Please don't ever mess around with another Plumbing company. Let me save you the time of researching and tell you that Prodigy are your guys. We have had them come out to do projects big & small and have been nothing but completely satisfied every time. They have the best customer service hands down, are timely & efficient, always leave the job done and clean up after themselves too! You'd never know they were there. Mark, the owner, is super friendly and knowledgeable. Today was the 4th time we had them come out, this time to hydrojet our lines and Ricardo did a great job! He even gave me some tips to fix a sliding toilet seat too. Don't trust anyone else. Seriously!

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Manny did a fantastic job on my repairs--replaced a light fixture (electrical work), reattached a soap dish in the shower, removed some grab bars, patched up and re-textured the walls and painted over the holes, making it look nice.  He also helped me re-hang a picture that I didn't have mounted quite right.  He came on time, left on time, and cleaned up after each project.  I couldn't be happier!

Bob was absolutely professional hard working timely and wonderful. He stayed the entire day at our house and did not stop until we got hot water. When we called, he arrived swiftly. It was a pleasant and reasonable expierence. I highly recommend AA services plumbing/Bob!

Mike at Capistrano Plumbing is awesome! We were having problems with several bathrooms and he fixed them simply and thoroughly. He didn't do unnecessary  tests or do the whole-thing-needs-to-be-replaced routine, though he could have, for sure. He is Fair, honest, thorough and efficient. We will definitely use him again! You need a good plumber? He's definitely your guy!

I had a leak in my main water line next to meter on a Saturday afternoon.  Looked up Seashore plumbing on yelp and decided to call Matt. He answered the phone and said he'd be here in 45 minutes and came early. Nice guy, and was able to fix my issue in about an hour and a half! Can't say I know if what he charged me was fair because I wasn't in a position to price quote, but I was willing to pay it. I hope it was though Matt! Thanks for taking the time out on a Saturday to help me out. I was able to talk to him a bit and the guy has an awesome character. If you need help with anything give this guy a ring.

We have a 41 year old home in Dana Point with 4 original Kohler Rochelle toilets that we love and want to keep. Their innards don't last forever and we've had to change out the flow valves over the years with the part alone being $390. They are temperamental toilets and difficult to work with. We've learned that most plumbers don't want to deal with them and aren't experienced enough to know how to change out the parts. In truth I called quite a few 5 star reviewed plumbers in my area that either did not return my call or didn't get back to me after I described our toilets. We had the greatest plumber for many years who unfortunately moved away and now we needed a new one - a very good one - one who was experienced and could do the job - one who would charge a fair price, not an outrageous one.......  Found one here by the name of Titus. I am relieved ! I found my plumber ; ).  For the record he was timely, kind, professional and clearly experienced as he had to adjust ill fitting brand new parts - as things just aren't made as well as they used to be. I'm a do-it-yourselfer so I am well aware that his work was way out of my league and I couldn't be more pleased (and relieved) with the results.  Thank you Titus !

Excellent repair of wall around new windows.  Contractor Steve Panek was clean, efficient, friendly and paid attention to every detail we mentioned.  He came on a Saturday as promised.  He fixed spots with missing insulation and thoroughly chalked before screwing in wallboard.  The finished area matches the rest of the room perfectly.  The work areas were left clean.  We're delighted.

I had a sink that sunk and no plumber that I called wanted to deal with a sunken sink which is basically an undermount sink that sank. Matt and Tim came out, removed everything, placed sink where it is suppose to be, reinforced everything, replaced piping and left the area cleaner then before there visit. Matt and Tim were very knowledgeable, not to mention so polite and friendly. Thank you For great work.

Francisco and his team were very professional and courteous. They replaced my toilet under an hour and were very informative of the process. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I live in Irvine and had a situation last night where I was up in LA for an event, and had literally just reached my friends house to pick her up, when my 16 year old called from our house in Irvine to say we had a plumbing emergency and my husband needed to know if I had a plumber I knew and could call.  

Luckily I am part of an business group with some of the best professionals in all different types of business categories that go through a rigorous screening process and we have a well regarded plumber that one of the realtors had brought in to our group!  I texted Phil our plumber in all CAPS with a frantic  HELP I HAVE AN EMERGENCY! And his response was I am on my way and will be there in 30 minutes or less, I was so relieved!  

I knew he was 24/7 but it was 6:30 on a Friday night and I knew I couldn't follow up, other than to text my husband Phils contact info, and let him know I got hold of Phil and he was available and on his way.  

He is amazing and I highly recommend him!  Put his contact info in your phone so if you need help you can call him immediately to get help!!

We just purchased a home and after 3 weeks had water back up in all toilets, baths, and showers. The first plumber we called came out after the backup had drained and didn't bother to diagnose the problem. When it happened again, we called Carlos at SoCal plumbing. He arrived with 30 minutes and noted that the clean out was only a one way, and that there was a test tee that should have been removed. He came back first thing in the morning and removed the tee, which had root intrusions. He also hydrojetted the line and installed the two way clean out. This was done in a very professional and honest manner, with options given along the way. A few days later, our storm drains backed up (separate problem) and he came out and solved the clog for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Gotta say..... this company is the best!  My Hubby and I are essential workers with limited free time.  Jason was on time and super reliable.  He is very easy to work with and just a genuine person.  If we ever need a plumber again we will for sure be contacting him.  We found him by a recommendation and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.  So glad we got to use this amazing company.  Give him all the business.

Dalton and his dad (the owner, sorry forgot his name) came out to fix a leak in upstairs tub. They were professional but personable. Exactly what you look for in a small business; they treated the job as if it was their own. Knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. As a veteran myself, I always try to support veteran owned small business and I have nothing but praises for Prostar Plumbing.

Giovanni came recommended from a neighbor and I will be recommending him as well. Good work, friendly service and gave me a discount from what was originally quoted when he realized the job wasn't as intensive.

We have used Pristine Plumbing on a number of occasions and continue to be very happy with their service.  We really appreciate Dwain's expertise, his ability to thoroughly explain the problem issues and corrective measures, and his professionalism.

We needed a plumber after hours as we had three clogged drains at one time. I had heard the ads for Rooter Hero about the customer being very important to this company and the way they talk about how good they treat the employees. I decided to call them and what a great experience we had. From the nice people I spoke with who took our call to the woman who called to say that our plumber George was on his way. Really attentive.

Well George arrived even before the time I was told. He was so polite and right away he assessed all the symptoms we told him was going on. Actually while he was on his way we heard a big flushing sound and it turned out that the system fixed itself. He took a look at the drain outside and said that it did fix itself. What a relief.

We are so happy with  the service that George is our new plumber from now on. Rooter Hero really is a good company and they mean what they say. The owner's ads are true and you can trust them. I am so happy to have given them a try.
