Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Las Vegas NV

Needed a water softener and dishwasher installed. Don came out gave us a quote, got us scheduled, and got everything hooked up in a timely manner! The dishwasher was a new install and we had not purchased everything we needed to hook it up. Don made a run to town and got the parts! I will recommend Dukes to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber in this area!

Called them for an estimate 2x, Just got their voice mail, left a message. No return call for 2 days. Finally emailed them and just called again today for good measure. Can not get a hold of a live person. Their job skills might be astounding but their business and customer skills leave much to be desired. At least, have the courtesy to return calls even if it means they can not do it because they are swamped. Maybe BBB needs to rate them again.

For a company that just started out in business the owner does a good job but his workers are the worst I've seen in this industry I wouldn't recommend them they have no customer service his techs and little skills employees are not very knowledgeable and cannot usually get the job done! If you want to have the work done twice and pay twice then they are the ones to call...

I was quoted almost $1000 for a repair by another company. I called Nevada pluming authority for another estimate. They came out took a look and showed me that the shut off valve was not broken as I was told, there was no need for repair. They saved me a ton of money. I appreciate their honesty and experience. I will never call any one else.

I called them for our office kitchen and bathroom leaking (6256 Spring Mount), they answered the phone very quick. The service was amazing, the gentleman fixed problems we requested and he did more for other small problems he found, and he still only charged the price he told us. It's really an honest and professional plumbing company.

Jerry was reliable, and kept in contact with me when he had to get additional parts.  Did a good job.

called on saturday left message, was here monday at 11am,  finished  by 1230.  completed job and charged a great price for all the time consuming work that was done  thank you

Found these guys on Google while looking for a plumber to fix a small leak in my garage.  Out of the 10 companies that I tried to contact via their website, only 3 of them replied.  Jump 2 It was actually fast AND prompt about it.  Another contacted me several days later, and the last one contacted me and told me they will have an estimator call me...but never did.  

This message is for the other plumbing companies...if you're going to have a website at least CHECK YOUR MAIL.  It's 2013, you're crippling your business if you can't even respond to e-mails promptly.  

Anyways, Jump 2 It gave me a call within 5 mins of my e-mail and I made an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate the next day.  Gave me a 2 hour window on when to expect the plumber, and showed up within the window.  That, in itself, bears the mark of a good business.  Kyle was the technician they sent, and this guy was great.  Here was my problem:

A pipe in my garage had a leak, and my landscaper identified the problem & the part.  I contacted several plumbing companies with the exact model number & what was wrong (even provided pictures to several).  Each one of them gave me a price on replacing the part.  As soon as Kyle came over, he told me that the part had been installed incorrectly (by the builder) and it was supposed to be upside down.  Told me to give him a minute, and he took a wrench, and flipped it to the correct position.  He tightened everything up, and told me if I was lucky, this MIGHT solve the problem.  Explained to me the problem and how that part worked (which was helpful since I usually like to DIY stuff).  After he wiped everything down, he told me that HOPEFULLY the fix was good enough so I didn't have to replace the entire part.  Told me to keep tabs on it for a few days, and to let him know if it starts leaking again.  He called his parts supplier and also gave me an estimate on how much it would cost if I did have to replace the part.

Its rare to find HONEST people nowadays.  Especially in this town.  I've read reviews on a ton of plumbing businesses, and a lot of them talk about shady plumbers that like to do unnecessary things to bump up the prices.  Another great quality is people taking pride in their work.  Far too many people just want to do the job and get the hell out of there.

These are the reasons I give this company 5 stars.  I usually don't write reviews unless they're absolutely great, or terrifyingly horrible, but this company deserves more recognition for being honest, prompt, and efficient.  They definitely earned my business.  Thank you to Kyle for coming over (and quite possibly saving me from $400+ in repairs).

Our neighbors irrigation system flooded our living room and we had no idea where it was coming from. Choice home warranty sent out OSP Plumbing and we couldn't be happier. At first Choice scheduled OSP to come out the following day, I called OSP I wish I remembered the lady who answered the phone to give her a shout out as well but I don't sorry. But she already knew what was going on and after a short hold she I formed me that a tech would be there in just a few hours instead of next day. The tech Josh is world class answered all of our questions throughly. His knowledge is through the roof. He advised us to ask the neighbors if they had a water problem after he ran through the whole house and found no leak but a living room full of water. We went over and the neighbor informed us their sprinklers malfunctioned and ran for 10 hours that night and found it's way into our house. Josh then informed us of our next steps and who to call to get the process going. Nick the manager was prompt to call after Josh had left and was ready to get to work, due to Allstate (the neighbors insurance) dragging their feet Nick's crew wasn't able to come out that day to get going. Once Allstate was able to get us our required information Nick had people out within the next hour. That group came in all wearing masks and very courteous and got the damage out and fans going within two hours. They then informed us again of what needs to be done and what will happen next. Again after their departure Josh calls to make sure we were taken care of and if we had any questions about anything not to hesitate to call. After that call Nick called inquiring about everything as well. This company and these guys are very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous to everyone's safety, and all around awesome. Answering phone lady, Josh,Nick, and demo crew thank you all very much for making this process just a tad bit less stressful. Now time to deal with Allstate should be fun (that's sarcasm)

I had a water heater that has met its day and needed to be replaced.  Although I did not use One Drop Plumbing, I would definitely give them a call to see what they can do for you.   Their prices were very reasonable and they had a good response time.   Give them a call.

Broke the handle off of my angle stop and called these guys right away. fast response and they were able to change the stop without any issues! Had my own angle stop which they used and saved me money! would call them again!

My water heater suddenly stopped heating a couple of weekends ago.  Gave these guys a call based on all the good Yelp reviews on a Sunday morning.  To my surprise, call was answered by Justin, who was both polite and knowledgable.  He asked me some pertinent questions, knew based on my model number what I had, made a preliminary diagnosis, and scheduled someone to come out and have a look that same day at no up front cost.  

Charlie called me in advance to tell me he was coming, and showed up early.  Wow.  He was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes.  The part (gas control valve) had to be ordered (under warranty), but he had an old one in his truck that he installed for the time being so we wouldn't be without hot water.   He told me they would order the part first thing Monday and I would be charged labor + shipping on the part only after they received and installed the new part.  

I got a call later that afternoon to follow-up.  Charlie owns the company and still has his employees call customers to follow up on his service.  Awesome.  I got a message the next morning that the part had been ordered and what the cost of shipping would be.  I got another call about 2 weeks later that the part had arrived (he told me it would take a while), and they could install it the following day.  They took care of it the next morning.  No fuss.  

This is how business should be done.  Great job Water Heater Pros.  Keep it up.  I am referring all my friends!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Pirate Plumbing in Henderson, NV for a water heater installation, and I must say that it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and rudeness displayed by this company was beyond comprehension. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Pirate Plumbing if you value your time, money, and sanity.

First and foremost, the installation process dragged on for an excruciatingly long time. It seemed like the technicians had no sense of urgency and were more interested in wasting my time than completing the job efficiently. My patience wore thin as I was left without hot water for an extended period due to their sluggishness.

Not only were they unbelievably slow, but the staff at Pirate Plumbing also exhibited a shocking level of rudeness. The technicians spoke down to me, as if I were an ignorant child, and showed a complete lack of respect. It was clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic professionalism.

One of the most infuriating aspects of my experience was the repeated lies that I encountered throughout my interaction with Pirate Plumbing. The tech named Isaac, in particular, lied about something as simple as a phone call. If they had bothered to call from Home Depot, the charges could have been applied to my pro account. However, due to their dishonesty and lack of follow-through, I was left to foot the bill unnecessarily through them with no proof of purchase provided for further issues. He also agreed to an installation on a Saturday morning and they didn't even bother to verify if the warranty for rheem would be open. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to deceive its customers and then make baseless assumptions without proper verification.

To make matters worse, their office manager, Desiree, was an absolute nightmare to deal with. She displayed an appalling lack of professionalism, treating me with disrespect and making unfounded assumptions. Her attitude only exacerbated the already terrible experience I had with Pirate Plumbing. It is clear that she is ill-suited for a customer service role and lacks the basic skills necessary to handle customer concerns in a respectful and efficient manner.

Based on my firsthand experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring Pirate Plumbing. Their incompetence, tardiness, rude behavior, and propensity for lying make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any plumbing needs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a reputable plumbing company that values its customers and takes pride in providing quality service.

In conclusion, Pirate Plumbing is a company that epitomizes unprofessionalism, incompetence, and disrespect. From the delays to the dishonesty, rudeness, and an office manager who lacks basic customer service skills, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. We had a very bad smell coming from the men's restroom, had no clue what it was. Called Anytime Plumbing and they sent out a tech right away. The tech was not that great. He cleaned the pee trap and advised us that he could not smell anything because he has a stuffy nose (Why would you even come out if you can't smell anything). He stated that the air vents in the restroom were not on and that he could check it out but that he would need access to the roof. We gave him access to the roof and after he confirmed the air vent was not on advised us that we would need to call an electric and that he would need to change us an additional  1/2 hour for checking the vent . He was not even up there 5 minutes, whatever we paid it.

We called our electrician, who came out and got the vent working the same day. We gave it a few days for the air vents to start removing the smell, but that did not solve the problem it seem to get worst.

We then called Anytime Plumbing out once again. The smell this time was so bad it was throughout the whole building. We requested to have a different tech sent out. They had a tech out within a few hours Robert arrived and survey the area and took a look on the roof as well and found the issues. He advised that we would need to have sweet air vents installed on the sewer vents on the roof. We had him do the work and it has been three days and the smell is no longer in the building.

We recommend Anytime Plumbing for all your Plumbing or Air Conditional issues. Just because one tech does not perform well or you had a bad experience, does not mean all the techs or the whole company is bad. We as customers must voice our opinions in order for a company to improve and get better.

So next time you have an issue give them a second chance to fix it cause I promise you the Staff at Anytime Plumbing values your business and will do what is right.

My water heater was down late Saturday night. , called them around 2 in Sunday afternoon. They managed to send a technician the same day.

Matt, one of theirs technician showed up within half an hour after the phone call. Matt was friendly and very professional. After his inspection, he informed the situation to me and offered me different options with reasonable price. I ended up replacing the heater. Matt did a phenomenal job, professional and efficient. He saved my day! Thank you very much!

WOW  This company is AWESOME....We love them they are COMPLETELY HONEST with what is wrong with any heating or air conditioning problem, there prices are GREAT and as well their customer service is OUTSTANDING.  
We've tried MANY other companies out here in Las Vegas and they sadly were RIP OFF'S. Seriously I would NOT LIE when I say that our experience with Moore was the BEST we have found and that is with ALL HONESTY.  
In this day and age their are a lot of rip off artists....especially in Las Vegas...(right) lol  we learned the hard way.  But now we know where to go for heating and air.  Only Moore.
