The History of Our Company Started back in Dearborn, Michigan around 1985 from an Great Unckle Dennis that Served in The United States Navy and Retired as a Plumber in The Navy. Dennis a Veteran was a smart man and knew His decision to Introduce one of The Greatest Customer Service Industries to His Nephew, Michael ( 16 yrs old ) as an Apprentice was going to pay off. Michael ( My Unckle ) was the Middle Son of His 2 other Brothers, after Michael's experience of Drain Cleaning and General Plumbing took off , He Introduced the Plumbing Industry to My Father, They as a team started with their Younger Brother Kevin a Team with several Apprentices under them throughout the Years, Including Apprentices Bobby and Archie which still work today. My Father and His Brothers have earned The Title of Master Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Business in Our Family for Decades Now and Handed it down to their 6 Son's, Nephew's.I've been Privilidge for the past 12 Years to Service Our Clients Thanks to God.

Nick is amazing! I asked for a quote through yelp and he was able to get it fixed in no time at all. With other companies they would show up and not even provide an estimate! He is very responsive and really cares about his customers. His prices are also competitive compared to other plumbing companies who charge a ridiculous amount to change a faucet. I will be contacting Nick for my plumbing needs in the future. If you have any plumbing issues, don't hesitate and go with True Drain!
Had the water heater leaking in the garage, Found True Drain & Rooter on Yelp with good reviews. I called and Nick came and gave me the estimate for replacing it. Since it is still under warranty. Nick removed the water heater, exchanged at the supplier. Came back to installed the new water heater. Everything went smooth and I Have hot water again. Nick is friendly and nice to talk to,honest and skillful .

i am new to Henderson, so I called a plumber because city said I had a leak. First plumber was more concerned about selling me a water conditioner. So I called True Drain, Nick answered, this was in late PM. He came out checked out meter and everything around, no leak. But he went beyond a plumber and called city for me, went out to my house twice. Just wanted to say Thank you! You'll be my Plummer for life. First day in our new home and the sewer line backed up! Called Nick at True Drain & Rooter and within a couple hours Nick and Dallas were at my house solving the issue. They are amazing plumbers and are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem was solved quickly and he really put our minds at ease that the problem shouldn't happen again. They then made time out of their busy day to help install our washer & dryer. Nick really went above and beyond with their service and hospitality. This company is AMAZING! We already have them scheduled to install a water softener and will definitely call on them when we need a reliable and professional plumber!
He did a great job. Responds quickly and great communication. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Our water heater went out about a day ago, Nick was quick to respond with help on the way which was Zack and another gentleman who were both very polite and helpful. They were able to squeeze us into their very busy schedule and get the deed done with no problems! They replaced the entire water heater as needed, it was pretty old and the thermal switch was broken - it needed to be replaced. Nick was very responsive and I would recommend them to anyone! Quick service, kind & reliable!
We needed last minute work done on our kitchen faucet and shower head during a difficult time for our family, they responded quickly and Nick was genuinely kind, very patient to explain exactly what was going on and highly professional, able to complete the quality work in a timely fashion. Nick is awesome. I needed my sons toilet replaced and got some quotes off yelp. Decided to go with True Drain and Nick came to the rescue. He was honest about what needed to be fixed along with replacing the toilet. He made a trip back to Home Depot after a crack was discovered to get a replacement even though it was so late. I hate Home Depot/ Lowe's so not having to go there and deal with that was a life saver. Will definitely contact them again if I need future work.

Renovating a condo; Called a few plumbers to take a look at my problem and none of them wanted to touch it. Finally got a referral to Nick at True Drain & Rooter. He confidently came in and eased all my worries. Got right in there and fixed my issue in the matter of hours! Nick is fantastic! Not only is he prompt, informative, professional and so on... I found Nick on Google originally and then went through Yelp and read the reviews. I was showering Monday morning when my roommate noticed the fan in her (downstairs) guest bathroom was leaking a lot of water. Being a homeowner, and a woman, I'm very wary and skeptical about fixes and being taken advantage of since it's happened in the past. As soon as Nick answered and responded to my questions/concerns, I immediately felt at ease. He showed up that night for a consult and was there the next day to fix the problem. He has a super friendly disposition, very professional attitude and work ethic! This is the first (and only) plumber and team I've ever dealt with that was actually on time, his quotes were very reasonable and the fees do not fluctuate! He brought Dallas and Francisco, who were both professional and amazing as well. They all work well as a team. The work they did was beautiful and very well done. He will be my forever go to for plumbing issues from here on out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My water heater was leaking all over the garage floor in the middle of the night :-(
I left the quote request on Yelp for multiple plumbers and Nick from True Drain & Rooter was the first one who responded.
Texted few pictures, got an estimate and he said he will be coming over at 7am.
He showed up on time, he explained everything I needed in very friendly and professional manner.
Luckily our water heater tank was still covered under the warranty so he took our old tank to the supply store and installed brand new tank with another 6 years warranty (2 years for labor) within just few hours. Reasonable installation fees were charged..we had our hot water running again like nothing happened. Thanks again for everything~~~ Cheers!!!

Our toilet was pretty old so he recommended we just buy a new one from Home Depot. I placed the order online and Nick offered to pick it up! He was very professional. Our house was flooded with water. They came and did a leak detection service and checked the entire house for leaks. They found the corroded pipe that was spraying water everywhere and replaced it with a new pipe within a timely manner. They came when they said they would come and fixed it quickly and fairly priced.
I was in an emergent need to find a plumber in the area and found Nick with True Drain & Rooter. My exterior landscape plumbing had a leak and it was dumping hundreds of gallons of water over a two week period underground before I was notified of the problem. yikes! I quickly searched for plumbers in the area and found Nick! He was incredibly responsive to my needs on the first call! He offered to turn off the water from the street within a few hours which was much faster than the city workers could make it. He then coordinated a follow-up with a family member since I was out of town and provided a quote the very next morning.
I appreciate True Drain's (Nick's) professionalism, integrity, attentiveness to detail and prompt follow-up. He also completed a few other repairs for me such as replacement of 5 valves in the primary bath and other odds and ends.
I highly recommend Nick's services and would hire him again for other repairs. As a local family owned business it can be challenging to compete with big name companies. The cost in repairs appears to be comparable to others and True Drain offers a 2-year warranty! Overall, I am satisfied with the quality and integrity of the work done.
Frantically called Nick because our bathroom suddenly smelled like rotten eggs. He was so kind to walk me through steps to locating the source and getting rid of the odor. Definitely keeping his number in my contact list for future needs!

If I could give a negative star I would! Received a letter from the water department about continuous flow. A neighbor had used True in the past. This neighborhood is going through a cycle of the pipes in the front needing to be replaced, so we thought that was the issue. True arrived in an unmarked van, inspected the property for 20 minutes and said it was the line in the front. They estimated $6,000 to fix it. Luckily I had arranged for a second opinion with Pure Plumbing ($29 service charge) who arrived while True was still there. After True left, Pure said there was nothing wrong with the front piping and thought it was a landscaping line. He recommended a landscaper. Landscaper looked at it and said it was the pool. He didn't charge anything. Landscaper called a pool company and they replaced the auto fill for $60. Water bill back down and problem fixed! So happy we didn't pay $6,000 for a $60 fix!!!
Just had a new main valve replaced in my rental house, and Nick did a fantastic job at a reasonable price.
He was very prompt with great service.
Recommend him highly, and i now know who to call for my plumbing needs!

I have been having some plumbing backup issues. Already went through 2 different plumbers and still having the same problem. Nick was highly recommended by a friend. He came over and fixed the problem, he even flushed out all the plumbing in the house. He showed me and explained the cause and how to solve it. Very reasonable and affordable price. Bought my first house and knew it had a weird plumbing issue with the main floor 1/2 bath. Sent out quotes to a bunch of local plumbers and True Drain & Rooter got back to me the fastest and with the best quote. Nick came out, checked out my bathroom(s), gave me a few quotes and said to give him a call if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I didn't feel pressured at all, but going through my options and a few hours later, I called him back and made an appointment for the following day. He did what needed to be done and now my plumbing is all good to go!
A week or so later I found out I was having trouble switching out a toilet hose. So I called Nick again. He sent Zack out and found out I needed new valves, not just a new toilet hose, so I also got those switched out, no problem.
Thanks so much for helping me in my new/first home! Will probably be my go-to plumber from now on!

Plumber was 2 hours late. Talked to him twice on the phone. Plumber did not tell of additional fees for service on Sunday, Charged 917$ to fix a simple Flange under the toilet & turn off value. Work was good, but could of been more upfront than waiting to tell me Price after the work was completed. Will never use this service, as I feel it is dishonest to wait to give information about fees or pricing.
Nick has been a lifesaver more times than I can count. He was here when I moved into my new house and hooked me up with changing out all the toilets and upgrading my valve stops. This time was a post Thanksgiving emergency. My almost new 1hp garbage disposal was completely stopped due to a turkey skewer that went down and was wedged in the grind chamber. At first glance he thought I'd have to replace the whole thing. I'd spent hours trying to pry it loose. But, as is Nick's way, he took the whole thing apart and spent a half hour working away on it and pried it loose. Saved me about $350 by being awesome. Just charged me for a routine clog. Nick has been and always will be my go to guy for all things plumbing. Plus he is a helluva nice guy.
Shut off valve in the kitchen broke off water shooting out call them they were there in less than 40 minutes took care of the problem nice guy fast reliable great prices and great work this is going to be my new go-to guy I would recommend him to anybody good to find a company you could trust nowadays

While swimming in the evening, I looked over to see my exterior facing wall DRIPPING. I searched for 24-hour plumber and True Drain came up with good reviews. We called and he was free in 3 hours! Showed up at 10 PM or so (we appreciated it). Opened the wall and to our relief, it wasn't as bad as I had made it out to seem. He finished the repair the following day. Nick was awesome, very professional, showed up when he said and worked hard to get the repair done quickly. He cleaned up when he left and left the area neat. Highly recommend for an honest plumber. I didn't feel like I was being upsold in anyway. Would def use again, especially for the ugly, complicated plumbing repairs. It seems like he knew his stuff.
I really appreciate everything they did. Nick is a really nice guy and he responses so quick. He repaired my pressure valve and toilet for a very reasonable price. If my house has any other plumbing problem, I will definitely call him. I tried the other plumbing company but Nick is the best. Thanks again. You guys did an excellent job.

Our kitchen. sink was leaking overnight after we had our garbage disposal out to fix the clog. We called True drain and they had someone come out the next day! He was knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up replacing our faucet and garbage disposal from over 10 years ago within a few hours. He fixed all the messed up valves from the previous owner and helped reorganize the p trap area.
Overall satisfied with the work done. They offered a 2 year warranty on the things they fixed up.

Lost water pressure in my entire house, on a Saturday. Found a pretty bad leak in the front yard and shut off the water to the house. Called six other companies before I found True Drain. Lucky number seven I guess. Nick was the first person to say he could come to check my leak before Monday. I feel so fortunate that the other business couldn't come out on the weekend because I have now found my go-to plumber in this city. He fixed the problem and got the water back on at my house by Saturday evening and then came back on Wednesday to remove the water softener and fix a few other pipes that were poorly installed. We are very happy with the service, outcome, price and will be calling Nick for future jobs. I highly recommend. I was impressed enough to break my drought and write my first review of the year.

I requested several quotes on yelp to replace chrome shower/tub trim fixtures with a matte black finish. Nick was really fast to respond and gave a competitive estimate. I'll be definitely giving him a call again to replace my other fixtures.

Work Done:
1). Removed the broken 40-gallon Whirlpool water heater in the closet space inside the house.
2). Replaced the 7-foot deteriorating venting system that goes through the attic and roof.
3). Installed a new Bradford White 50-gallon water heater.
Nick came to the house and did a free inspection. He is very polite and professional. He clearly explained his scope of work and charges. He also explained the pros and cons of different water heater brands. It took 8 hours to completion and we are extremely grateful, he was very thorough and did an outstanding job. His price was very reasonable. Just and overall amazing gentleman. He is able to make sound decisions and enact them immediately. We finally found a trustworthy plumber. Thank you Nick!

I've been itching to write this review for days but I wanted to wait until I could get an after picture. We just purchased our home in February but due to an insufficient inspector/inspection we haven't been able to use our kitchen sink, dishwasher or disposal since we moved in. Long story short 3 professionals later FINALLY someone who knew how to fix it! They spent hours snaking the line for a temporary fix so until we could get everything straightened out with who would be paying for the repair. Within 24 hours they had everything sorted & scheduled to come reroute the plumbing to add a clean out in order to flush the lines. They took care of every single thing all the way down to scheduling our own trusted handyman to do the drywall repair. I literally didn't have to worry about anything. The lines were so bad I can't even begin to put it into words. The smell was horrible. There was so much grease in the lines our kitchen sink couldn't drain. So gross. They also removed a faulty water softener for us the same day! I can't even tell you how nice it is to be able to use our kitchen normally!

Came home at 11pm two days before Christmas to a broken and leaking water heater. Called True Drain and Nick answered on the second ring. Within the hour Nick was on site and had the old one removed in anticipation of returning with a new one in the morning. Before leaving he set up two large fans to dry the area and promised to back in the AM. And as promised Nick returned in the morning and had a new water heater installed and running in an hour. Cannot recommend True Drain highly enough and look forward to employing them for some non emergency work in the future.
Nick is an awesome plumber and also does some AC services. He showed me a few tricks as well for my shower head pressure. Will hit him up again for sure! Also provides two year warranty on his services so you know it's quality.
Response time was very quick for a laundry room pipe burst that flooded a couple of hallways and part of my living room. No hidden costs or excuses. Nick arrived and conquered the job, thanks bro.
I had problems with the water shut off valve and main water line loop in the garage. They needed to be replaced asap. Nick was recommended to me by my wonderful neighbor. Nick came out with his fully equipped van, gave me the load down and went to work. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what was the problem. He did a beautiful installation, cleaned up the work area completely afterwards. He even put the insulation wrap on all the pipes for me without being asked. Nick was very friendly, easy to talk to and most of all inspirational to me as I'm going through some rough time now. If you need a plumber to take care of whatever issue you have around the house, he definitely is the one to go to.
Nick did a great job fixing the leak in our ceiling and repairing our outside pipes and valves. He did a thorough job of checking to make sure everything worked as it should. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. I felt his prices were very reasonable for the work that he did.

Dec 7, 2020: In the morning, I found water pooling at the bottom of my old water heater. I immediately called Nick. He came in the afternoon & informed me I needed a new water heater. Nick patiently answered my questions & gave me a Senior discount that lowered the estimate. I went ahead with an appointment the following day, 2 hour open window, He arrived in that window. After 2 hours, job well done. I would recommend True Drain & Rooter. Keep up the good, professional work Nick!
Found out I had a leak due to an extremely high water bill. In a panic I called True Drain and Rooter after coming across the company here on Yelp. The owner Nick answered the phone and was extremely friendly and helful from the beginning. After calming me down he ensured me that he would be able to help me find and fix the problem. Few short hours later he was at my house. He talked me through everything that he was doing and made it easy for me to understand. By the end of the visit we were able to find the cause of the problem, as well as a few other minor issues that he recommended I consider taking care of as well. Super thankful for Nicks help!
