We had a leaking valve under the kitchen sink so I called Prodigy in the morning and by afternoon it is all fixed.  Second time satisfied customer, very professional with reasonable prices.  Thank you Matt!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I wish i could give them a negative number for a review. This company is the biggest ripoff. They quoted a poor older couple 28,000 to replace a 3 ton A/C unit. Come to find out it was only a capacitor that cost 49.00 . The unit works beautifully. So sad ,that this company was trying to rip off a older gentleman with cancer .. I warn you . Don't trust this company.

My boyfriend and I recently moved into my moms house to help with some home improvements. It's an old house so there's a lot of things that need replacing, and a lot of old things going bad. Thank god we ran into Cristian last Friday 3/19/21. The sewer line had been backed up for the last couple of days prior to his services. The water was coming up into the backyard, so you can only imagine the horrific situation we were dealing with. We gave Cristian a call in the morning and he was at the house by noon. The situation seemed to have needed a snake (temporary fix) but we ended up doing the jet blaster which was a little bit more in price but we wanted to clear the roots that were growing all the way through at certain parts of the pipe. He explained the situation and gave us his honest opinion about what needed to be done. We took his word for it and we couldn't be more happy with the results. For peace of mind, he included a 1 year warranty in case it happened again. Afterward, he even went as far as to put a camera all the way through the pipes to show us the job had been done thoroughly and correctly. I like the fact he is local and he seems to be really loyal to his local customers. I took notice that he purchased expensive equipment to ensure any task he is faced with is done the right way. Great job Cristian! Thank you! Hopefully we don't have to, but we hope to utilize his services again for anything plumbing related.

Responded quickly, needed a bathroom sink faucet replaced.  I started the project, but realized it was beyond my abilities.  Matt showed up the next day and replaced the faucet and did a little extra work to update the plumbing under the sink.  Reasonable, quick, clean and courteous.  I would recommend him to anyone.

After a fairly negative experience with a different plumber, I called S J Plumbing after reading very positive reviews here.  Those reviews were absolutely right.  John came down to check a break in my main sewer pipe, gave me a great quote and agreed to do two more smaller jobs as well, all very reasonably.  He and his technicians had the whole job, which included cutting into concrete, done in less than a day and went above and beyond, taking time out, free of charge, to check the condition of the pipe and ensure that everything was working properly. These guys are the real deal.

My garbage disposal stopped working. I called Carlos Barragan from SoCal Plumbing Service and asked him if he could fix my garage disposal ASAP. Carlos said no problem and he arrived at our house within an hour. He fixed the garage disposal within 10 minutes. He did not ask for payment. He only asked that we give him a good review. I was happy to do that. Carlos was very professional and cordial. Other plumbers said that they would take a week or more before coming over. But Carlos made an effort to come to our house immediately and delivered great service. I happily recommend him to anyone who wants prompt and convenient service. We found Chris The Plumber on yelp and they replied in 1 minute.  We gave him our address and he showed up within 30 minutes.  It took 20 minutes to identify the issue.  His pricing was very reasonable and he went to buy parts to fix it the same day.  Payments were easy since he took venmo.  We never even met him and all communications were via text and we couldn't be happier with how fast and easy the whole process was.  I would definitely use him again for any plumbing related issues and recommend.

I had three great experiences with Pristine - fortunately both non emergency situations: (1) reverse osmosis filter replacement (2) tankless heater annual flush (caught them on a special day) (3) and i had a leak on my main water valve - Jim was nice enough to walk me through how to fix this problem on the phone no charge !   You cant find a more honest and fair plumbing group than this.

The guys are heroes indeed. They work very hard, are efficient, skillful, accurate, punctual and quick. What is the most important - they put a customer  and their need first. What's a great attitude!
I did have a very heavy stoppage caused by old tree's roots which required a lot of work. Judging after the effort they put to remove it  I was afraid it's going to cost me an arm and a leg.
But it doesn't. They were very good to me. They are good people.
