fixing the problem. We really appreciate Brandon and his team. He is a go-getter and nowadays it cannot be stated much about people working on projects. He started immediately, was reasonable and he came to oversee the job many times. The end result is an absolutely gorgeous bathroom. We had special cement tiles put in and that requires attention to detail and a little extra prep. We are very happy and would gladly recommend his company for anyone wanting good professional work.

Unorganized, unprofessional. Make sure to check your invoices before you pay as they will try to overcharge you. They'll call late hours, 3/4x till you answer. If not they'll call you from a different number to collect payment in which I authorized them to charge.

I was looking for a plumber to fix my mom's chimney leak when I came across Prodigy Flow Plumbing. I sent a message through Yelp and Kevin replied with his phone number. I sent him a text and provided him our info. Within the hour he showed up at my mom's to check her leak and ended up fixing it on the spot. We called and got set up on the service plan they have, trying to be good owners. Our AC unit had NO issues (it was inspected during our escrow). Upon the first AC service we were told nothing was wrong with our AC unit but we had wires that were burnt and would have caused our AC to catch on fire; so of course we paid the 130 to have it fixed because it's our home. Then he left, didn't go over anything.
Fast forward 2 months to now. Our AC goes out. It's 106 and humid in Bakersfield, our house is quickly going from 72, to 89.
They charge me a service fee (even though I pay for a plan) to come out and asses. The guy tells us we need a new AC unit which would be about 15k and weeks to order. Said we had holes in our coils, no refrigerant, our fan was broken, and the compressor is blown, said there was nothing he could do but get us in contact with sales or get us a pricey quote to fix it but it would be better to get a new unit. We have two young kids at home along with dogs and needed this fixed ASAP.
We started calling around. After having someone come out, it was a simple fix of a new fan motor. He said the fan had been unplugged by someone (it isn't a part that just comes unplugged easily), and it caused the motor to burn up.
Stated our coils and compressors worked perfectly with no issues and that there was plenty of refrigerant in there. Stated he would need to order us new fan blades but we could have our AC up and working just fine until the new blades come in. It cost us 800 for the fix, and our house went from 90 degrees to 73 within 2 hours.
I have called Gundlach's all morning for answers / refunds for services, and no one has called back, or had any answers for me other than they'll take my number down.
I'll follow up with more updates once I have them.

Set Appointment Thursday night for for Friday morning. Received a call from dispatcher giving me a window of 10-11am, at 11:45 I called to see where they were and dispatcher said they weren't able to come until later, she called me back and said they would be there between 4-6pm, they didn't show up. Now I get to go through a weekend with no toilet or pay overtime rates, don't waste your time.

Great Quality work. A few years ago I called Frank Londono Construction for the first time for a plumbing issue. I spoke with Frank Sr. and he was so helpful being that this was my first home and I know nothing about home repairs. He was so kind and willing to help my husband and myself understand what the issue was and wasn't offended by the fact we wanted to get other quotes for our own peace of mind. In the end we selected Frank Londono Construction and we were impressed. Now anything that goes wrong in my house, I call Frank. He's done at least five projects in my house and we have been very pleased with all of our projects. I would recommend Frank Londono Construction to all of my family and friends.

The team at On Time was phenomenal. I found them when they responded to a request for quote on Yelp and they sent a tech out to assess the situation in my sons house in a few hours from our first conversation. He had a water heater and valve that needed to be replaced and severe water damage in the garage. They gave me a very fair price to handle it all and the job was done in a very timely manner. I really enjoyed receiving the text updates and the photos of my techs so I knew who to be expecting at all times. Their team was professional and courteous and did a great job. I'm so happy that we chose On Time for this job and I would recommend them anytime. It's never fun to have plumbing issues but they made the process so smooth!

EHS & Sons is amazing.  I called them for a quote to install a new dishwasher after Home Depot could not do it because the tile was too close to the opening..  Gabriel and Joseph came out, and the job was done within 90 minutes.  Expert craftsmanship, they didn't even have to cut the tile.  Cleaned up and even mopped my stairs where they had taken the old dishwasher out.  I was so happy, I actually gave Joseph a hug.
