MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

It's rare to find Honest, hardworking, knowledgeable people these days. Not only did Christian come out at11:30pm to take care of our drain clog but he was super respectful and very communicative throughout the process. Literally took care of everything within 15-20 min!

Bob was amazing, he came out within a few hours, he went above and beyond to help me. He walked through the whole house to make sure I didn't have any leaks. I appreciated his knowledge about my water heater and pressure to the house. Her was very efficent with proposal and contacting me in case I had questions. Wonderful service!

I almost had to spend $8,000-$15,000 that I don't have for a shower remodel because this company didn't do the job right and were wrong about their diagnosis of my shower.

Granted, I was nice to him (and asked him a bunch of questions in yelp messages that he answered), but that was before I got a second opinion, that was when I believed him when he told me my shower drain pipe was broken but HE WAS WRONG... that's where this reviews comes from. I didn't get a good feeling from him when he showed up at my house and he had a smirk on his face when he was filling out the invoice saying that I needed a new shower drain pipe. Aka from the bids I got from different companies, over $1500 for just that plumbing part of the shower remodel.

I had Matt at Seashore Plumbing (who somehow has great reviews on here), come out to snake my shower drain that wouldn't drain & Matt told me that I needed a new drain pipe because mine was broken- that means digging into the ground and ripping up my whole shower and redoing it. The bids I got were from $8,000-$15,000. I was so stressed out for 1.5 weeks because of Seashore Plumbing being wrong and just not willing to do the work required to do the job right. In my eyes, he would rather me have to pay him the plumbing part of a shower remodel to get more $ from me.

I will never use this company again and would recommend anyone to NOT use this company, because in my case, if I would have just used a different plumbing company in the first place, I wouldn't have even had to be cheated into believing I was going to have to spend $8k-$15k that I don't have. Save yourself the stress and go to a different plumber

When all other plumbers were booking weeks out, Pipe Bros sent someone out right away. And he was GREAT! Nice, competent, reasonable.

I had used SJ Plumbing for previous plumbing issues varying in seriousness and difficulty. I came back to them once again when my water heater needed a diagnosis on repair.  They were fair and honest with their assessment which resulted in needing a new one.   I wasn't happy with that bit of news but I was given a fair price for quality work and when there was an issue with how to pay, I was treated as a loyal returning customer should be. It's small gestures like that and the quality, timeliness and professionalism that will keep me coming back to SJ Plumbing in the future.

I am a real estate agent, and contacted FV plumbing because my client's water shutoff valve was in need of replacement. Francisco was able to come out and quickly replace the unit. Several days later he went back out to replace the kitchen sink plumbing because it had an inadequate flexible line installed that was causing the sink to back up and he did a quick and professional job once again for a reasonable price. My client was very satisfied with his work and I could not recommend him more highly. Very communicative, honest, and fair.

Was doing a renovation on my  adu and came across old cast iron sewer drain pipe that started to fail and leak in to the crawl space. Carlos and Oscar were able to come out the next day promptly at 8am  to provide an estimate. Carlos provided me with 2 options , repairing the portion of drain pipe above ground that connected the tub and toilet (cheaper solution but bandaid in the grand scheme of things) or repairing the enter thing replacement of the cast iron pipe above ground and underground lateral out to the city. Ultimately went with the smart decision solution 2 which involved trenching 25' and saw cutting a concrete slab to replace the entire run. Oscar was able to start work that morning and work in a small  crawlspace area with limited access to complete the work within 2 days. This allowed me to keep my flooring installation on track which gave me peace of mind. Fair price (I received multiple bids), Great workmanship,amazing warranty and very personable. 10/10 would recommend.  Will use for all future plumbing issues!

I called Brent to come and inspect what I suspected was a pin hole leak somewhere in the wall behind my water heater tank in my garage. I was worried it might be a leak in the concrete slab under the garage. Brent was able to find the leak just behind the water heater tank and repair the leak and referred me to a person who could repair the dry wall that was damaged by the leak. He also answered some plumbing questions not related to this leak and saved me additional plumbing cost related to my dishwasher by referring me to a person who works on appliances. He also pointed out the corroded water valve going into my water heater tank. It's good to know in advance what plumbing troubles are coming my way. He was very easy to work with and didn't hesitate to answer any plumbing questions I had.

Very fast response time (even on a Saturday night), very polite, even took his shoes off when he came.

WOW, that is the only word I can use to describe these guys. They showed up on time, did the work promptly. Many in this industry try to take advantage and charge extra for services,not in this case. They were courteous, prompt honest and best of all FAST. They are my new go to guys for all plumbing needs.

Had difficulty turning on the pilot for water heater after returning from vacation and got several quotes from plumbers who said either the igniter? Or the whole heater had to be changed at a cost of 525$-3000$. I knew that this wasn't the case because I turned off the heater and it didn't quit working. Heard about Chris and had him come over to take a look, he was able to turn it on and didn't even charge me for that. He taught me the right way to do if for future reference . Had him fix a leaky bathroom faucet for a very reasonable price. Would definitely rehire him in the future.

They've helped us out really well a couple of times and were pretty reasonable with their business practices.

We got a leaking faucet this past weekend so we called several local plumbers for repair. All told us to wait another week or two weeks after the Thanksgiving! We called HHS and Giovanni showed up at 8am the NEXT DAY!!! He gave us all the options to fix it and suggested the best possible solution. We bought the new faucet and Giovanni replaced it in less than half an hour the next day. He even gave us the discount as first time customer on top of his reasonable service charge! We'll certainly be using HHS Plumbing for all of our service in the future.

I recently had my water heater and kitchen disposal replaced by Pristine Plumbing.  After their inspection of my heater and disposal, Pristine's initial assessments of my plumbing concerns were the same as mine in that both units were functioning on borrowed time.  Richard was a pleasure to work with; he and his crew were skilled, professional and courteous.  During the city's inspection of my new water heater the inspector commented on how my plumber had done a very good job for me.  Upon further review of my inspection sheet for the plumber's name, he commented on how Pristine always does good work.  I was very happy with the work Pristine Plumbing did for me, and I would definitely use them again.  I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing.
