Best Faucet Repair in Irvine CA

Was having issues with my wall heater and since Prodigy handles all of our HOA's plumbing needs, I gave them a call. It was easy to set up an appointment, didn't have to wait too long, and when the day off the appointment came, Matt, the service man called me to let me know he was on his way. During the service call Matt was pleasant and demonstrated expertise in diagnosing the issue. It was a minor wiring problem with my thermostat. I know nothing about wiring, and it would have been easy to take advantage of my ignorance. Matt did nothing of the kind, in fact he provided me with information about what he was doing and why. I can see now why Prodigy is a 5 star company. I will definitely call then next time I need plumbing/heating service. Thanks Matt and Prodigy!!

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

We've been using Service Champions for the last 6 months, and with a house built in 1939, we've seen them quite a few times .

I can say, without exception every experience with their team is first class. The one time we did have an issue, it was corrected immediately and without any drama AND on a Sunday.

Everyone of their technicians is excellent, friendly and fast. They have are classy too-they always wear booties over their shoes, and if there is something they need to alert you to, they will.

So you might not WANT to call these guys, because it means oh, oh, but when you do-you will be treated fairly, with respect, and a smile.

I had them come out to remove a toilet paper dispenser rod from my toilet, thanks to my 2 year old. They managed to remove it in no time which I failed to do even after removing the whole toilet! They charged a very reasonable rate. As a topper, on their way out they noticed my hot water heater leaking and fixed that as well. No, it wasn't padding the bill as they showed me clearly not only water on the floor, calcification on the heater, but water dripping slowly from the pipe leading into the heater. They fit that fix into their schedule with no complaints and gave me a healthy discount for mentioning Yelp!

Brayan is THE BEST!!!  He is knowledgeable, professional, honest and a real gentleman!  There isn't anything that I have asked him to do that he couldn't do.  Brayan's right hand man, Manny is also up to any job you have and I appreciate all of his hard work!  Our most recent job involved an enormous  2nd story skylight that made my living room unbearable to be in.  I sent Brayan a picture of the skylight along with a picture of an idea I had to block the sun, but Brayan took the time to come to my home to see for himself exactly what the best solution would be.  His idea was far superior than mine and I am forever grateful to him!  Brayan is more than a handyman and I strongly recommend you hire him!

Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

I had a plumbing problem today and needed the help of a plumber.  I called Capistrano Plumbing to request service.  I spoke to Lisa Marie.  She was very cordial and set me up for an appointment.  Mike arrived at the scheduled time and took care of the problem in a short period of time.  Mike and Lisa Marie were both very friendly. Prices were very fair. I would recommend Capistrano Plumbing to anyone in the need of plumbing services.

So thankful I have Matt as my Go to guy for any plumbing issues I have had within my home. He has been professional and explained each situation in detail. I have used his services multiple times!!

My kitchen sink became clogged and water was pouring out the dishwasher. I called Pipe Bros at 7 PM and they had Christian out the next day by Noon. He arrived promptly and has my sink fixed and my dish washer ready to go in less than an hour. My wife and I have a 9 month old so having a sink that works is very important to us and as it turns out it was important to Christian and Pipe Bros as well. Thank you for the excellent service at a great price. They also identified the issue with the plumbing and were able to quote me that long term fix as well.

Smart & Handy is very knowledgable about walk in bath tubs.  My husband has terrible arthritis.  These tubs are perfect for him!  And it's great to have a trustworthy contractor to make it happen.

I had a sink that sunk and no plumber that I called wanted to deal with a sunken sink which is basically an undermount sink that sank. Matt and Tim came out, removed everything, placed sink where it is suppose to be, reinforced everything, replaced piping and left the area cleaner then before there visit. Matt and Tim were very knowledgeable, not to mention so polite and friendly. Thank you For great work.

Our sink clogged after Thanksgivng, I requested a quote on Yelp at 11pm. Frank messaged back within minutes, I made an appointment and he came thru the next day. Very effecient and fast, unclogged the sink in less than 45 minutes. Very straight forward with everything, charged less than the last plumber who quoted me and even gave me a 1 month warranty. Finally found a plumber to call for any future plumbing issues.

Revival Plumbing came to my rescue today. Phillip arrived to my home in a timely manner. He was very honest regarding the work that needs to be done and very professional. I will be referring my family and friends to Revival for their future plumbing needs!

We had both of our toilets not working at our business in the middle of a busy week. Carlos answered right away and was able to come out within 30 minutes. He identified the problem and was able to fix within the hour. They went above and beyond putting new seals and cleaning up everything, leaving it cleaner than they found it.  Very professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them in the future.

This is our second experience with Giovanni and HHS Plumbing. He had taken care of some minor problems we had a couple of years back and I have referred him to neighbors because of his great service along with workmanship. So this time we needed a waterless water heater flushed along with installation of a Calcium filter, as well as new fixtures for our kitchen. Giovanni was most helpful in recommending the best fixtures at a reasonable price, ordered same, and installed them all within a week. The water heater was also serviced and in addition he reset a complex timer for water features in our backyard. The work was excellent, the recs and prices were similarly excellent, and tonight (one day later) he called back to see if all was well with the timers on the fountains. Sorry folks, you don't get service like this anymore. So I will contribute to the
5* reviews above. Keep it up Giovanni.

Our toilet kept running and it would not fill completely to flush! I called Pristine Plumbing at 8am and they had a technician at my house by 9:15. It was amazing! Ben Tiliano came out and fixed the issue efficiently and was very informative and even explained warning signs I should look out for, for the deteriorating of the seal in the tank. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. It was a very pleasant experience overall. As a busy mom I can now go on with my day and get my errands done and have one less worry on my mind.

Last week my husband was out of town and our kitchen line backed up. Finances are limited right now so I was lured in with Rooter Hero's $77 dollar over-the-phone quote for a snake. But once Rooter Hero did the snake, they proceeded to up-sell HARD. I ended up paying them $1600 for a turbo jet service they came back to do the next day with a special truck and I realize now I didn't need, for starters. After they did the turbo jet, Rooter Hero then told me their camera uncovered the fact that we needed to spend $10,000 to fix an urgent issue under the house.

I spent a sleepless night, my husband across the country, wondering how we were going to pay for this, thinking we'd have to move after 20 years in our home.

After a traumatic three days of trying to figure out what to do, I had the good sense to reach out for a second opinion to a plumber I have used in the past (Plumbing Solutions). My proposed out of pocket went from Rooter Hero's quote of $10,000 to Plumbing Solutions' $595.

Plumbing Solutions told us the dire issue that Rooter Hero said would cost $10,000 to fix and had to be done IMMEDIATELY was, actually, NOT A BIG DEAL AT ALL, that it happens in many homes, and might not EVER need fixing.

I found the feeling I had, even as it was happening, of being scammed by Rooter Hero unpleasant, to say the least. The fact that one of the techs in particular (he was identified as the supervisor) pushed the false narrative that our water line situation was dire despite my explaining to him that my husband was away and how limited our finances are -- I was basically pleading with him to be honest about costs -- in my mind, borders on the inhumane.
