Best Faucet Installation in Irvine CA
They did a great job. Worked at an hourly rate and were very quick. Fixed our rigged bathroom sink so it'll stay together for decades probably.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile. They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget! I would hire them again! Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

A-V-O-I-D !
Called in the middle of the recent heat wave because our HVAC stopped blowing cold air, but the fans & everything else seemed to still work. They gave us an appointment 2 weeks out. The only reason I chose this company was because of the 4.5 stars rating Yelp gave them so I thought the wait was justified. Long story short, it WASN'T.
Here's my list of grievances, in no particular order:
1) Tech purposely chose to walk on muddy planter before coming into my house in lieu of using the walkway like a normal person would, so I had to ask him to wear shoe covers which he did inside the house but when he had to walk through my garage to get to the compressor in the side yard he removed them and left dirt all over, even though I had specifically asked him to leave them ON during his entire stay on my property.
2) The tech didn't even walk two steps before going into full-blown Salespitch Mode, insisting on asking me over & over again when was the last time I did maintenance on the unit (answer: Never! ..it's only 6 years old!) and trying to sell me a membership plan. Dude, you're here to fix the freaking HVAC and to answer MY questions, NOT vice-versa.
3) The tech refused to talk up front about costs and seemed very evasive regarding the issue. Instead he gave me an 8 page brochure and told me to read it so I could appreciate what an excellent service his company provides. Dude, I don't care what your stupid brochure SAYS, I'm gonna judge you by what you actually DO. Which in this case was NOTHING.
4) The tech LIED to my face: as part of his membership sales pitch he pointed to the condenser coils on the outside fan unit and said, See all that dirt in between the coils? They need to be washed regularly. Dude, there is no dirt on those coils, I pressure washed them myself just LAST WEEK! Unbelievable!
5) It took the tech all of 5 minutes to trace the problem to a faulty capacitor, then before I could say anything he started replacing the capacitor until I told him to STOP and clarify what the cost was going to be BEFORE continuing on. WHEW! Good thing I asked! He said it would cost $425 to replace the capacitor PLUS another $361 for adding a compressor saver in order to keep my lights from dimming when the unit switches on. However, he informed that if I signed up for a membership, replacing the capacitor would 'only' cost $325 plus another $300 for the 'compressor saver' thingy. Problem is, I meanwhile googled the cost of the capacitor and turns out it's going for $25.50 online brand spanking new. Hmmm, what a conundrum! Should I buy the capacitor online & spend 5 minutes changing it MYSELF for $25.50 OR should I give this nice young man $425 plus another $361 for a 'compressor saver' that my unit had never ever needed before? Even an Obama voter can figure out the answer to that question. I think.
6) Even though the technician found the problem within 5 minutes and could have fixed it right there & then, he refused to do ANYTHING unless I paid the outrageous fees mentioned above. How can you justify asking for almost $800 for just 10 minutes worth of work? Either your mark-up on parts is 1000% OR your labor fees are $1000 an hour. Shouldn't you be in JAIL right now instead of repairing HVAC's? When I asked the tech what exactly is covered in the $ 69 'service charge' his answer was Just finding the problem.
Well, now that I found YOU ..please GO AWAY!!!

Jason was awesome! He came to our house for leak detection the same day we made an appointment in a prompt/timely manner. He assessed our leak and gave us HONEST advice regarding our options without charging us for a few minutes of his time and expertise. He was so much more knowledgeable about the leak issues we were having vs the American Home Shield home warranty plumbers that came out initially. These Guys are Legit and if I could give Jason 6 stars I would!! they completely saved us big $$$. We will definitely be contacting these guys for all of our plumbing issues!

Brayan replaced two door sweeps, fixed a stuck sliding door and repaired a sticking / squeaky pull out trash can drawer. He was on-time, professional, pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. One of the door sweeps was a bit trickier than expected due to an issue with the threshold, but Brayan was able to come up with a good solution on the fly that fixed the problem. Will call him again when the need arises and would recommend to others.

I've used Bob twice now. The second time was to install new toilets I had delivered to my house. I trusted Bob to do the installation instead of the contractor provided by the home improvement store where I purchased the toilets. Bob showed up on time and did a great job.
Below is my original review, which for some reason has not been posted by Yelp.
Bob is hands down my best find on Yelp. I recently requested quotes for what turned out to be a drain leak behind the drywall in my garage (I thought it was a concrete slab leak). Bob came by for a free estimate, assessed the situation, and told me in very clear terms what the problem was. Bob's estimate was extremely fair (I had received another estimate before Bob).
Bob did the job on time and for the price he quoted.
The great thing about Bob is that he's a licensed plumber and general contractor so he's super knowledgeable and will give you his expert assessment from these two perspectives. Because he is a general contractor, I had him look at other possible repairs around the house. Stuff that I thought might be important to fix he recommended to leave alone.
In short, I really appreciated Bob's honesty, his straightforward assessment regarding repairs, and his very fair pricing. I highly recommend Bob and would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Capistrano plumbing is THE best. I only trust them for my plumbing needs. I am so grateful to have Mike in our area. He is a true pro and 100% knows what he is doing and always saves me $$ because of his skills.

I had a late night plumbing emergency (backed up drains throughout the house) over the weekend. I looked for local 24 hr plumbing services on Yelp and called Matt. He said he'd be there within an hour and arrived as promised. Less than an hour later, the problem was fixed, and we were good to go. Thanks, Matt! I will DEFINITELY be calling Seashore Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

We needed to replace our water heater after it started to leak. I got a good quotation in my phone call to their office. Christian showed up at the appointed time and confirmed the quote. He did a nice clean job and kept me informed of any issues he found during the job. I got the new water heater just as expected and a the job was straight forward and uneventful. He was careful in the house and the job was clean and complete. I would definitely use Pipe Bros again.

I called three times since last week. Mail box is always full and no one answers. Then I left a message by clicking Quote and no reply. Therefore, I give one star because if they don't start with a good customer service, how would they help you?

Matt from OC plumbing heating & air conditioning did an A + job at out house today. He promptly and efficiently fixed the issues with our sink and toilet and was able diagnose, explain and fix the problem. We would highly recommend OC Plumbing and even more specifically Matt.

Frank is communicative, polite, and straightforward. He came and fixed one issue on the spot and offered reasonable options for my second issue. I recommend his service

Phil returned my initial text immediately. He was able to come right over to my house and fix both my shower and bathtub faucet's within an hour and a half! He and his employee were extremely polite, respectful and efficient. He got the jobs done without leaving any mess at all. His rates were extremely reasonable. He seems to be a man of high integrity! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

What should you do if you have a gas or water leak? Call Carlos at SoCal Plumbing, is what you do, and you'll be glad you did. Carlos responded in my time of need, when I smelled gas in my home. I called the gas company and they promptly turned the gas off to my home and would return service only after a licensed plumber made the required repairs. Carlos arrived at my home on time, and prepared to work. He quickly started testing the gas lines, and was able to identify not 1 but 5 gas leaks throughout the house. Carlos was very patient with me by answering any and all questions I had, and even went as far as walking me through the painfully slow process of getting the gas company to return service. He is a consummate professional and highly skilled in his trade. He has earned a lifelong customer in me (one in which I hope he doesn't see often) and I shall call none other. Thank you Carlos. Thank you for keeping my family safe!
P.S. Carlos is a very inspiring and interesting gentleman. If you have the pleasure of meeting him, try to get to know him. You might learn something positive. I know I did!

One of the best plumbing service we ever had.
I'd give them more than 5 stars!
Our shower malfunctioned, only ran hot water, can't adjust the water temperature.
We got response from the owner within min after we posted the request for quote in Yelp, amazingly fast.
Their replies to our follow-up questions were very clear and fast too.
The repair is very efficient and effective.
The owner is very polite and knowledgeable.
He explains the problem clearly and walked through the repair process patiently.
Really feel like he's working on his own house, making sure the issue has been fixed with detail checks.
He cleaned up the area neatly after the repair.
He also helped look at other facets in the house and shared lots useful information.
He even helped clean up the bathtub drain with care, when I asked him to simply look at it.
Definitely highly recommend their service!!

I finally broke down and called Pristine Plumbing because of their reviews on Yelp. And I braced myself for the discomfort and inconvenience of having a stranger in my house.
BUT - as soon as Richard walked in the door, I was put at ease. He was very friendly but still very genuine. And he likes dogs. I know these aren't requirements for a good plumber, but they make for a better customer experience.
As for the work, he fixed everything and it's all as good as new. But he also worked to keep the cost down. He even helped me pick out a new sink because (I admit) I didn't know what to get.
I'm so glad I found this company and they sent Richard out to the house. I'm super happy with the job he did. :)

If I could leave a 'negative 5' star rating I would. We had the worst experience with this company on Memorial Day.
Our kitchen sink drain was clogged and our regular plumber was off for the Memorial Day holiday had read some decent reviews about Rooter Hero, so I placed the call. The person that answered was very nice. She told me she would have an available plumber call me and let me know what time they would arrive. All very nice.
The technician arrived, looked at the sink, went under the house to look at the pipes and returned with pictures. He told me the pipe was old and would need to be replaced. I asked him if he would try to snake the drain, which is what I had originally asked for. He said he'd try.
Soon after he told me it couldn't be snaked.. I said that was all we wanted. He said he was going to call his boss to come over because he has more experience and would try. The 'boss' arrived, never touched the sink or the tools, and told us it would cost $2900- to replace the pipe. I said no, we didn't want that he would not take no for an answer. He continued to sell his plan, taking the price down to $1900- and offing no financing charge. Then tried the Senior Citizen discount. I was firm with my answer. He then angrily said Why am I here? !!!
I became angry at this point and I told him what his tech had said. He put his hand toward me, turning them up and down and claimed he didn't do that!
I asked him to leave my house.
I found this a very frightening, frustrating situation to be in, Having a scammer in my home who would not leave.
Our regular plumber came the next day, snaked the drain, and all is fine. I asked him if the pipe should be replaced and he said eventually but it's not anything we have to do soon.
In my opinion, find a different Rooter Company.
