Our plumber was really nice . Only thing is we didnt get a text when they were on the way . But otherwise nice and reliable. Would recommend .

On 12/17/2022 I called and spoke to their appointment setter and told her that my wife and I attend church from 12 noon til 1 pm on Sunday. So the appointment setter told me she would make our appointment time at 2 to 4 pm. So at 6 am on 12/18/2022 their office texts me saying they have a technician on his way to our home , and are we going to be home ? I texted back and told the person who texted me that we were scheduled between 2 to 4 pm and why were they waking me up at 6 am. I texted that we won't be home until 2 pm after church. So then at 8 am they call my cell phone and tell me the technicians is on his way again at 8 am. I told the lady that we still wouldn't be home until 2 pm when our assigned appointment time was. After church on 12/18/2022 I waited from 2pm til 4 pm and no one showed up. I called their dispatch and the dispatch lady said the tech was on his way and would be there shortly. Then at 4:10 pm I received another call saying all there technicians went home sick and they would come out in the morning and a supervisor named true said he'd be here at 9 am after I told the lady on the phone that I would be suing them for their treatment of my situation. This company is totally incompetent and a bunch of bumbling baboons who probably don't know how to actually fix anything or jerry rig there work ! This company needs to be investigated and closed down for complete incompetence. I highly recommend not to ever use this company, and I will be reporting their actions to the better business bureaus.

I recommend this service. We had a problem & had 3 plumbers. The first came as part of a home warranty & we are going to cancel that now, since the service was terrible. 2nd plumber was mediocre & we decided to phone a 3rd company, which is Rooter Ranger. This person was very thorough & found roots from a tree causing the problem! More work to be done, but we trust this company! Very thankful!

Horrendous company. Busted pipe needed to be fixed and 3 weeks later I have nothing but a gigantic hole in my front yard. They took my $2500 deposit and vanished like Houdini. If want to hand a business good money and then have them bend you over and shove up your rear end call Rooter Ranger!

Taylor/Tylor I believe our tech's name was- very personable and loves dogs!! He was very friendly and pleasant, showed up and did his job efficiently! Will definitely be calling again when needed!

My water heater went out  and needed to be replaced. When I contacted my home warranty, the company they were contracted with could not complete the service for an entire week. This was not acceptable so rather than waiting I chose to pay out of pocket for Rooter Ranger to complete the job without using my home warranty.

Initially, Rooter Ranger was great- they came to the house to assess the water heater on the same day and scheduled to replace it the very next day. Rooter Ranger arrived on time and began working right away. The workers were very nice, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, a few hours into the job they told me that there was an additional part on the new water heater that needed to be fixed and they had to leave to go get it.

This is where things started to go sideways- rather than simply picking up the new part and returning to complete the job in a timely manner, they didn't return. I called their call center multiple times to ask for an update and was never connected with the service advisor or the team that was working on my job.
Every time I called the call center I was told that they will be calling me back within minutes with an update- and every time nobody called me back.

After 8 hours, I finally received an update @ 8p and was told my crew left my job earlier to go complete ANOTHER job and now they were headed back to my house. I understand that things happen, however, the fact that there was zero communication or update on top of the fact they left my job was beyond unacceptable.

To make things worse, once Rooter Ranger returned to my house to complete the job, I was informed that they would not be able to finish that same night and they had to leave. The next morning Rooter Ranger arrived to complete the job and I was greeted with multiple excuses about what happened the previous day- yet there did not seem to be any sort of accountability for the horrible communication or the fact that this job turned into a 36 hour headache.

In the end, Rooter Ranger completed the job, however; they completely failed at providing the 5 star service they pride themselves on. A complete breakdown in communication, zero accountability, a service advisor that was uniformed and kept in the dark about the proper details of this job, and an all around poor customer experience leads this one star review to be deservedly earned by Rooter Ranger. I have since hired another company to replace and install an entire home Updated water softening system. The job would have certainly been for Rooter Ranger if they did not fail to meet my expectations with the water heater.

I honestly did not know what to expect when I called these guys. I saw an ad on their site with a set price for drain cleaning and expected to be ripped off. One thing for sure is that they honored their price , came to the house within an hour, fixed my issue promptly and provided me with great service.

I have been trying to resolve my plumbing issue to the point that I've sent a couple of hundred bucks in equipment. Had I just called Keith , I would've saved money and time trying to be a handy man. This guy is awesome, explains his process and helped me understand how I can prevent more issues in the future. They definitely earned our 5 stars.

Word of advice: leave it to the pros.

Called for an issue I had with the kitchen sink drain being clogged.
Was a little skeptical with the price being only $47 and figured they would try to upsell like the last person 2 years ago. But the technician Keith came in saw what the issue was and proceeded outside to the clean out and cleared the issue. Then proceeded to clean out the drain again with water from the hose. The first guy from 2 years ago never did that. Came inside wanted to have me run the water again just to make sure everything was ok.
Definitely would recommend this company, saw their adds on tv and went online to set up an appointment. Very easy.
Will definitely use again if the need arises.

I hadn't read the ROOTER RANGER Yelp reviews before I called them since  I was in a crisis mode and in a hurry. I totally lucked out, apparently, when TYLER arrived (TYLER's reviews are stellar and well deserved). It was a Saturday and the company was very busy. TYLER continued to keep me informed of the delays and promised that no matter what time of day, he would get to my house and see what could be done. He had worked since dawn but got to my house late evening and with his calming personality, assured me that I had called the right company. The issues could not be fixed that night by TYLER promised he would be at my home first thing in the morning. And he was. His supervisor arrived to survey the issues and give an estimate. Plumbing estimates, much like car repair estimates,  are never what a person wants to hear, and although the amount was equal to the amount of work it would take to complete the needed repairs, it was still worrisome. TYLER sensed my dismay and went over every aspect of what would need to be done and was amazingly empathetic and sincere in his efforts to show that he really cared about customer needs.
  The job was much more complicated than expected but TYLER continued to show professional and personal integrity.  When the job was completed I felt totally satisfied. Thank You TYLER ( I hope the ROOTER RANGER 'boss's take note of your reviews. They show a great work ethic for such a young man).

So bad.....I was having issues with the Shower handle because it was not catching and the water was coming out. So I unscrewed 3 screws took off the handle looked at YouTube to find out what the issue was.  It most likely was the Cartige. Ask for quotes on Yelp. Got a couple responses but couldn't come out that day. Went with Rooter Ranger even though they couldn't give me an estimate, but they could come out that day. When Chris arrived it took him a couple mins to confirm what I thought it was. His estimate was $475.....well above the others I contacted. But wanted it done, so we agreed. Took him less than 30 mins to replace the cartage. But refused to put the handle back on the shower!  Because we unscrewed it.......we just spent close to $500
For 30 mins of work and he is telling us that was not his responsibility!  He said it was a liability!  What?! It is a simple handle and it was part of the job. I have never had anyone refuse to finish a job and expect to get paid. After convincing him to to it he had the worst attitude!!! And when I came home from work it wasn't even put on correctly......reached back out to the owner and no response.

Please think twice when going with this company.

While we had a few mishaps with scheduling, Tyler was able to show up and save the day! He was very kind, professional and informative. He replaced our toilet tank in a timely manner for a fair price. Definitely would use them again!

Tyler P was awesome.  I highly recommend Rooter Ranger Plumbing.  They responded me on yelp right away.  They send Tyler over within few hours on Saturday same day.  I am very happy!  I had a toilet flapper was lose and caused water leak.

This is for Sean Dougherty...as far as customer service goes, I mean Sean really went above and beyond to help me and my family out, I appreciate him so much for all the help. It has been5days and no sign of Taylor.  I think we can safely assume that he will not return to fix the problem that they have twice before tried ti fix and were unsuccessful, although paid a good sum to fix but wanted even more to come and try again.  I did love it though, I was to receive full credit for the original payment of 4K.

Her attention to detail, letting me watch and learn, her professionalism and kindness were so appreciative. Such a great asset to the team and someone I'd do business with any day.

Called for a backed up kitchen sink.  Very friendly and professional on the the phone (no answering machine.... yeah).   Was at the house within an hour and cleared the drain quickly on a $47 special.  I would call them back if I have another plumbing issue.

Don't be fooled by these scammers. They quoted me a price of $47.  After the technician finished he said the price was $175. I protested and he settled for $137. When I received the emailed invoice it said $47. I called and complained. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Four days, after the initial service, my drain backed up again. I called. They said they would send someone out right away. No one ever showed. BE CAREFULL!!!

They charged us $700 for a new toilet. Gave us no invoice. Gave us no warranty info.  We called them 4 times. Sent two emails. Use this company if you are retired and have time to chase them down 6 times after they leave your property. That's what it takes so far and issue not even resolved. Save yourself the headache and use someone reliable. Can't ever endorse them again after this horrific customer service.

I called Rooter Ranger for a sink leak, and to have a leaky tub faucet replaced from the 2 knob to a new one handle.  

The sink leak was in the wall and they indicated I should have the water damage addressed prior to doing any plumbing work.  Good advice and they hooked me up with BAS to do the damage mitigation which went very well.

I did proceed with the tub faucet replacement.  They did this for $1965.00, which was more than I hoped, but the work was done quickly and well.

A friend told me he had the same done for much less, so when it came time for the second part of the work I got estimates from 2 other companies as well as from Rooter Ranger.  Rooter Ranger was 30% higher than one, and 40% higher than the other.  

I am happy with the work, but they do seem to be a bit higher in price than the competition.

Awesome company quick and reliable shala was very nice and reliable. I would definitely recommend her and this company again.

Requested an estimate, 7AM-9AM appointment scheduled, then they blew us off without a call or text.

I had an after hours service call, and I could not be happier. The service was fantastic, alex, my technician kept in contact with me to let me know when he was going to be here let me know what he was doing exactly and made the process as painless as possible. Nobody wants to deal with plumbing issues, but they did make it as easy as possible. I will definitely use their service again

Called Rooter Ranger Plumber this morning for a backed up toilet. The plumber, Keith, was polite and professional, showed up on time, fixed the issue, and charged the price on their website. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Keith.

Roy and his team are awesome. I have old iron pipes that were blocked due to corrosion. Roy came out snaked it and the hydrojetted my main sewer line. All the drains in my house now drain faster than when I first bought it. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use them more in the future whenever I have a plumbing issue. Fast professional and polite, what more could you ask for?

I never got a call from this manager. Though Rooter Ranger has my name, number
and address, ..........the manager never reached out to contact me regarding the situation where his technician tried to overcharge me.  Overcharging senior citizens.

I'm not finding the managers efforts believable.

Miguel was wonderful! Came out quickly for same day free estimate. He was so nice and courteous! Took a look at our issue, checked a bunch of different things and was able to explain the problem to us. 100% recommend this company!

First they did not show up as promised  so I had to call them and remind about the appointment. By the time a plumber came which was six hours late and he quoted the price for replacing a shower valve $300 plus $1600 for changing the another shut off valve where he touched it and broke the handle. I called the main office twice; only the manager in Az called back could not do anything since Vegas is not his responsibility. The manager in vegas did not bother to follow up.  Do not use this company for your plumbing needs.

We called 9am on Sat 6/3/2023 for service on a leaky sink at our property. I was told the service will be done between 11am-3pm. After so many phone calls a tech showed up to the property at 8pm and gave a ridiculous and outrageous high price of $500 for a simple job.
I did tell him and his dispatcher Mr. Abdi that you did do this on purpose to came late at night which damage was already done and the unit below which I was trying to prevent from happening. To force me into believing and accepting your high price was just unacceptable! I own few other properties in Las Vegas and I am very upset that I was treated this way!
I managed to get a different plumbing company that can  complete the work for $150. It is ridiculous to be over pricing your services and have terrible customer service on top of it all!!
I will be moving forward with the other company! Not only their pricing is reasonable, they also have wonderful customer service.
I don't recommend anyone to work with Rooter Ranger Plumbing and I will also report this to BBB!

Tried getting ahold of the owner multiple times and was told he would call us back regarding an unprofessional experience and being over charged. My technician didn't know what he was doing. Had to call another plumber while he was here to tell him what to do and was still charged an inappropriate fee. Talked to the corporate lady multiple times and couldn't understand why no one called me back. I'll be notifying the better business bureau at this point. There is no 100% guarantee. Save your money and call someone else.

I had a clogged drain and called rooter ranger plumbing and the lady that answered was very nice and I explained my issue and she dispatched Seth's Adam's and his crew and they were at my house within an hour.they came with all the equipment they needed and explained in full detail my issue and gave me several options to work with my budget .rooter ranger is a very professional and reasonably priced company and I very much appreciated the military discount they gave me. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs

Requested a quote for a shut of valve to be placed for my stove. Upon Rooter Ranger arriving to my home, I received a quote for over $300 to place a valve. Not to place a new line or even to connect the new stove to the valve, I literally just needed a shut of valve added so RC willey can connect the stove. I even asked the technician to walk me through what he needed to do & I was pretty confused when he said he just needed to turn off the gas and connect the valve, that's it.  Luckily, I was able to call the next plumbing company on my list who sent someone over to add the valve for $150. $125 for the minimum service fee to come out and $35 for the valve. Simple, easy, price makes sense. Took less than ten minutes. Not really sure where a quote of $300 for a valve is coming from, even the plumbing company that came to place the valve were extremely surprised. I will say the technician who came out for Rooter Ranger was very kind but that's pretty much it. I will definitely be letting others know not to go through here, the work and the price should be congruent.

We had Robert and Seth come out and they were amazing!  both took the time to explain everything going on and what repairs were needed (I needed it explained more than 4 times because i could not wrap my head around it, and they took the time to walk me through it all and worked with us to make a plan of action we were confident with.  Our huge project is just starting but I feel we are in good hands! Linda who takes the calls was also super helpful and got us in to the schedule quickly and made me feel like my urgency was her highest priority, then actually followed through with making us a priority!

Great plumbing company!!! Called for service and they came out the same day to take care of me. The plumber TYLER PEREZ made sure to keep in contact w me and let me know when he will be at my house. When he got here he didn't pressure me to do any extra service. He mentioned several methods to do the job and of course I picked the cheapest. He didn't pressure me and just got to work!! Called 8 different companies on Yelp for help and this was the company that wanted to get my money: when I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very nice and came thru. Usually when companies say they can try to come out they really never do. Big in my book that they cared enough to come out today.

Devan is thaaaaaa MAN!! He  saved the day from my water bill going crazy. Had a little leak from my hose Bib (valve, faucet) in the backyard. I tried to switch it out myself but it started leaking from the compression ring. He gave me a couple options and gave me the most reasonable fix plus if anything were to happen in the future I would just replace the hose bib next time so he cut the pipe out with the compression ring and fitting and replaced with and extension threaded pipe  and soldered it on. Great service and fast and I mean I paid for convenience $225.   Thank you so much Devan for earning my trust and business I looks forward to using you guys in the future.

Had a stopped up toilet that would not plunge no matter how many times i tried.  Called these guys for one reason.  I'm on a fixed income and didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars for what would probably end up being 1 more plunge that I missed.  I called early in the morning and they were friendly and responsive to my needs.  Plumber came within the time period given and called ahead to let me know he was almost here. He came in, accessed the problem and got right to work.  Turns out, it was a little more then a just a plunge job but he got it done in a short time and charged only the quote that was given.  I was very happy from beginning to end and will recommend to my friends!

This company quoted me $2500 for changing out a few cartridges in some faucets and showers in my home. Halo Plumbing came and did the same job for $175! No wonder Rooter Ranger has a very nice van that they drive around in. Don't let them scam you!

Great value and awesome deal they had running for unclogging. The plumber was very kind and professional and she answered all my questions.

Plumbers are friendly enough.

I had a big job. I let them know my father had just died, and I had to have asbestos removed before they could start. Rooter Rangers brought cleaners in after but left cement all over the walls inside and out, and the ceiling. I let them know but declined the cleaners coming back. Overall there was a poor attention to detail. My counter top was broken when they replaced water lines, the side of a cabinet was damaged, and a magnet on my stove went missing after the asbestos remediation was done, so it was either the plumbers or the cleaners they brought in.

I requested an itemized invoice. I was told it wasn't ready. When the job was done, suddenly it was their software that generated the itemized report once payment was complete. After payment it was complete, it was something they'd definitely finish tomorrow and get sent right over to my insurance.

It's been months and it's still, We'll send the itemized receipt tomorrow. Over 25k and these guys can't be bothered to give me an itemized receipt so I can get something back from insurance.

I would not recommend these plumbers to anyone. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially over the holidays, with a recent death, during Covid. This is a despicable company with zero ethics or compassion.

I called at 1pm and Tyler was here by 2:30pm!  What a knowledgeable and personable technician.  He quickly fixed our drain issue and left the area clean.  Would definitely recommend!  Great service and completely affordable!

My auntie needed some plumbing done. And saw the commercial on TV and she called that morning. They made an appointment same day. Gentlemen named Louis Bentley showed up so professional and friendly! The price was great! And the service was done effectively! And I would highly recommend Louis and Rooter Ranger for your plumbing needs. I was happy that my auntie didn't have to stress about that anymore!
