Best Leak Repair in Jacksonville FL
Had some work done several different problems, somethings break and not always easy to fix, but they got through it and Brian Mackie came over and made it right, Kudos to a job well done !

I very rarely give 5 stars. This is one time I wish I could give more. They arrived early, looked at everything and went straight to work. Fixed everything 10 times better than it ever was and best part is the price was unbelievably great. The best in town and the best I have seen with a contractor in a long time. I am use to working with contractors as I did accounting for a general contractor. I will use them again for sure.

Very Quick response on a Saturday!!
The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

I know why this company has good reviews! Brian came to give me an estimate for replacing my water cut off valve and a few outside faucets. Got an estimate and then he went ahead and did the job then! I was more than happy to have it all done! Very reasonable pricing and very nice guy! Thanks for the updates! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Called to get a water heater replaced. Plumber doesn't call back until the next day and has an obvious chip on his shoulder as he quotes me almost $450 to install a water heater. He gives himself an almost 48 hour window of when he will show up, but never did show up or call.

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I highly recommend them!

Mark got the job completed in excellence. The pipe outside broke in the wall. He had to open the wall to find the problem and he did. He came up with a solution quickly that will permanently keep the water and the pipe working well.
I called him the night before right from Yelp and he was here with his partner J the next morning. I am so happy I found them. The service was excellent. Marks repair was thorough. He even filled the hole making sure the stucco was back on the wall.
All the work was professionally completed. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

After getting Emerald recommended to me by several neighbors, for a repipe, I gave them a call. Started out well, guy was there later in the day and was friendly and thorough in his review and explanation of the job. Got my quote via email and wanted to ask some questions. Called, and the office person was totally miffed I wanted to speak with the guy who was at my house. I can answer questions. Well, if you were in my house and looked at my bathroom you could...but since you weren't maybe the person I asked for could please call me? He's in the field, no way to call until tomorrow. Fine. Not a very nice person. After hanging up I sent an email to the field guy with the info I was going to ask about so he could be prepared. AND sent an email back to the person who sent my quote asking for an estimate of when they would be able to do the work. Over a week has gone by, no call, no emails, no nothing. Their work might be good (it appears so from the many recommendations) but the theme of the office being a mess seems very true. They were the lowest bid with the most recommendations but if you have to chase them when they are SELLING you the job, what chance do you have after, during their 10 year warranty period? Sorry, took a pass and went with another recommended firm who WANTED my business. Guess this is another example of our good economy.

I have used Rolland Reash several times over the past few years. The company I work for also uses them when needed.
Last year they replaced a pump for my 2nd bath. The one I had was not always working correctly and had gotten quite frustrating. I had added this bath about 5 years ago when Hurricane Matthew caused a massive tree to fall on my house...when rebuilding the laundry room, my contractor added a bath in that space. Due to the distance from my septic tank, a pump was required.
Rolland Reash came out and assessed the situation. They advised I needed a slightly differently type of pump and came out a couple of days later to remove the old one and install the new. I was given a set price for the job and that did not change. Since installation, I have had no issues whatsoever.
More recently, my kitchen sink was stopping up on both sides. In addition, my hall bath toilet was difficult to flush. I went to Rolland Reash's website and completed info for someone to contact me for a service call. It was after hours on Thursday night and not an emergency. I got a phone call from RR @ 8 the following morning and was told someone could be out around 1 PM the same day. I was also quoted a price for the job.
The technicians arrived right on time and within an hour, both of my plumbing issues had been successfully resolved! Just FYI-If you happen to be reading this and your sink is not draining like mine...they may try to unclog it from the inside first. If that does not work, they will likely try going on your roof and accessing the vent pipe. That's what happened with mine. The vent pipe was clogged up. This is the 2nd time since I've owned my home (32 years) that the vent had to be unclogged. The first time, I didn't even know what a vent pipe was!
Plumbing issues can be intimidating when you don't know a lot about how it all works. Kind of like taking your car in for repairs...you don't know what's wrong, how to fix it, or how much it might cost. Call Rolland Reash when you have plumbing issues and leave it to the experts!

I picked David Gray for my small electrical issue based on past Yelp reviews and boy was everyone right giving them 5 stars! The technicians Marty Dees and Daniel were amazing! They fixed my problem quickly but efficiently and were soooo nice and accommodating. I highly highly recommend them!

More great work today. I had no hot water today and they rebuilt my hot water heater and did a great job. It was very affordable.

Don't use. Got a hot water heater from them and guy showed up smelling like pot. Don't get me wrong I love the herbs myself but come on it's 9am. He installs the heater fine whatever, two days later the thing keeps tripping the breaker. They tell me it's an electrical issue so I call an electrician who shows me the unit is pulling DOUBLE the amps. They come out with attitude and pull the coils out and they're encrusted in calcium. I go there's no way these are new and he questions my friggin understanding of basic science. Anyways he replaces the two coils and 6 months later this cheap piece of crap can't fill the tub with hot water.

They sent a plumber to my house to unclog a shower drain and ended up breaking the bottom hinge of the door. The plumber left the shower door half open and dangling at an angle and left the house without saying anything about it. I called the office to complain and the woman asked me if it was possible that the door broke by itself. When I said no, she then asked me if it's possible that the door could have broken by itself in a few days because it was old. She was very callous and condescending.
I called back and spoke with the owner who agreed to replace the door. He later changed his mind because the door cost too much. He said a replacement door would cost $500, and a minute later he said it would cost $1,000. When I pointed out that he said $500 just before, his comment was who is going to install it?. I bought one at Home Depot for $126.
This was an awful experience. They distort the facts to fit their own reality while treating you like trash.
DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!

Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
