Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Jacksonville FL

So my home built three years ago had my septic alarm go off, of course on a Saturday. I submitted an email to several firms thinking no one would get back to me until Monday. Wow was I wrong.

Duck Duck Rooter not only got back to me, they sent a technician over to investigate my problem. They diagnosed it quickly and while I needed pumping out, they put me on the schedule the following week. The technician answered all of my questions and showed us how to limp through until they fixed it for good.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

We have used Herzer's Plumbing Service many times in the past. They did an excellent job of re-piping our house with new water pipes due to low water pressure. This week they replaced our drain pipe due to corrosion. They always do very neat and excellent work. They are very professional and work very quickly.

I live in an old building and it was exceptionally difficult to reach the area that needed repair.  The fix required cutting through cement and locating a modern day P-trap that could fit in a smaller space designed for 1920's plumbing equipment.  

The job was completed promptly and the price was very reasonable.  Everything was excellent.  I would recommend them to friends and family.

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, per their request! My parents had a broken spigot that forced them to have to turn off the water to the house. You don't need a plumber often...at least you hope you don't.  First used Bert Normans a few years ago when I woke up to a backflow preventer spraying water all over the lawn, with big puddles in the street indicating that it had started before dawn.  Tried a few plumbers a shade closer to me, all of whom just could not handle an emergency.  Bert Normans Plumbing company came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Flash forward to yesterday and I am in need of a plumber to fix some toilet valves and leaky faucets, so I knew who to call.  Shannon, the office manager, set the appointment and called when the technician was on his way.  Jason was professional, wore shoe covers in my house, and reviewed everything, including cost, before starting.  He fixed it all with the exception of one thing which needed a part not on the truck. He called in and made arrangements for the part to be available.  By the end of the afternoon, another appointment was set for him to return at my convenience with the needed part.   This is a professionally run company and every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with is just top notch.  Pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable....what more can you ask for???

Incredibly responsive and did a great job.  Was honest about what needed done and fixed it for a fair price and didn't try to see us anything unnecessary.  Will definitely give him a call for all plumbing needs.

Always use RR to handle plumbing issues at our office building.  100% of the time, their staff and response is fast,  professional, courteous, fair price, considerate, conversational, and honest.  

In the plumbing industry I'm sure that it is hard to find (and keep) quality employees that can confidently work inside residential homes or offices.  Based on several jobs completed over the years, and in talking to Rolland directly, I would not hesitate to recommend RR to a family member or friend.

I asked this company to install an outside light. Two electricians came out and could not figure out how to make the light work. They even blamed the electrician who previously worked on it. Without installing my light, they charged $275. Ridiculous.

I called Crawford Electric. The electrician fixed the issue with the wiring, which he explained was very simple. It took him around 15 minutes to install the light. He charged $225 for the light work and for a side task. The guys at David Gray wanted to drill holes in my wall!

I recommend Crawford for honest and dependable work.

Called and had them install a garbage disposal for us.  They came out the same day and performed the work.  Other than the new garbage disposal not sounding like a chainsaw if you didn't know they had been there you never would have know anyone had been there.

I believe the plumber's name is Mike he worked fast the price was very reasonable and we are extremely excited to have them do more work for us moving forward.  

Just a few highlights they arrived early, didn't give us any upsell BS and the plumber was fast, efficient, and clean.  We are definitely telling our friends about them and what great service they provide.  When in this area these are the only folks I'm calling.

They come out 24/7 for $295 no matter what they do or how long it takes.  Snaked my sink and 30 minutes later it's working again. Yes it's pricey but I paid for convenience, they came after I got off work!  

Honestly, if the cost had been under $200 I would give them a 5 star rating.

Don't expect service after the sale, had new system installed on 2/20/2023.I tried contacting the seller for several days with no response.I which I chose a different company for my install

One of their aggressively driving plumbers hit my car on the Fuller Warren and when the state troopers arrived they blamed it on me, awesome when driving a company vehicle just treat as though it's not yours so what does it matter? Especially when the company supports this behavior and allows their employees to lie about their actions when it negatively affects others and their financials for someone's carelessness.

I haven't had plumbing issues buy when I do this is not a company I would call or refer for their Profrssionalism on all levels.

If their customer service is anything like their driving etiquette, I wouldn't even bother. I had one of their plumbing vans behind me today on the highway tailing me way too close for comfort. I was already going 72-75 mph and could not get over at the time. I decided to take a photo, which I was super happy I did because now I have photos and videos of the driver repeatedly flicking me off and continue to follow my car as close as he could.
