First, this is my first time posting on Yelp. I'm posting this because I have had an Excellent experience with Prodigy Plumbing. From the first call thru the repair.
Mark the owner was so nice and helpful in the first phone call, trying to help me over the phone how to try and fix it myself. I have never had  someone take the amount of time Mark did to help me. I didn't feel rushed at all to get me off the phone.
Michael was the repair person who came out to do the repair again excellent.
Called me ahead to tell me he was on his way which I so appreciate. He was so nice from the beginning and professional. As he was doing the repair he showed me what the problem was and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. Since I had thought I could fix it and had things taken apart he did not once make me feel dumb again very professional.

The pricing for the job I had done was more then fair!

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Talk about going Far'n'Beyond the call of Duty/Service.  One of the best things I did was to hire them to come to my home and diagnoise the problem, solve it and fix it and clean and tune up my AC system and get that cold air going. My HVAC is over 20 years old and they got it working and up-n-running for my kids and I with our dogs so we wont suffer in this heat.

My service Guy ROBERT LEATH was genuinely nice, and concerned and determinded to fix my AC issues and did NOT QUIT when it got hard and challenging.

This has been the best experience and professionalism I have experienced in a very long time.
I strongly and highly recommend THEM for any work or diagnostics for your Home and/or business such as Landlords on any part regarding the HVAC.
I will never be calling anyone else to work on my AC or do my bi-annual tune-ups.
Defiently keeping them around for all my HVAC needs.

Great Service. On-time. Very professional. I have two simple plumbing issues. One Removing a Tub Spout and the other was changing valve pipe on my faucet. Jason was very helpful in explaining all the stuffs that need to be changed. He also showed me some tricks in taking out a valve. I would give them a 5 star if not for the cost. I believe the cost is rather expensive. I was charged $225 for half an hour of work.  Replacement Units with markup of 50% from Home Depot I would say about $50. Thus I was paying $175 for half an hour of work. Thus, the hourly rate is about $350. Well, you got a pay to run business. That's the only bad thing.
Update:
After experiencing different plumbing service I have to update the value of their service. I believe they did overcharged me. I recently called in a plumber service at West LA area which is supposed to be higher price. They spent about one hour in my condo to unhook clog. They only charged me $80. So courtesy plumbing is really overprice in terms of service.

Bob is great! We have used him three times now, for different plumbing issues. He shows up on time, explains the problem and diagnosis clearly, and quotes reasonable prices. He is very knowledgeable (Bob's also a licensed contractor) and works very diligently. I highly recommend Bob for any plumbing or contracting needs.

Seashore arrived on time and quickly went to work solving our problem. The price was reasonable and service was great!

We had water coming out from under our downstairs toilet. This made no sense to me. I found SJ Plumbing on line and saw good reviews. When John showed up and immediately knew it was a slab leak, I was impressed. He has state of the art equipment to verify where the leak was. They were very professional, neat and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

FV Plumbing did a great job unclogging a very old kitchen sink and pipes. They came out on a Saturday arriving when they said and were polite, covid19 cautious, and very professional. They cleaned the pipe then scoped it with a camera to confirm it was clear! All that for a very fair price!!

After calling several companies in the Long Beach area at 11pm on a Saturday, SoCal Plumbing Service was the ONLY company that picked up and was available for a stat plumbing need. We explained to them that the hose connecting to the toilet had leaked earlier in the day and then exploded at night, resulting in a fire-hydrant like flow in our bathroom. Our whole house was starting to flood, and after turning the water supply off, the leak was still leaking.

Carlos was very clear about the costs of an emergency appointment, ($450) however, because of the speed of the leak and the potential damage, we did not hesitate to confirm. Carlos and Matt came by ~20 mins after our call, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. While it was an easy fix on their end, we felt at ease knowing that it was properly taken care of.

Thank you Carlos and Matt for coming to our rescue. It's good to know when a company says they are available for emergencies, they deliver on their promise.

We had a bathroom drain that was more than plugged, a faucet that didn't work at all, 2 showers that needed all new fixtures, a leak off the washing machine hook-up, & a toilet that would run for no reason.
I called Prostar Plumbing & they came the next day & fixed everything in 1 day!

Within 30 days of moving into my new home, I have now used HHS to install a new toilet in my master bathroom as well as snaking two drains which were clogged by previous owners.  The service was excellent and the new toilet was installed perfectly with an expert caulking job.  The drains were as good as new after a thorough service by HHS and the service comes with a warrantee; they will come back for free if the same drains clog up again within six months.  Each area of work was spotless and clean after HHS left our home.  

My first appointment was done via Amazon Home Services (for the toilet install) but since then I have been able to reach HHS via text message.  They respond quickly and will provide an appointment slot as soon as possible.  This makes the interaction, scheduling, etc very convenient.  Finally, Giovanni is very pleasant to work with and very clear in his explanations regarding any issues, repairs, etc.  He was also very patient with my toddlers who were curious about the work he was doing.  

I have used other plumbing services before and will now turn to HHS as my go to vendor for plumbing.

We had a hot water tank emergency.  It started leaking while out of town and in the evening.  The company itself was responsive in being able to get someone to us ASAP but that is the only positive feedback.  The service tech they sent helped shut off our water and gave us a extremely high quote for the job.  $6,000 to replace the water heater and other parts he felt we needed. When we gave him push back about a few things we knew, he continued on like a used car salesman.
We fortunately passed on his quote and had the job completed at HALF the cost and up to code.  We were being taken advantage of in an emergency situation.

Kody quickly answered my request for a quote, and set up a quick call to go over the details of my requests (installing a water filtration system, w/ new piping). He really seemed to have a solid game plan for what the best solution was and walked me through it, which other plumbing services did not do. On the job, Kody and his partner were friendly, professional, and clear with what they planned to do. The end product looked great, clean, and worked just how I wanted it to, would highly recommend these guys!

This is a much overdue review. Back in September the day before the 3 day weekend we discovered our garage was flooded. Frantically called around to find someone to come out. The company we used in the past wasn't available but recommended FHL as Chris had worked with them in the past and was just starting up his own company. Chris came out that afternoon, looked at it, and determined it was a slab leak. He came up with a couple options for us. He relieved some of our problem right away (cut back drywall so it wouldn't get moldy) until he could come back Tuesday.
He came back Tuesday afternoon and worked his magic. He did more research and found a great solution to the problem that was more economical for us and did the least amount of destruction.
Great price, great work. I would use FHL again.

I had a gas leak,  Gas co  turned it off.   Had a plumber named sergio come out in a few hours gave me the estimate. Sergio was here the next morning ready to go, started working, unfortunately he was called off for a another call and left his helper here to dig the trench.. Became a little worried when it got closer to 1:00 p.m. and thought that he couldn't finish the job today as promised.. but he came flying in and said no problem!  I'll even stay late but we're gonna finish this today, because I have super Oscar with me haha!   not only fixed the leak, they  cemented the trench, and replaced the bricks!  The only negative thing I have to say is, I don't think he should have been taken away off a job like this and left me wondering  .is he coming back..should I call another plumber..a lil stressful, cause it was Friday !! and had plans already for the weekend..thanks to Sergio and Oscars superpowers,  things went great!

We found ourselves with a backed up toilet and tub on Labor day weekend and are very grateful for the outstanding service we received from George. Not only did he respond promptly, but he was thorough and pricing was reasonable even though it was a holiday weekend. Had a water leak and called Professional Plumbing based on reviews and I have to say I'm glad I did. Mark came out and did a wonderful job and was very professional. He made it a point to let me know exactly what was going on every step of the way. I will definitely be calling them again.

I had all my family coming to visit for a week & the night before they were going to start showing up, my plumbing started backing up in the bathroom. I called a plumber I know & he was busy with a huge job & referred me to Scott. I called Scott, told him the problem & he & his brother were at my house first thing the next morning. They had to clear the main drain & ended up having to remove the toilet to clear it that way. I figured I'd have a mess to clean up when they were done but they put plastic down all through my place & when they were done they totally cleaned up all the mess, including the bathroom floor! They were done pretty quick & were gone right before my brother & nieces showed up. Thank you! I've already referred them to my sister & will continue to refer them to family, friends, & clients.

My bathtub was clogged so I called Rooter Hero.  I am happy to say that I had a great experience.  My technician #8111 Jimmy Arredondo was very polite and on time.  He was neat and quick and made suggestions to avoid future  problems.
