We had a leak in a pipe that ran from our main in the front yard on Christmas Eve and we're glad Prodigy was able to fit us in. Felix came at the time we were told to expect him and was very polite, he fixed the issue within about an hour. We were glad to receive a discount on the job with our yearly membership. Unfortunately we've had to use that membership a few times this year, but are glad to have plumbers that can take care of our needs all year long.

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I've had this company renew my air and heating. I have also had them come and unplug my tub which by a previous company told me that they would have to remove that U-shaped pipe meaning they would charge over $3000 to break the wall for access! Miguel Mendez was able to unplug the U-shaped pipe for me very easily and he also tightened up my wobbly kitchen sink faucet!

Our water heater is giving out yellowish hot water, a sign of near retirement after 15 years of service. I looked up reputable plumbers in the San Gabriel Valley on Yelp and found Courtesy Plumbers. The experience was exactly what I was hoping for from a 4+ star rating outfit: the appointment was made promptly, the technician, Thomas George, called me an hour before their arrival; he provided a professional estimate after consulted with me about our issues; they began work promptly after I agreed to his estimate; and, I was quite impressed by the fact that the new water heater was delivered to our house within an hour to be installed. The entire job was completed in about two hours and one day after I made the initial contact with the contractor. This is as good as it gets.

Threatening to file a lien after installing a faulty hot water heater that had a 10 year warranty!
Do not work with these guys they never came in to try to fix the heater a few days after it was installed and nearly blew up we had to have someone else come in to fix it as we went days without hot water now just a couple weeks in they've sent me legal documents and are threatening to file a lien on my property!

Excellent service, excellent customer service and honest, Pipe Bros delivered all with a more then reasonable fee ! On a Sunday, a holiday and with houseguests, my main drain backed up, up through my toilets, bathtub and shower- Human Waste ! It was a nightmare. I left a message with a few. Pipe Bros called back shortly after another well known plumbing chain reached out and I booked the repair. Pipe Bros explained over the phone what song & dance pitch I might face with this possible expensive scenario and even offered to speak with the first plumbers on the phone posing as a friend ! Not only did the Pipe Bros' owner nail the rip off, but saved me thousands of dollars. Dwight was sent to my rescue and in 106 degree heat, (really!) after numerous attempts and much tenacity, opened the plugged main drain, which was failed by the well known previous plumbing company. Pipe Bros saved me from a $8000.00 + job quoted by the previous plumber. Dwight, cleaned up the horrid mess and the bill was a few hundred dollars !!! When you find a honest, capable and reasonable plumber, keep them !

My water heater broke down so I  called several plumbers, left msg, but no one returned my calls and if someone did pick up they said they cannot replace the water heater right away. SJ Plumbing pick up the call right away and came promptly after call was made. They were able to replace the water heater the same day! SJ Plumbing is professional and friendly he was also honest and fast. I would definitely use them again.

I was looking for a plumber and found Frank Vega on Nextdoor App. He responded to my text message within an hour and we set an appointment time. After crawling around under my house, Frank and his crew located my problems with my bathroom pipes. He showed me pictures of all the rotted pipes and explained what needed to be done step by step. Frank and his crew were very courteous and swift. Replaced rotted pipes under the house  and cleaned up all the mess. I will definitely call him back when we remodel our next bathroom Or any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Frank.

Phil came out to service our tankless water heater.  He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, professional, detailed and didn't leave any mess.  He explained to us what he had done, showed us the results from the flushing of the system and recommendations for keeping the unit in tip-top running condition. Highly recommend Phil.

Carlos came over in a timely manner and diagnosed my problem quickly. Explained to me what needed to be done. He Showed me what needed to be replaced and what I did not need to be replaced. Honest guy and super friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Bryan and Matt came to my condo due to my slow draining kitchen sink. They gave me option of repipe or hydrojett to get rid of the grease buildup.  Since I live in 2nd floor condo, I decided hydrojett, $450 cash or $475 credit card.  They were friendly, polite, clean cut, trustworthy and respectful to avoid messes and cleaned up neatly. They wore masks and shoe covers. They showed me what was going on in the pipes with their camera. I would recommend them.

Dalton from Prostar came out to check out slightly rattling water heater.  He was very professional and honest.  He could have easily upsold us on services that we likely did not need yet but instead told me to just keep an eye-out for any loud sounds that may come up.  He also checked the water pressure coming-in from the main line of our home and made sure it had appropriate pressure.  I highly recommend Prostar to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Thank you to HHS for completing our outdoor,pre-purchased Aquasana whole house water filter system. The plumbing technique is quite involved and complicated. Thank you Giovanni for showing up ready to work, knowledgeable, installing ultraviolet disinfection system, finalizing to tightening copper pipes in the aquasana system to our expectations. Bravo!

We had unusual high water bills for months.  Since our usage isn't that high, we decided to have expert checking out leakage.  I requested a quote from Pristine Plumbing via Yelp.  They replied the message within few minutes and sent technicians the very next day.  Andy Chavez and his team were amazing.  They came early in the morning, right on time.  After performing leak detection, they found out our irrigation systems were leaking. Fortunately, everything is ok inside the house. As a prevention, they also suggested to add a regulator so the water pressure won't ruin the pipes inside the house in the future.  Since we are doing two services, he was able to apply 10% discount for us.  They finished replacing 4x irrigation systems and one regulator system in a day.  They were thorough and systematic.  And Andy went above and beyond to help us replacing some heads for the water tubes without extra charge. All the services they performed have one year warranty.  I highly recommend this place.

Quick response and great service!  I found Crandall's Plumbing via a Yelp search.  I am a property manager and I called for emergency plumbing service at 7:00 on a Saturday evening and they had a plumber onsite and the issue resolved in less than 45 minutes.  My tenants were delighted with the quick and professional service, and I am relieved to have found a good, reliable plumbing company.
Three days later and I have hired them again to resolve a plumbing issue at another property.  Again, they arrived promptly and had the problem resolved within 20 minutes of arrival.
