Prodigy is our go-to when we have a plumbing problem as I feel the plumbers they send are always honest about repairs that do and do not need to be made. Jerry was so helpful in replacing our garbage disposal and went above and beyond to fix previous less than stellar work that was done under our kitchen sink. Thanks Jerry! Prodigy will always be our first call.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Service is EXCEPTIONAL!  Going above and beyond what you could ever expect. I have a heating and AC unit that is over  20 years old. I wanted to look into having it serviced, then put on a maintenance schedule. The first time, top rate! On time, friendly and great service. I signed up for the service program and am I glad I did. I have had to call for a couple of issues and they get someone out. Having signed up for their maintenance, they will have someone out the same day. The second time was a call to them because I had a heating problem. The technician came out, serviced the heater, got it running, he even put in a thermostat that I had just bought, and moved it to another wall! Service champions always call me to remind me of my annual service to schedule my appointment. Every technician that has come to my home is courteous, always on time, and they really care about what they are doing for you. They DO NOT try to sell you. They are there to do everything in their power to get problem solved, AND THEY DO! Tonight Gabriel Garcia came to fix a problem with my heater. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I only wish that i would have wrote a review every time these techs came to my home. In my experience, they all have exceptional work ethics. Hiring this company will bring such a relief, knowing that these people really do care and they know how to fix whatever product you have. They wont try to sell, they know what they are doing. Pretty much feels like a caring Relative is there to help. I also can not leave out the amazing customer service reps. These people are saints. You actually feel great after calling, very Courteous! If i could give this company 100 stars, I would. Bottom line. You wont be sorry, they are awesome!

This is an update on a  review I gave this business in October and I will tell you why I I've gone from a two star rating to a five star.  My prior review explains why the installation of a low boy toilet  I bought to replace a standard size toilet never transpired and resulted in my donating the low boy to Habitat for Humanity.  Nevertheless shortly after my review,  I received a phone message from Jeff the business owner.  We played phone tag  for several months and finally connected this month.  He apologized for the experience I had and asked me if there was anyway he could rectify the situation.Obviously  in a perfect world the best remedy would have been to have had what I originally called them for, but that was no longer possible because I no longer had the low boy.    Nevertheless  I told him I needed a water filter installed and  a small drip in one of my bathroom sinks repaired.  Jeff sent Jason out to inspect and give me an estimate. After inspection, Jason gave me an estimate which allowed for a 10% discount on their hourly labor charge to make up for my previous encounter with them. I agreed and the following week Jason returned with an assistant and did a fine job. The reason I am giving Courtesy a five star rating this time, is not so much for the work performed for that goes without question. More so I am doing so  because I was very impressed  with the fact that  the owner was conscientious and diligent enough to take the time and  several attempts to contact me.  In my book, that speaks highly of a business, especially in today's environment  when professionalism and courtesy (no pun intended) are a rarity.  Additionally, Jason was punctual, called me when he told me he would and is  very nice and polite.  I appreciate these factors and applaud a business that cares about its customer service.

Bob is great! We have used him three times now, for different plumbing issues. He shows up on time, explains the problem and diagnosis clearly, and quotes reasonable prices. He is very knowledgeable (Bob's also a licensed contractor) and works very diligently. I highly recommend Bob for any plumbing or contracting needs.

Matt was on time and did great work. He was fast and the quote was fair. He also found parts for me that we will need for a future project. I'll be calling him again.

I've been using SJ Plumbing for a few years now and they're great! John and his team are always quick to respond and always very helpful. They recently replaced our 13 year old water heater which finally gave out and did a quick and efficient job. Will definitely keep using their services.

Dalton and Earl are the kind of person you want to come to your house to do your plumbing. They are honest, efficient and in the quality of their work is top notch. I had them come to my house multiple times for different issues and they always deliver.

Great service from Pristine Plumbing!

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. I gave Pristine Plumbing a call on Sunday, and they were able to send someone out the following day. I was given a reasonable time window, and Steve, my plumber, called 15 minutes in advance as well. The service itself was great. They installed the new faucet quickly and painlessly, and it works!

I will definitely be using Pristine Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Scott and his brother (sorry I forgot his name!) were both Soo helpful and fair. They came the same day I called, and got rid of the mess in my sink for $99. They gave me ideas for products to help keep my pipes unclogged, and were just what you'd want a plumber to be. Smart, polite, know what they're doing and good prices.  Every single part of the encounter was pleasant.  I highly recommend them- and they guaranty their work for 30 days.  Once you'll see their attitude and service you'll know what I mean about how unusual the experience is!

WARNING this company was called out to unclog a sink. Upon arrival they quoated a fix at over $3,600.00 . We got a second opinion about a fix from a local plummer and he was able to complete the work for $325.00 . Rooter Hero wanted $600 to fix a section of drywall that they said had to be removed in order to replace a pipe. That pipe was brad new. Well the pipe did not have to be replaced the drywall did not need to be torn out. Our plummer retapped the pipe and fit it  properly problem fixed.  
How these people can think this sort of hustle and con is acceptable is astounishing. The contractor for Rooter Hero was not just  an employee but a Field Supervisor named Robert.  
 I had them call us to report the huge discrepency and this felow Robert had no excuses or argument as to why he was going to charge so much.  
I never write bad reviews or am critical of much but this is really a bad and unethical way to do business.  
If you are looking for a plummer look any where else. We never got so much as even an apology . Thank god we were wise enough to look some where else for an honest and reputible  plumbing service.
  We all work hard for our money how these folks think this is a decent way to do business or treat the public is really unacceptable.
