MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Very pleased with the a/c PM that Kalani provided for us yesterday. He was very professional, friendly, and competent. We have a service contract for our entire home and it works for things like the dishwasher and washer dryer. They also offer an a/c pm and we have done it in the past, but I was never satisfied. Kalani did a real inspection and maintenance. We were referred by our neighbor and am very pleased with the value for the pm contract we purchased. The water heater flush was a great tip that will be completed shortly.

Its Thanksgiving, my kitchen faucet is leaking, its also clogged, and I'm having to dump buckets of stinky water out.
I called and they answered quickly. Within 30 minutes someone called me with an eta. Less than an hour and a half of Thanksgiving Frank was here, in a good mood, ready to get the job done. 2 hours later, done. Thanksgiving is saved.
I'm impressed not only by how polite Frank was but how quick and efficient he was. He wore all his PPE and respected my home.
I hope I don't need to call a plumber again anytime soon but if I ever need I'm calling these guys and I hope I get Frank again.

I've used Bob twice now.  The second time was to install new toilets I had delivered to my house.  I trusted Bob to do the installation instead of the contractor provided by the home improvement store where I purchased the toilets.  Bob showed up on time and did a great job.

Bob is hands down my best find on Yelp.  I recently requested quotes for what turned out to be a drain leak behind the drywall in my garage (I thought it was a concrete slab leak).  Bob came by for a free estimate, assessed the situation, and told me in very clear terms what the problem was.  Bob's estimate was extremely fair (I had received another estimate before Bob).

Bob did the job on time and for the price he quoted.  

The great thing about Bob is that he's a licensed plumber and general contractor so he's super knowledgeable and will give you his expert assessment from these two perspectives.  Because he is a general contractor, I had him look at other possible repairs around the house.  Stuff that I thought might be important to fix he recommended to leave alone.

In short, I really appreciated Bob's honesty, his straightforward assessment regarding repairs, and his very fair pricing.  I highly recommend Bob and would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Matt came out really fast on a Sat. No one any more goes on a roof to snake my clogged plumbing.  But it's the only access! Thank goodness Matt took all his equipment on the roof & cleared my clogged lines.  And his charge was very reasonable.  I was overjoyed!!  Pipes are original & old...cracked & roots eventually clog pipes.  Sooo grateful & thankful for Matt.  Super pleasant, too.

I called SJ Plumbing for a water heater replacement because there was a leak in the copper pipe. Tim & Dylan came out and changed the old valves to newer ones + replaced the water heater and pan. They were knowledgeable and provided great customer service!

I called SJ Plumbing again for a sink that needed a p trap and Dylan came to provide his exceptional services. He gave me his opinion, and with my approval, he cut the back of the drawer so that the sink drain wouldn't be bothered. Every step of the way, he asked that I come check: the cut of the drawer, the drain, and finally, to confirm that everything was finished. He was so nice and professional- thank you Dylan!

Thank you so much to Carlos and his partner, came out after my kitchen got flooded, fixed part of my issue, he wasn't gonna charge me until he comes back for installing my new sink and faucet. I didn't feel right about that so I paid him for the first part. Thank you Carlos for your service, would definitely recommend. The only let down was he is a Seahawks fan! Just kidding Carlos!

I needed a plumber to do the plumbing to install a whole home water softening unit I had purchased.  I shopped around and found that many plumbers don't do water softener hookups because of perceived problems.  One plumber highly recommended C&C Plumbing for the job and I called Cameron.  He returned my call the same day and after a short conversation and a few pictures of the installation area he said they would be out the next day for a visual inspection and a quote.  His brother Elliot was at my door at the appointed time (8am) the next day and he completely understood the type of job that needed to be done.  He emailed me a reasonable quote later in the day and the job was scheduled 2 days later.

Gary arrived on time, and after a quick discussion of expectations he immediately began the job and worked for several hours without a break until the job was done.  He was professional,  clearly experienced at his craft and did an excellent installation.  He also tolerated my constant observation/supervision well :) and gave me several tips on copper pipe installation which I solicited and very much appreciated.  

It was a pleasure to work with such fine young professionals who show up on time and honor their quote with no overruns or issues.  I will most certainly call them in the future for my plumbing issues.

Great service and very responsive. Our sink garbage disposal was acting weird and they were able to examine what was wrong, unfortunately it was broke! They were able to  provide options in replacing and hauling away the old. They were able to work with my schedule and come replace it!

Great service and very affordable! My water heater went out and flooded my garage late on a Monday night. Vlad was able to fit me in after he finished with his other customers. He was very professional and had my water heater changed out in no time at all. He even hauled away my old rusted out water heater. I highly recommend Vlad at Prostar plumbing and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs

Wish I could just ask everyone - Do you need a plumber?  Super polite, super communication every step of the way!!!!  Just used them for 3rd time!  Super informative and helpful without taking all my money!  We are out of work due to COVID BUT so glad someone like Giovanni still busy!  HIGHLY recommend HIGHLY!  Thank You!

Horrible, They came out to my house an hour and a half late, to give me an estimate to put a water filter in, that I had purchase to make my water more alkaline.  The repairman named Jim told me this brand of exact filters that I bought floods houses.  So then I called the Water filter company of the one I had purchased, to ask them about this, and then all of a sudden, the repairman Jim changed his story and said it wasn't this company's units, but similar units.  Jim told me an outrageous price, of at least $750 - $900 minimum to install the water filter, and then he told me basically my house needed to be totally repiped as well, and then tried to sell me a $3500 water filter that didn't even do what my water filter did.   This repair man or Rip-off man, Jim, didn't even understand what the filter I had, was going to do to the water.  He was telling me his water filter will take out the Alkaline, etc., he had no idea what the difference in water filters was.  He was clueless.  I was adding a water filter to make my water more alkaline to drink and he was trying to sell me something that wasn't even close.  I already have a filter in my house that takes out the Chlorine, so that I don't shower in it every day, and here he was trying to sell me a $3500 new water filter.  He was full of BS.

So the water filter company that I bought my unit said, to get him out of my house, he had no idea what he was talking about, and he was trying to take advantage of me, and they would send someone out to do the install the next day for $200.  They were great.  Pristine Plumbing should be called RIP-OFF Plumbing or ROBBERY Plumbing, instead of Pristine.  HORRIBLE!!!!

We had a new gas dryer installed on Sunday and I noticed a very strong gas smell after the guys installed it. My husband and I didn't know what to do so we called around looking for plumbers. Since it was Sunday, nobody was available. When we called prolific plumbing, Kody advised us on how to turn off the gas line correctly. Kody came out the next day to check out our leak, and I'm glad we called because I found out that we had some funky installation! We have an old home, so he put in a new gas valve, a better gas line to the dryer, sealed everything properly, and made sure everything was compatible. I ran the dryer to test it and Kody continued to check if there was any more leaking which gave me a peace of mind. I talked to him about other issues we had and asked him to check out some recently installed equipment since we had a house renovation and he suggested some things to me for the future. Kody was very clam, professional, friendly, informative, and understanding which is great because I know nothing about plumbing. Payment was very fast and easy and he explained what I was signing. I feel great and relieved about his service because he was very thorough, so I will definitely use this company again for any future needs!

Chris is great. He goes above and beyond to get the job done right and at a fair price. We've used him for several jobs now and he always provides excellent service. You can't ask for better in a plumber or a person.

The technician, Rolo, was very professional and efficient.  He looked at the situation and quickly determined what was needed.  He finished the job and made sure that the area was cleaned and completed.

This is now my go-to Plumbing company and Rolo is the man for the job.

We recently had major plumbing issues in both the front and back of the house.  Our home is over 50 years old and all of our cast iron pipes had rotted away and filled with dirt.  In desperation, we contacted Rooter Hero Plumbing and they responded immediately.  They came out to our home and evaluated our problem. Within 24 hours, they were on the job.

The lead plumber, Padro, was extremely professional, knowledgable, efficient and responsive to our needs. His services were above and beyond our expectations. Padro also has excellent follow through on every job.  We were so grateful to have him on our job.
