I had called Prodigy late Monday afternoon and they were able to get someone in stat for the office. I was surprised as I was preparing to go over appointment times and dates for another day. John called us within the hour to let us know he was on his way and that'll it'll take about 20 minutes. He arrived, took a quick look and arranged to come back the following day at 10:00 am. That morning came and I figured I can run an errand for the office before he arrives since I was pressed for time but as I was walking out at about 9:15 am, John was already outside in the back of the van, cleaning and organizing his tools. That left a really good impression on me. It shows that he enjoys what he does and is trying to be as efficient as possible. Anyway, I asked if he would like to start now instead of waiting and with the biggest smile, he said he would love to. He was in and out and everything was smooth sailing. I had a laundry list of things to do so finding him outside early was so helpful for me. John provided excellent service, was clear and was so nice. I'd request for John again should there be any issues. Thanks!

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I had someone come out as part of the maintenance package (so nothing was wrong... they just called to schedule a service). After that, they said the air from my furnace was unhealthy and I needed to spend $6,000-$10,000 (and I should do it *that* week as part of their moving special). I've since had two other companies out that say although my system could be more efficient, it's not a health hazard and I don't *need* to spend the thousands of dollars.

My Mom needed a 50 year old toilet changed and after searching Yelp I came upon Courtesy Plumbing which had  all these great reviews so I called them and scheduled the toilet change ( I had already bought a new toilet for her) . Rick showed up early, he was fully masked, friendly and cheerful and proceeded to do the work while taking the time to explain what he was doing. A person really can't ask for more, from the cheerful and efficient receptionist to Rick who went above and beyond the call of duty by scrubbing the tiles around the base of the new toilet to make sure it was sparkling clean and leaving the work area super clean He even threw in a couple of free water lines for the toilet which I offered to pay for and he refused.  A 100% professional operation, the price was super fair and I could tell Rick was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Do yourselves a favor, look no further, Courtesy Plumbing is where it's at! You won't regret it!

Bob is great! We have used him three times now, for different plumbing issues. He shows up on time, explains the problem and diagnosis clearly, and quotes reasonable prices. He is very knowledgeable (Bob's also a licensed contractor) and works very diligently. I highly recommend Bob for any plumbing or contracting needs.

We had a pipe spring a leak over the weekend in the hot water line to our kitchen.  Carlos was able to come first thing Monday morning, go get the needed parts and returned and repaired the plumbing, all within an hour.  We will absolutely call SoCal Plumbing again.

Dalton and Earl are real professionals with great customer service.  I had a slab leak, a pin hole leak and a drain pipe leak.  These three separate events happened all within less than two months with one of another due to the previous owner not taking care of the place.  Dalton and Earl responded very quickly and address the situations with tactical prowess. -You can hear it in how they speak to one another when they assess and treating the issue.  They will do what's right and treat you like family.  Highly recommended and very fair price.

I'm so glad I found my go-to plumber. Due to a foot injury, Giovanni had to take a short break from work to heal. So I decided to wait two long months to have him fix my instant hot water faucet, because I couldn't trust any of the other plumbers I reached out to that required a minimum visitation fee without providing any kind of range on what the job *might* cost.

So for two agonizing months, I had to boil my own water the old fashioned way on the stove top. I know. *gasp*

Let me tell you, it was 10000% worth the wait.

Our plumber, Ben, was super polite, explained the situation clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner. Once the job was complete we received the invoice and they sent pictures of the work, very professional. I will say that they are a little expensive but got the job done quickly. I now wish I had looked for coupons and negotiated a bit more. Oh well, happy wife happy life

I am so happy that I found prolific plumbing. I own my own construction company, and use prolific plumbing on all of my jobs. Working with Kody and his team of skilled craftsmen as always a breath of fresh air. They take pride in their work, they keep you updated with photos and videos throughout the whole plumbing process, they do not overcharge you like many of the plumbing companies that I've used in the past, and their price is always fair. Chris was recommended to us by a neighbor.  He did excellent and honestly priced work clearing our clogged pipes and doing some repairs to our shower.  He was transparent the entire time and didn't mind having our daughter (and her dad) peering over his work and asking questions, in fact he is very open and transparent about the process.  I learned some new stuff about plumbing, had good conversation, and my house was left cleaner than before he arrived.

Last used Crandall's three or four years ago to replace my hot water heater and was well satisfied so recently when I needed to replace the hot and cold intake valves in my laundry room to prepare for installation of a new washer/dryer I called Crandall's again and got a prompt visit by Ryan for an estimate. He then came back the next day with the proper parts and completed the job without any issues. While I didn't shop around I have the general feeling that the cost was competitive.

So I went to use the bathroom this morning and noticed that everything was clogged and coming back up in the bathtub. I called our usual plumber but they weren't able to come out right away so I came to yelp to find a new plumber rooter company. These guys came out right away and told me that I had a main line clog. They got it all snaked out with their cable machine and made sure all my drains were working ok. It was an awesome experience to have a plumber show up on time, fix the problem fast and charge a reasonable price for their work. I recommend these guys especially for your rooter needs

I rarely do Yelp reviews but felt the absolute need to do so. Thank you Rooter Hero and especially Albert for taking such professional and sincere care of our plumbing needs.

We have been dealing with a slow drain and eventual plugged sink drain for over 4 years combined. The gallons of Draino and money spent on DIY snakes and plungers were a complete waste! We called a few local plumbers and had a service fee of $100 or more for a service call and no guarantee. My wife found a coupon in a mailer for 75' Snake for $77. We called and took a chance. They had a 2 hour window initially scheduled. The dispatcher called an hour before and asked if it was ok to to arrive about 30min early. Albert showed up, assessed the condition and verbally explained what he recommended prior to starting. Once he and his helper started, it took about 20min to snake the line and the line was clear. He then took great care in cleaning up and then made sure no more clogging occurred.
