Repipe Express

Called to get an estimate on pipes that were rattling and rumbling for a couple of days. Julian came and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a reasonable price for the fix. Excellent work and professionalism. Hopefully won't need any more work done in the future but if we did we would definitely call Repipe express again.

We had a slab leak that we caught very early. Contacted several leak detection services (a story for another day) and determined that the best solution (albeit the most expensive one) was to re-pipe the entire house (2 1/2 bathrooms plus kitchen fixtures). Contacted RePipe Express and met with Jeff. Jeff said that he would probably NOT need to trench the tiled kitchen floor (the sink is in an island) because they would use a sleeving technique. This turned out to be the case.
The job started on Monday 6/29 and was finished by mid-day Wednesday, July 1. I would especially like to commend the crew as they were particularly sensitive and respectful of our requirements. I am physically challenged and use a motorized wheelchair. The holes they made in the walls to accommodate the new attic pipes were patched and painted perfectly.

Thanksgiving dinner cleanup after 20+ dinner guests and one of the worse things to notice as we begin our long night of clean up...why is there a puddle near the kitchen sink? We were hoping it was just residual splashing from all the activity around the sink but find out it's our leaking garbage disposal! Now what?!
I immediately go on Yelp and send out an emergency request at 10pm. Alexander at Repipe was the first one to respond and schedule a plumber for the next day.
They called in the morning to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. The plumber looked at our disposal, went the extra mile due to holiday & Black Friday hours to find the right disposal at the plumbing supply store
Within a couple of hours, the new disposal was installed and we were back to normal.
