Yesterday I had a new heater and air conditioner put it. I had another company come out with good reviews and I could tell right away they were trying to charge to much and pressure me. Then I had Erik come out and I could tell he was telling the truth and didn't pressure me at all. I got a fair price and hired them. Mike, Isaac and Sal came out yesterday and spent the day putting in the new heater and air and did a wonderful job. They were so considerate with my 92 year old Mom and all her health conditions. The new heater and air look and work great. Mike even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions over the weekend. I definitely will be a customer forever. This company has earned there great reviews. Hire them!!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

They did a maintenance on our A/C unit and we signed up for an annual contract to have them come out once a year for A/C and furnace.    When they came out to inspect and perform maintenance on the furnace they told us the Inducer Draft Assembly was not working and they showed us there was no heat coming from the vents.   They quoted us a price (reduced due to our maintenance contract) of over $2,100.   They told me the unit needed replacing.   After demanding a breakdown of the cost I saw I was charged $1,280 for the part.    I went on line and spoke with a company that could provide me with a new factory part for $188.   I was also told the cost to replace the part was anywhere from $250 to $400.   I then questioned the repair itself and had another company come out to look at the furnace since it was up in our attic.   The new company came out and fixed it in 5 minutes.   They only thing they had to do was to turn the gas back on at the unit.   Apparently someone had turned it off.   Since the furnace is in my attic no one else had been up there.   It worked last year and we had not even turned it on this year before the Service Champion rep looked at it.   The unit does not need any repairing.   So, not only were they going to repair a unit that was not broken, but they were also charging me almost 7 times what I would have paid for the same part elsewhere.    Needless to say I was very unhappy with them.

I requested a free inspection and quote, the representative that was sent looked at my application (2 bathrooms 1500 square foot house) and was quoted $6800.00 for a Tankless water heater. Needless to say I thanked him for coming and sent him on his way. Went with another company for $2000.00 less for a Tankless.

Christian was so helpful and knowledgeable. Our main line sewer was backed up, so he came to clear it. He got here pretty fast, within the hour. I was expecting to pay alot of money, but the price was surprisingly very reasonable. He even helped us clean the unpleasant mess from the toilet. I would 10/10 recommend. EZ plumbing is the way to go !

Bob is professional, prompt showed up in a mask. Called to unclog a drain in kitchen.  Bob attempted to sell me on a super expensive fix. I requested he issue a quote, called another plumber who unclogged the drain.  I believe Bob's tactic is likely effective on many.

I had a late night plumbing emergency (backed up drains throughout the house) over the weekend.  I looked for local 24 hr plumbing services on Yelp and called Matt.  He said he'd be there within an hour and arrived as promised.  Less than an hour later, the problem was fixed, and we were good to go.  Thanks, Matt!  I will DEFINITELY be calling Seashore Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

I was in need of a plumber because I had suspected a water leak due to a faint foul smell. I called and schedule an appointment and they sent me Titus the next day. Upon meeting him, I think he is quite nice and seems to be very knowledgeable. He went into the tight crawl space and realized it was indeed a couple of leaking pipes. He end up fixing the leaking pipes and now no more smell or water leaking in the crawl space. I would recommend Titus because he gets the job done! Thank you.

Had a water leak outside my home this morning,  water everywhere.  Called SJ Plumbing.  They were so nice and sent a great young man named Luis to fix the issue.  Here within 30 minutes and problem fixed.   Can't thank them enough for helping me on a Saturday.  Will certainly not hesitate to call them again.  Thank you John,  thank you Luis.

I contacted Frank last night and I kind of told him what was going on with us not getting any hot water around the house. I told him my availability and he said he could come out! I had texted him pictures and just to give him an idea of what could be going on and we left it at that. We made an official meeting time and he arrived on time. He checked for any other potential faults and it was exactly what I had suspected as I had done some troubleshooting . I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell, he explained what could be happening. He told me he would send me a quote by the night and he certainly did with a couple options. Now if it were up to me I would feel very comfortable paying for his services but now it's up to the landlord.
I know I will be keeping his contact info in case I ever need anything else.

Excellent experience with Chris today on short notice. We had a kitchen drain that was clogged and after trying some home remedies we gave up and reached out to Chris. He was able to come the same day and get the problem solved.

Daniel and Felix were very professional and went above and beyond! The were recommended by a friend, and I now see why. We needed the shower cartridge replaced because the water wasn't stopping. They replaced a tub spout that broke off, and it required some welding to attach a new copper pipe to replace the cheap plastic one. And in the front lawn the leaking and corroded manifold was replaced and welded together with copper pipes (for the main shut off valve and hose bib.) Great high quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend this team!

Best plumber in OC. Honest, prompt, and reasonable.  He checked if my water heater was under warranty (it was) before charging for new parts. Completed work on the same day, showed up on time, was always professional and friendly, and didn't charge a dime more than he quoted.  It's so hard to find a good, honest plumber.

Our toilet flooded last Friday and Pristine Plumbing was there to save the day within the hour. Our technician, Rey Torres, was exceptional in terms of knowledge and service. He understood exactly how to mitigate the issue and also guided us to understand more about our plumbing system.  Not only was he able to finish the job within an hour he was also able to help us make recommendations for water restoration services. Going forth, I will look to Pristine Plumbing for all immediate plumbing problems.

Chris is great. He goes above and beyond to get the job done right and at a fair price. We've used him for several jobs now and he always provides excellent service. You can't ask for better in a plumber or a person.

Our toilet upstairs was clogging.  My mother-in-law, who was visiting us, took it upon herself to call a plumber.  She called Rooter Hero, big mistake.  A clogging toilet turned into a $3,300 estimate.  He provided no detailed estimate, but one amount of $3,300.  My MIL called me in a panic and I told her to STOP everything he was doing until I got home.  After complaining about the one line item amount of $3,300, he proceeded to look in his fee book and detailed the amounts for me.  According to the technician  he had to power clean the line ($1,200), put a camera down to make sure it was all clean ($650), excavate the downstairs ceiling (tore a huge hole in the ceiling) to check for leaks.  To install a new toilet, he would have to install a metal flange on the floor ($950), miscellaneous items amounted to an additional $500 (including the ceiling excavation.  I told him to pack up his stuff and leave, he submitted a bill for $1,200 for the power cleaning of the line.  I called a local plumber down the street and he finished out the job for $120.  I really feel that this tech tried to take advantage of my 70+ year old mother-in-law.  Had I not come home when I did, we would have had a bill for over $3,300.  These guys work on commission and are incentivized to charge you for everything.   Would NOT recommend this guys to anyone.
