Came right on time, did the work for the price quoted, asked what I thought when they needed to, left me out of it when I would have just been in the way. And they take Venmo. I have my plumber. Call these guys.

McCann plumbing always comes thru! Hot water tank broke at 7am and was a mess, but not as bad as it could have been. Yes, the carpet got wet, but when I called McCann's they said they would take care of us after lunch. They called before they came and were there at 1pm, after lunch, like they promised. Great young men, friendly, explained the process and they were done in 1.5 hours, which was great. I've been using McCann for years and they are always there when I need them!

My air conditioning was on the fritz and I spoke with Ashley at Aarons Service and she was able to schedule me in for the end of the week, which I understood because it's August, peak season. But then Ashley called back and said she was able to move things around and get me scheduled for the very next day!! I was so grateful because I have MS and I'm heat intolerant.
The techs call 30 minutes before arriving and they always arrived on time. They were very friendly and super efficient. I couldn't be happier with their service and I highly recommend Aarons Service if you have any air conditioning needs!

We had a large flood in our downstairs, caused by drains overflowing and not working. Scott came and fixed it while educating my husband and myself on the importance of regular maintenance of our drains. He was very professional and courteous and even left us some of the drain cleaner they recommend. Thank you all so much!! We will definitely be calling you again when needed!

Do NOT hire this company. They make you sign a no warranty contract because their work is horrible and they don't have to be responsible. They didn't even offer everything needed for the job to be done adequately. They snaked my drain, with no roots, and a week later it was backed up again. They will do nothing but charge more to come out again.

Stanley was beyond helpful and did a great job with my bathroom project. He always responded in a quick timeframe and was very friendly and insightful. Would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

First off  - Todd is a really nice guy. This is customer service at it's best folks. My elderly mother has been ripped off by not so nice service people in the past. One of the perks of the age of the internet is you can check up on service people instead of relying on your hairdresser for a recommendation. Todd came in and quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us options and then quickly fixed the entire problem in an hour (we chose to have him do additional work that would need to be done down the road anyway). We were very impressed. Todd will be getting all our future plumbing related business!!

Had a stoppage caused by roots that became painfully evident at 9 pm.  Called the dispatcher, the tech was on the scene at 8:30 am the next morning.  Problem solved.  (I think they would have come out that night for no extra charge)  They're great.

Scheduled an appointment for AC service.  They would not come out on a
weekend, so I made sure to move my schedule around, took off from work,
and was able to set an appointment.  They called me *6 hours* before the
appointment to see if I could change my time, which I could not.  (I
had already moved too many things around to be able to do anything about
it.)  They then said that they would then come at the later end of the
original agreed upon time.  Waited until the last minute, then they
called me again, basically just saying that they would not be coming out
that day.  When I inquired further, I basically got a tough, that's
how it is speech from the person on the phone. Thanks for wasting my time.

Terrible, horrible service, and will not be using them in the future.

Fixed 2 leaking faucets and changed out kitchen faucet. Worked 1.5 hours and charged me $240 just in labor. That's $160 an hour. Charged more than big companies with big overhead. This guy works out of his house, thought he would be more reasonably priced. I was wrong.

Our AC went out during one of the hottest weeks this year. Tried all of the at home stuff online as the machine was still running but no luck over the weekend. Called Monday morning and received help from Shannon. With it being their peak season I was shocked that the technician was able to make it out around 1:30. Tito showed me what the problem was and even called to check that my warranty covered the part. He was in and out within an hour and now our house is cool again. Will definitely use again in the future!

No one likes having to call a plumber, right?  You spend a lot of money, and have to deal with the mess involved.  That's why I was so pleased with KC Metro Plumbing!  We called a big name local plumber first (ever wonder how they can afford those high price TV ads - yeah, us too) and was told a simple hose replacement on the kitchen sink would cost over $500.  We declined, and I looked on line and found on Angie's list KC Metro Plumbing. I called, and they were out right when I asked them to come out, looked over the situation and replaced the faucet for $150, and replaced all the under sink items neater then I had them!  I will continue to call this father-son team for all my plumbing needs.

I needed the drip under my sink repaired and a new faucet installed. It was more complicated than anticipated. After more time and effort and a call in for reinforcements the issues were resolved. I had a small complaint and called the owner who resolved my concern with warmth and kindness. I was so impressed with the grace and patience shown to me that I am now committed to being their loyal customer forever.

We had semi annual HVAC check today.  Our tech, Lance Belgrave,was polite, courteous and very professional. He took the time to explain everything. Thank you Lance.

I cannot review their work because I cancelled my appointment with them, this review is simply about their scheduling.  
I called them yesterday to unclog a kitchen sink.  They scheduled an appointment window of 6-10 PM.  They then called me just after 5pm which is BEFORE I left the office (which is why I asked for the 6-10 PM window) saying they had someone ready then and could he come early.  I said I wouldn't get home until 6pm.  So they sent that technician out on another call.  At about 9:30 PM they called me and told me their technician couldn't make it.  I had to reschedule for tonight.  
The dispatcher said he had a 5-9pm window he could give me so I took that.  I took off work EARLY to make this window and was home by 4:30 PM waiting.  Just to be extra cautious, I called around 5:30 PM to verify I was still on the schedule for tonight.  I was informed that they tried to call me at 5:01 PM but there was no answer. Which is very odd since I had no calls on my phone which had been on my person the entire time and no voicemail from them.  
I said...no, I'm waiting here for you.  So they told me they will tell my technician to just come to my house when ready and that I didn't need a call.  At 8:50, I decided to call them again and find out that it will be at least an hour and a half before a technician can get to me.  
It's been an extremely busy week and I've wasted two whole evenings waiting for them.  Sorry RotoRooter, you didn't make a new customer out of me this week.

Jay no longer works the field, he only handles the business side, leaving his less than reputable wife, and her mentally challenged son to destroy anything left of the reputation that Jays pluming had.

I hired them to replace my main water line, they were running average of all the bids.  They guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their service and were very professional.... That's a lie!!!

One of the crew propped open the truck door and urinated in my driveway! I have a 15 year old girl that lives across the street and several girls behind us! Let alone, it was in my driveway!!!
Their best employee was bidding out work on my house, for off the clock extra work. Their manager, Jays step son, threw his trash out in my yard, and when I said something his response was it'll get buried when we fill the hole! Not the point!
They filled the gap where the new line comes into the house with window caulking instead of seam sealer or plumbers putty, they didn't reconnect my ground rod to my electrical panel and left me with deplorable excavating! My meter well is 6-8 inches below grade and I had a super high hump in my yard because they didn't finish!
Then Jays wife came to my house and demanded to be paid! Hey finish the job first!  Let alone they broke the law and didn't seed the raw dirt that law required!

Stay away from them!

They go through employees like drill bits because they pay them or they short them. An employee can put a lien on your house to collect payment.
