I had a toilet that would not flush.

Found Duck Duck Rooter plumbing and septic after a call to another place that couldn't come out for two days and couldn't tell me what time.

The first thing that impressed me about Duck Duck was they were actually able to give me an accurate time window for their arrival. And arrived the next morning!

They sent an experienced person who actually knew what he was doing. A true professional.
They sent Marcel.  He is very skilled at his profession. He was not able to solve the problem right away but paused the service time for me while he called his manager and got some new equipment. Within an hour his manager showed up with the equipment and cleared out my pipes. They stayed the full hour and 15 minutes until the job was done.  

The price was very reasonable.

I am impressed. I will call Duck Duck Rooter for all my plumbing and septic needs and I'm definitely telling all my friends about them.

They came out and really looked at what was going on with my shower head dripping and took care of the problem. Plus, they cleaned the shower area where their boots were. Would highly recommend and plan to use in the future when I need them again!

We have used Herzer's Plumbing Service many times in the past. They did an excellent job of re-piping our house with new water pipes due to low water pressure. This week they replaced our drain pipe due to corrosion. They always do very neat and excellent work. They are very professional and work very quickly.

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I called action plumbing yesterday because I had an outside water leak. I was expecting Mark to schedule a date a time next week but he sprung into ACTION and drove from Orlando to Daytona Beach to do the job. I was concerned about cutting a hole into my stucco but he reassured me he can do it all. And he took great care to replace the cracked and worn spigot with a better model. He patched up the stucco better than my last plumber's job on another spigot.

He also evenly spaced out and drilled the holes I needed to hang up my outdoor lighting...loving it!  Thanks to Mark and his cute family. Many blessings!

Jerry responded right away to my inquiry for a company to service/repair my water heater via Yelp. He was very courteous and friendly when promptly booking a service call with him and upon his arrival to look at our water heater. He provided great customer service and explained how he checked and reset my unit. Service call pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Fast knowledgeable service! The green truck arrived full of all the supplies that a plumber could ever wish for! Ken came in, took off his shoes and diagnosed the issue. He was able to get the job done in less than 20 minutes, with no unexpected additional charges. He was amiable, neatly attired and thorough.  I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing emergencies.

Rob was supper. He was originally here for a installation of a bathroom sink and vanity top thru a big box home improvement plumbing center.  The job was perfect. I was so pleased I had him come back and do 2 other jobs for me.

The first additional job was to replace the builder grade water supply gate style shut off valve for the house to a newer ball valve type. He had to jack hammer out the old one that was cemented into the concrete block wall and reroute in a  the copper pipes in a U configuration into the garage and install the new valve.  Now I have easy access to the shut off valve..

The second additional job was to replace the shut off valve for the cold water supply to my kitchen sink. He was so quick and neat to get it done.

Additionally, Rob has good people skills as well as his professional efficiency, ethics, and plumbing skills.  I would have him back in a heart beat should the need ever arises. I wish I had him for a job I had done a couple of years ago in my other bathroom.
I highly recommend him for you plumbing needs.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I first called one of Roto Rooter's competitors and they gave me there hourly rate. I then called Roto Rooter of Jacksonville, Florida and they don't provide a rate over the phone. They said let me send out a technician to look at your problem, then they will give you a quote. So I agreed to have them come out. I don't fall for high pressure sales tactics. So a very nice and profession plumber named Mike showed up with an hour. Took a few minutes and informed me it was definitely a clogged line. He then informed me of their flat rate charge. It was significantly higher than the competitor. I advised him that I was going to pass on his services as it was too expensive. I told him what the competitor quoted and he offered to call his boss to see if they can match it. They did. Mike proceeded to  repair the problem and while educating me on best practices on what you shouldn't run down your drain. He was very helpful and finished the job and said that his work will have a 6 month warranty. I would call them again for a quote but will certainly have another quote to fall back on if necessary.

The service was prompt and did a good job. Josh was in my house total 20min. You get charged 1/2hr then per 15min. He came back in with bill and charged me an extra 15min. I asked what was that he said they charge to write the bill. I told him he needs to write faster and he was still in the 1/2hr. He reluctantly took the time off after I told him I wasn't paying it either way. Called the office and they were like oh maybe he just did that accidentally. I said nope I called him on it and his reply is he charged for writing the bill. Listen I don't mind paying for a service but you ain't charging me for time I didn't use. I will not be using them again. I am sure he does this often.

Hi fellow friends: Stay away from this plumbing out fit. They will rob you left and right. Here is my  very recent experience. Upon a very recent discussions with one of the owner - Dustin and Heather for the installation of water Softner + Pre and Carbon filters (very norma/standard installation) they gave me a quote based on the T&M basis - 2-3 (max) hours labor + materials. Though, I had a quote from the two other plumbing outfits for $450 and $500, out the door price but inspite of that I went with this outfit calculating in my head 3 hours max labor = $345+ $100-$200 materials still it should not cost me ~$500  or so. But to my shocking, they charged me $877 =  4 hours labor + $417 all plastic materials. If you go with them, you will have nothing but regrets and financial pains.   Do not get into T&M trap. Go with the Fixed Price quote being so many companies out there.  Brij

Anthony showed up within a few hours after I called, and found the leak between the meter and the house within minutes. He was able to quickly fix this, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, discussing some upcoming maintenance I asked about. I have found my plumber, and couldn't be happier. Fair pricing too!

Very unprofessional technician. The office woman was very rude and condescending, even raising her voice to me. After a heated discussion i was afraid they would mess it up worse so i asked them to leave.
