Best Drain Cleaning in Jacksonville FL

We contacted DuckDuck late on a friday afternoon with questions about a septic tank inspection that was supposed to have been completed by another company. The other company had been selected by some potential home buyers for a house we were selling. The other company did not even complete a report but indicated we had to completely remove a brand new wooden deck in order for them to do the report.  Duck duck was able to schedule an in person visit from their technician the day after we called them  ( came on a saturday ) and was able to completely access and pump out the septic tank without harming any part of the new deck. The technician , Troy, not only was able to pump the tank and issue their inspection, but more than anything he took a great amount of time explaining what he was doing and why so we were better informed as consumers. Their service was terrific and their pricing was totally in line with other companies that couldnt even be bothered to discuss our situation. I needed a new garbage disposal and really didn't have the time to install one myself, honestly I didn't want to either. I checked yelp for reviews and noticed Everybody's Plumbing stood out from the rest so I submitted a request for a quote and as well as competing quotes. Jerry's quote came back the most reasonable and it's who I was targeting anyway so I set up an appointment to have the install done. Jerry arrived a little before the appointment time and quickly went to work removing the old disposal. He discovered that the previous home owner had unnecessarily added a p trap to the disposal making it much easier to clog up. I never honestly paid attention but after pointing it out Jerry said he wanted to do it right so he went to Lowe's and got a new sink kit (didn't charge me extra for it) and replumbed it for me. That is what you call customer service and part of the reason for my 5 star review. Jerry is very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I avoided future problems. He did an outstanding job for a very reasonable rate and I'm very happy with the work he did so I can easily give this review and recommend him. I have some vendors I use for future work based on past work they did for me and Jerry is the plumber I'll use going forward. Customer service is a lost art it seems these days but Jerry is the Chick-Fil-A of plumbers in Jacksonville so if you need a plumber stop reading this and give him a call.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Herzer's plumbing responded within an hour to my online request for quote and service, and was able to schedule my non emergency appointment within a couple days. They took care of our sink issue quickly under an hour and the rate was very reasonable. Friendly local business with great service in Orange Park!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! I highly recommend them!

We are very disappointed.  The cost was outrageous. Looking back I should have ushered him out of our condo. 2 of the issues are still a problem.

I've used Fenwick for plumbing and AC, and have had a great experience both times. We recently bought our house, and have the usual delayed maintenance the previous owner did not keep up with. Plumbing call was for the hot water heater acting up, and unfortunately we needed a new one due to the age of the unit and former home owner not performing the routine maintenance. Fenwick was able to come back out quickly and get a new unit installed the same week. The plumber, Craig, made sure to apply current coupons, got me signed up for their annual plan (saved enough with it that it covered the cost of the plan and also includes routine maintenance). They also offer financing with zero interest for a set amount of time, which we took advantage of since the hot water heater was not a planned replacement.

AC call was on a Saturday evening as the AC had stopped providing cold air (which in Jax in August is a problem). They got me scheduled for the next day and Jesse arrived shortly after 8 AM and got us back up and running in under two hours. He also got us scheduled for the AC maintenance check and a clean of the evaporator coils (a known issue when we bought the house, but who thinks about the AC until it's acting up?) later in the same week. I will certainly be using Fenwick again.

Wish I could give them no stars. We moved to Yulee and found out we needed a water softener. We didn't have a loop. The plumber dug a small hole and put in gravel. My husband later saw it was dumping water on the ground, and we had salt water backing up into the house. We called and they sent the same plumber out. He said he thought it wouldn't work and suggested we run it into the storm sewer. My husband pointed out that was illegal. We wasted our money on them. We ended up calling another plumber who offered us two good options.

I had a 4 piece tub/shower installed for $2,950. It was not worth the money or hassle. It was a surprise to see the tub because they sent a picture of a computer screen with pictures of the tub and said this is the best I can do. They stated that the tub was standard but failed at acknowledging a curve that would show a concrete slab. Their solution? Put 1/2 round across leaving a 2in gap still exposing concrete and 2-3 inches of caulk smeared on the tub where they glued the 1/2round with caulk (they also tried to use finishing nails in concrete) and wiped the excess. There were a few other things but they came out and fixed the 1/2 round by cutting it to 45° and then a few days later all the caulking started to crack and pop off the tub. They again came out to fix the problems but then ripped off the 1/2 round because it was not PVC and then proceeded to ruin our new floor....they spoke to my wife in a very condescending tone. The finish on their work leaves a lot to be desired.

I am going to preface this with the fact that I am a person who generally does all of their own repairs in the house.  When I had an electrical issue arise which I wasn't able to resolve I was forced to call a pro.   The David Gray electrician was able to track the issue to a burned out wire inside of my garage wall.  There is NO way I would have been able to locate this issue but he was able to use his knowledge of wiring to back track the issue and fix it.   He was very professional and the price came in under what I expected.  I'd say I'll use them again but hopefully that will never need to happen.

Super unprofessional and harassed my staff into paying for services for a broken lock charged $150 nothing fixed then posted untrue things about my business and even called my employees and vendors to state I didn't pay him was in an appointment on California time and wasn't given even 24 hours to pay and they were stating I was blocking them when I had medical treatment who does this?  If I blocked you I wouldn't have called you right back

this and the lock was still not fixed.  They called 3 people to tell them I am hiding and not paying mine you it was less than 24 hours with no invoice who does this?!!!

As you can see below this owner is extremely unprofessional and is unhinged?  I am begging for a discount? I run a multi million dollar business and was on medical treatment if I was hiding or blocked you I wouldn't have picked up the call and you didn't check me as I own the business so you called my employees to report a lie of not paying and if I am a thief then how did you get paid?  Added a lock?  Defamation and calling legitimate business owners psycho and thieves is proof that no one should hire you and will be filing a court matter for defamation as you were paid and I have the texts of your unhinged actions.

Keith was punctual, professional and went above and beyond with our home warranty repair. After replacing our leaky hose, he even adjusted the flow on my sink sprayer to make it work more effectively. We will definitely call him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, per their request! My parents had a broken spigot that forced them to have to turn off the water to the house. Emerald Plumbing was quick to the rescue and promptly fixed the problem at a fair price. Friendly and fast service. We really appreciated it!

$429 for a kitchen faucet replacement that did not include the cost of the new faucet.  Total ripoff. Will never call them again.  Just got mugged.

Called David Gray Plumbing for a snaked clean out on my kitchen drain.  Have this done once a year.  When they have come out in the past, it cost me about $140.  
They have changed their pricing policy.  They wanted to make it fair for everyone, so they have a flat rate for services now.  Explained (after they arrived) that some people's jobs were taking so long to do that it was just too expensive for them.  So now the little guys get to pick up some of the cost!  Worst part was that they didn't tell us that on the phone.  We paid the $49.00 service call and sent them on their way.  Advantage plumbing in Atlantic Beach (been around for 40 years), came the next day and did the work for $75. Took them 20 minutes.
Stay away from David Gray Plumbing. They have changed their ways.  When I called to speak to them (twice they wouldn't return my call), I was told that was their policy now, was referred to a supervisor.  He never returned my call either.  Worst customer service ever.  Didn't even want a refund on the service call, just wanted an explanation and an apology for their poor customer service!  Stay away from David Gray.  Still waiting for a phone call, If I get one, I will adjust this review and let you know what happened.
